We went with Lennar because we had a great experience in purchasing our last home in SCAL. It was the exact opposite in NV. Yes I get it, we had a rough state of affairs in the country in the past 2 years but the builder should not sacrifice the quality of homes that they produce. Finished product was very disappointing. Felt that Lennar was just interested in making money, build as many homes as fast as they can, sacrificing the quality of homes they’re building. From financing, to getting house keys to customer care was just a bad experience for us.

Shotty workmanship - looks like they let drunk people install in my house. Total lack of accountability to resolve issues Excuse after excuse about poor quality Unethical practices including some that are illegal Buy from another builder in the Vegas market. Lennar is building houses quickly and doesn't care about anything but getting your money. Moved in 2 months ago and still dealing with over 35 issues from move in.

Overall experience is good. The house was left with few imperfections that we are still working on.

My builder was always courteous and prompt whenever I had questions. Many things went wrong that were out of his control. One thing Lennar needs to change is offering a way to get prompt service for appliance issues since they are providing the appliance package with the home. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a repairman to come look at my ice maker and I had to call him myself through GE.

We owed a Lennar home and sold it and purchased this Belttera II. The home is in Skye Canyon a great community with lots of potential. However, the quality of workmanship and materials used is far less than expected for the price. Our previous experience with Lennar was flawless so we expected nothing less. Lots of rework in process and that's requiring lots of patiences.

To be honest I have bought a few new homes in NV. for investment but the experience with Lennar was fantastic! EVERY One I worked with was super helpful and friendly. The quality of the home is exceptional. I will buy again with Lennar it was a flawless experience... solar being mandatory was confusing but we got threw it. total experience was a 10+ Thanks!

Lennar has done a great job addressing some minor items that needed to be fixed post purchase. Immediate response and quick scheduling of the specific sub contractors needed.

Buying the home was fine - responded quickly to an opportunity for earlier acquisition. Dealing with the bank was a horror. This is my 11th house so not my first rodeo

The best is Lila the concierge has been fantastic always answers her phone always helps me, Everton was very good too keeping in touch, Vince is very nice and has come to the house with people to fix things, because we do not live there! Your Lennar mortgage is the worst I've ever dealt with and screwed up so many things they don't call people back you have to hunt them down and then leave messages which they don't return calls, thank God we did not take a loan with them!

When I bought this house, I have been told no co-op (buyer’s agent commission). But recently my neighbor told me they had co-op for the real estate agent! And we almost bought the house at the same time at the same street! It is not fair, builder treats buyers differently!

the closing was delayed 3 times but I don't know if it was because of the bjilder

We love our home it’s everything we envisioned it to be. We believe that lennar could have handled business better. We closed almost 3 weeks after our tentative closing date due to last minute paperwork we had to produce after we did our walk through. It was very inconsiderate of Lennar because they new we traveled from Chicago for the closing not knowing that the loan was far from being approved. The delay in our home process even pushed us into a different percentage rate. We feel that things could have been dealt with completely different. My husband and I both missed time from work because of this, if we would have known ahead of time that more paperwork was needed we could have stayed in Chicago until everything was cleared. Staying 3 weeks in a hotel, eating out everyday, and hike in percentage rate made this process way more expensive then we cared for. We love our home, but Lennar made the process hell due to being so inconsiderate. ... More

From the sales department, decor advisors, and the managing builders we were very pleased with all the friendly, professional workers that Lennar employs. Would purchase from Lennar again.

Great Quality and Beautiful Finish!!

Everyone on the Lennar team was great. Sam and Flavio the on-site managers kept us informed of status and schedule resulting in an time closing and completion. Diana and the team at Lennar title were especially helpful in obtaining paperwork for my lender. The closing at there office was fast and efficient. Ethan and Maryann on the real estate side we’re also great. All team Lennar did a great job.

Tatum and Oscar don’t do what they say they are going to do they tell you what they think you want to hear and that’s all.

On my delivery MJ was keen on communication and timely responses for needed repairs.

Substandard workmanship coupled with poor customer service at a a price point that should have been far better.

Purchasing was easy enough, challenge with the walkthrough and follow up on outstanding items. Punch Lindt was extensive and I am still working through getting it taken care of. Spending a lot of time to make sure it gets completed and need to constantly follow up.

Loan officer response to locking a mortgage rate was too slow which cost us a higher rate than originally quoted

Architectural design and location are a plus.
