I wish they would have worked with us on the closing after initially telling us we would close the end of May it cost us an extra $4,000.

The paint and carpets used are of very low quality. You have a large living room with no floor plugs.

I love my home and dealing with the construction staff. The sales staff wasnt as top notch as the construction staff.

Follow up fixes/repairs well organized and with few exceptions fixed all item.

So far we’ve dealt with a couple of major leaks with pressure valves and landscaping drip lines. Good thing the warranty/maintenance team are very responsive and took care of the issues. The circuit 50 amp breaker for the EV plug is very sensitive and needs to be upgraded. The dishwasher is very basic and low quality. The bathroom tiles should be higher and all the way to the shower head. No towel bars were a surprise.

Love the model we chose with the floor layout. Kitchen appliances are top of the line . The response from the warranty agent with any of the few issues we have had has been great and very helpful.

Overall I've had a decent experience. There were a few miscommunications at the design center, however, it was worked out in the end. When paying over a 1/2 million dollars for a house, I do expect the craftmanship to be better. Uneven drywall, corners, scratches on surfaces like your countertops and flooring were all minor but noticeable after living in the home for a period of time. There were a few issues that resulted in warranty repair and I have to say the lightening speed response is what makes the overall process much better. Although you never want to have a warranty issue right out of the gate, it's good to know Lennar took care of it quickly. I cannot say enough about our sales person John. Haven't gone through the process on a property I changed my mind on because I didn't feel comfortable with the process the property I did buy the crew was great and worked with me to answer most questions. All except one but that's okay.

Christina in the loan department was very much a professional she responded when questions were not necessary in her area. She forwarded to the correct person. Everyone in the process were all very helpvul and approachable,

Terra Bella is a 1st class subdivision. Lenar Homes did a great job on taking over and completing this project.

Previously, I purchased a Lennar home in 2002 and had a great experience and a well-built home. As a result, I choose to go with a Lennar home again as we transition into retirement. The main difference with this home is the quality. The customer service is exemplary, but the quality of the materials is average. Molding, doors, insulation, fixtures, etc. are not what I'd hoped. The home design and layout are fantastic, and we will enjoy the home for years. However, we will have to make the upgrades we desire as we go along.

The communication during sales and construction were very good. The closing experience was not good.

Overall all went well. Lennar has fixed or repaired the majority of items. I must say the appliances that came with the condo were on the low end of quality. It really is the cheapest dishwasher I have ever owned.

Reliability was key to our purchase.

Sales office Laurie went to bat for us and had some changes made that made our home buying experience fantastic. The finished product was exactly what we were hoping for and Laurie played an intricate part of making that happen. Thank you Laurie.

The loan department needs help

Overall, a good experience. Construction Manager's (Team) were especially attentive.

If you see something that needs be looked at early they are on it to try to fix it. Like the way they explain things to you and make sure you understand as they build.

My exp w/ Lennar Lending however was a complete joke. Quote from your lending rep “if you don’t like the interest rate you can go back to renting” —-excuse me?

Homes are very nice...It would be helpful if door jambs were better suited for adding screen doors.

After we purchased the home a few thing weren’t right, so we contacted Lisa your after market sell person. She was great Five stars for her. Also the foreman was the same Five stars.
