The overall experience was good, but did not follow up after we moved in

From start to finish, our experience was extremely disappointing. The lender we worked with seemed inexperienced, struggled to answer questions, and appeared intimidated when faced with direct communication and strong personalities. There were also instances where a third family member—who had no involvement in the loan—was unnecessarily brought into the process, which felt unprofessional. Throughout the entire experience, there was a lack of clear communication and professionalism. As buyers, we often felt overlooked and not prioritized. The construction quality has also been a major issue. The workmanship feels rushed and careless, and we’ve been dealing with ongoing cosmetic problems since moving in. It’s frustrating to see what appears to be a lack of attention to detail from the construction crews, along with dismissive attitudes when concerns are raised. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing a home from Lennar based on our experience. There seems to be constant internal changes, and as homeowners, we felt pushed aside rather than supported. ... Team was responsive prior and after closing

Home buying experience was great. Everyone was friendly, helpful and make sure you get the home you want.

Lennar is awesome. They made the home buying experience quick, easy, and relatively inexpensive. From the initial inspection through closing the Lennar staff was great. I highly recommend them!

Cody did a great job of preparing the property prior to the initial new home orientation and even better job of completing the minor items we found during the initial walk thru.

The whole experience was horrible. From the loan application to the walk-through. The company in my view cuts corners in their building. Not transparent about the HOA and what the HOA requires. Such as having to submit an application for landscaping. It’ felt like to me that Lennar is all about selling a house. Not providing transparency. For the amount you pay for the house you should get transparency with value. Was disappointed throughout the whole process. If I could do it all over again I would have passed on Lennar. That being said the company needs to work on the process being less stressful for buyers and much more honest and transparent from the loan application to the walk-through. Also be honest with everything in the build, and allow the owner to be able to change things such as paint before everything is put in the house. Great incentives.Alex from Lennar mortgage is hard to work with. Disappointed with the second walk through. The issues were not resolved as expected. Paul from customer service is great.

Our new home is in a beautiful area of Las Vegas with mountain views. The home buying experience was fine. The craftsmanship is mediocre.

Jim the walk through person assigned was very detailed he found some minor things that needed to be fixed prior to settlement that we missed on the walk through. Doug the customer care agent was very helpful in getting a couple of issues resolved. He had a list of contacts that we could use to install various items. Mortgage team not so great. They kept asking for additional documents until settlement,

sales process was easy, people were good. Did get response and fix on one issue I didn’t like - but honestly cannot believe they build houses with light switches random distances from the doors. Some literally touching the door frame, some 2 feet away.

No doubt Lennar had the most competitive offer of all the new build builders. However I wouldn’t say the quality of our $900k+ home matches others in a similar price point. Are the homes well insulated…no. It is builder grade all the way. Unfortunately builder grade has eroded the past 10years so quality and materials are suspect. Baseboards are literally cardboard. Really … vacuum cleaner nicked a corner. It was peeled like cardboard This is the only Lennar home I’ve bought and it will be last. I’ll look again further regional builders who put more effort into the product

Purchasing my new home with Lennar was such a positive and seamless experience. The home was completed right on schedule, and I felt fully supported every step of the way—from pre-approval all the way to closing day. Lorah from the Lennar sales team worked beautifully with my realtor to make everything come together smoothly, and my loan officer, Daniel, was absolutely fantastic to work with. Both Lorah and Daniel communicated clearly and consistently, which made the process virtually stress-free. I’m thrilled with my new home—the quality is excellent!

The building team was absolutely great to work with. They made both walkthroughs a breeze and resolved the very few minor issues found on walkthrough perfectly. Great experience. No complaints. We absolutely love our new home.

Terrible Builder!!! You are just a number. Changed finish products without notification. Used more inexpensive and cheaper materials. Numerous examples; 2 foot on center studs in house not 16”, very shorty workmanship. No cold water due to water for complex coming from water tank on mountain, not disclosed! Endless issues. Would NOT recommend Lennar to anyone!

Terrible quality of materials in this Lennar home, would never buy from them again.

We had communication issues as it pertained to the exterior color scheme and after proving what was promised by the Lennar Salesman they basically told us to take it or leave it.

First of all, I like this home because it is close to my son’s place. It’s nice to have a brand new home. It’s clean and it’s comfortable and the size of the rooms are plenty enough. The windows are large. There’s plenty parking for visitors. The HOA keeps the area clean. The stores are easy to navigate and not too far. I think it’s a good area.

Easy process, excellent service and team from beginning to the end even after we got the keys and close the house , fast response, and they listen and resolve the problem, The quality of the house is good compared to with the price you pay for.
