Very seamless process from beginning till we got the keys

I was searching for a new home that was affordable and had all that I was looking for. I found Lennar and was very impressed with quality, price and the standard upgrades in the price. I worked with the Lennar team and I can’t say enough they put me on the fast track to get into my home and sure enough I was in without any issues. My home was more than expected and no short cuts this house was built right I inspected it myself and well Lennar builders did a great job. Very happy and if you find minor issues or any issues they will come right out and fix the issue. I had a small floor scuff mark and reported it and the next day the contractor was at my home and fixed the issue. Now that’s service. Beautiful location and well planned out community plus landscaping is very professional and well kept I never usually write reviews but Lennar did such a good job with the home .service.and helping me along the way with buying process it just need to be in writing ... My home buying experience with Lennar was exceptional. The home is built with quality materials and solid. It was a spec home, but the design and fixtures were well thought out.

Great overall experience, very responsive team

We had a super easy experience buying our condo with Lennar. From our realtors Debbie and Donna to our excellent Lennar support staff we were very pleased with the price and experience. The Lennar team was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The place was absolutely perfect when we closed. Cuddos to Lennar and the great people who work there. Happy to be coming to Florida the best state in the union.

I had read some negative reviews about Lennar, however everything was done right with this division I felt

The model I brought is one that I wanted for long time. It is bad that Lennar does not allowed buyers to choose a refrigerator models of choice. They did not provided the appliances for the next gen apartment. They do not provided a welcome package to orient you where to go for utilities etc. They did not provided blinds. House lacks sufficient cabinets.

Great experience from day 1. Our sale representative Rebecca was friendly, professional and helped us throughout the entire process. Our house is beautiful and comfortable. The layout of the house is great and functional. Also, the staffs at the Home orientation walked the house with us and answered our questions. The entire staff were very friendly and professional.

I purchased a small Lennar house approximately 1394 sq ft. The workmanship quality is very good. I had the house inspected prior to closing and there were minor issues which Lennar fixed. I like that all appliances including washer and dryer are included. The only negative is there just isn’t any storage save. You don’t get hardware for cabinets either. And no medicine cabinet. If you want those items you have to purchase them yourself. But overran the house is energy efficient and that is a big plus.

Everything was so easy, from looking at the houses through completion of approval for my mortgage. Dominique and Samer were there with quick response to all of my questions and both were super nice, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Brandon the construction manager is also super nice and was so very helpful after I locked myself out of my new home (technology lol) I can’t thank him enough and now the rest of the houses are complete I miss seeing him drive by. Dominique, Samer and Brandon are an asset to Lennar.

The home buying process was smooth. Nicole our loan officer was completely fantastic and communicated everything that was needed. Maranda at title was very helpful even after closing still helping us. Devin in construction worked on all items and Chad with warranty helped us as well. Thank you

From start to finish. Lennar did a great job keeping me informed with the whole buying process. Any questions I had, were answered in a respectable time frame. I’d highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking to buy a home.

The overall buying experience was handled in a very professional manner. The display homes were very fashionable and provided us with many ideas to carry over into our new home. The sales staff was extremely helpful and offered several great incentives.
