Please help us with customer service. It's taking weeks and months to get things fixed. PLEASE HELP???!!!

I believe overall my experience was satisfactory However there were a lot of Issues with the house that indicate the home was rushed when built

Mostly all good, just still need two areas of stucco replacement completed.

Make sure everything works properly during walkthrough.

A lot of poor quality work discovered and still being discovered in the house. Lennar does respond to get things fixed.

Really happy with the fact that everything was included. Anthony from construction is response, friendly and true professional. Premium materials were not premium at all.

I would like other buyers to know that Lennar uses cheap labor, and that a lot of the work done on these houses will have to be redone. Please call me I can give examples. The journeyman workers to cheap labor ratio is really low so what the buyers are getting is not journeyman quality work. On the other hand, Cadence spends their advertising dollars making this place to be so great. Don’t get me wrong, I really like the recreation center, & everything that goes alone with that, but the quality of this home is not there. I had one of your construction folks tell me that “ it’s just a track home, you can’t expect great quality.” Just a track home? Buyers are paying a lot of money for “just a track home.” Don’t get me wrong I don’t need to be negative, but the truth doesn’t lie, and if you take these reviews seriously you know that what I’m saying is true and you should make some serious changes in the labor you hire, and that is more journeyman in every trade. Experience with builder was good. On site management falls short of understanding customer service or satisfaction

Not the best materials or workmanship. Stairs and 2nd floor creaks in several places. Too many places for the builder to fix without ripping out entire carpeting.

I am in the trade as a Plumber , the appliances homeowners get now seeing and using first hand are ver cheap for the price of the home. I have gone to new build apartment complexes and the washer and dryers they put in for renters not buyers are at least $1,000.00 each, but in general their appliances 8 out of 10 Lennar’s for buying a home valued at almost $300,000 - $500,000 2 out of 10. Some of the workmanship inside is poor quality at first look it looks amazing , but after living in the home and experiencing the workmanship it’s poor, especially for the price we pay to buy the home.

- Lennar NOT honoring certain inclusive items. - Addressed to the Lennar Home Care personnel of a discrepancy on a certain appliance to be fixed after closing of escrow. Will not help and left the responsibility to the new homeowner.

Details such as scratched appliances, chipped counters, scratched bathtubs/showers were things I readily spotted through out the house after moving in. I also didn’t realize the house didn’t come painted like the model, the dining lighting wasn’t included, and the front landscaping is a joke. The landscaping looks nothing like the model. They literally put in random plants in no specific pattern. Ive already changed the lighting over the dining table as the cheap chandelier they put in looked nothing like the model. This review may sound negative but it’s actually not, I do love my house. I just find all the small details extremely annoying as I’ll have to fix it later $$$. I’m already planning on replacing the bathroom counters as the chips and stains I didn’t notice until after closing really annoy me. I’m also planning on completely redoing the front yard to look somewhat more decent, half of the cheap plants they put in are dead. They didn’t really choose appropriate drought tolerant plants for direct light etc. All in all, I’d recommend Lennar, but know that all included comes at the cost of the fine details. ... More

We were excited to be in our new house not until we moved in and started seeing a lot of issues. Half of the flooring of the entire house is messed up. A lot of issues from the finishing and the HVAC, mainly the most important things and part of the house. The appliances are all monogram but has issues already. Luckily the customer service people are really nice to accommodate me for all my complaints.And that’s the only consolation we get because Doug from customer service is just exceptional! The house is beautiful really beautiful, we love the floor plan but the quality and how you can feel that it was rush to get done is ridiculous ! The quality of the house is not worth of the price we’re paying for. I wake up everyday and I just feel sad coz this is meant to be our dream home.We never had a problem with Pardee which is our first home for 10 years. Never ever again that we are going to invest another property with Lennar. ... More

The idea behind the new Reverie community was well thought out and achieved the goal the design team planned. The build quality is poor as there is not a straight wall in the home. For the dollar to delivered value Lennar was the real winner not the home buyer. Not really sure if it is even possible to purchase less quality materials. An excellent example is the guest bathroom shower stall and tub, a cheap fiberglass job with multiple fractures in the material. If I said you could see daylight from all corners of the front door would you believe me. The real challenge Lennar had with this home build was the quality of its sub contractors. Until Lennar can find and hire true professional teams to build these home they will be plagued by these problems. You will not hear from me again unless the foundation breaks as I have hired a team of contractors to straighten and rebuild this new Lennar home. ... More

Uses a lot of cheap material.Rushing the work and it shows. We went through the walk through and they said they checked everything but things were not.

The Mortgage and Loan Dept were amazing and an easy process, thank you for this. After purchasing the model though. Different story, we have had many issues in the home, no one responds because it is the Model, and you buy "as is". You reach out and no response. Windows are not opening properly, Curtain rods have fallen out of the wall and dinged up the walls where they were hung and fell into. Doors dont close properly. There is a foul odor that we cannot figure out where it is coming from, many other issues that contradict the "buy a model, you get the best of the best" If this is the case... Im not sure what other homeowners are going thru. :( ... More

My only concern is we are not receiving the garage door that we were promised when we sign the contract. The temporary door is unacceptable and not in good condition. They decided that we won’t be getting a new garage door- that will try to fix the existing dings and problem with the temporary door- this issue has made homeowners very unhappy including me. Hope they’ll revisit this problem and fix it so all the homeowners will have better respect for Lennar.

In general I'm happy with the purchase of my home. It's a perfect size for a couple with no kids. Love the balcony and the fact that I can see the sunset all year around. The open plan kitchen-living area is another plus. There are some things that are not the best such us: - Master bedroom could've used an extra A/C duct. One is not enough and it could get uncomfortable at night time. The smaller bedroom has the same duct, but it is half the size of the master, and get really cool and nice. - Master walk-in closet is very small, so the second bedroom closet has to be used by my partner.

Drywall and paint were absolutely horrible throughout the home. If builder rep would have walked the home prior to 1st walk with homeowner and address these issues then maybe this would have been a better home buying experience. Closing was moved up to morning with 2nd walk scheduled in afternoon after close. Many issues from 1st walk not fixed. After 2nd walk issues were turned over to Warranty division where I worked with Jude to get my list of items fixed. I got tired of being told some of the paint items were “homeowner maintenance” issues. Same items not fixed from 1st walk, HAHA…..homeowner maintenance issues. A warrning to future Lennar buyers, delay your closing u til every single item on your inspection and all items from both walks are repaired. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD that these will be addressed. Delay the closing and upper level Lennar folks will put pressure to get things repaired. Right now, there is ZERO accountability at the neighborhood level. NONE ... More

There was a glass breakage issue. Bathroom tiles had cracks.

Appliance Issue from start and had to go through warrenty to get it fixed.

The build is nice. Just little things here in there.

Escrow was a mess. They waited until the day of closing to share that I needed more money to close. I didn’t need a celebration when I did get the keys but it would have been nice that someone from Lennar was there
