Our salesperson, and our construction managers, along with the customer care (warranty) representatives were all great! For whatever reason, I feel as if the trades don’t pay attention to the small details. Making it necessary to put in a claim and wait an above average time to get it rectified. That being said. This is our third Lennar home and we couldn’t be happier with the home, and how well we were treated!

Al Mendoza and Harold our customer service rep are very quick with helping and solving our issues as they arise. We love living here and enjoy our home very much. Thanks for having such caring and responsible Lennar representatives to be at our beck and call.

Positive experience, would by Lennar again.

This is my second Lennar home. I purchased this home because of the craftsmanship in my first Lennar home. Unfortunately Lennar did cut corners in the craftsmanship in my new home which was twice the price as my first Lennar home.

The experience dealing with Lennar was very good, soup to nuts, but everyone feels overworked. This means things were not always smooth, but once focused all good. Workmanship from the trades was a big concern. the trades are hurting, so not sure what Lennar could do to help that.

Slammed together homes. Company knowingly closing homes with many defects they hope will be overlooked

The pandemic time gave me a horrible experience in buying the house. You could not visit the site. Limited communication to the staff of Lennars. The time is really, really bad. Delayed in all aspects even in the turning over of the house keys. The request or complaints has to be done by virtual. What if you are not good in computer? Customer Care Person avoid to visit the condo. No care at all No one wants to be in contact. How can we solve the issues. Sorry! This is an honest review.

Lennar Title is the absolute worst. No response before or after purchase. Forgot to notify my realtor about walk thru date changes. Walk thru is 1 hr - orientation only - no time to stop to look for problems or issues. Customer Care response is hit or miss. House is gorgeous, makes it easier to look past the scratched and dented appliances, the gouges in the granite, the plain glass windows in the bathrooms, the paint spatters all over the overpriced LVP flooring.

Reliability was key to our purchase.

Sales office Laurie went to bat for us and had some changes made that made our home buying experience fantastic. The finished product was exactly what we were hoping for and Laurie played an intricate part of making that happen. Thank you Laurie.

Quality is not great. “Everything’s Included” but low quality. Appliances and gadgets installed are outdated.

I love my home! Bought it long distance from Florida and had no problems.

Everything went smooth start to finish

Lennar employees were helpful and courteous, however the tradespeople they use make their jobs difficult. Too many repairs and redos were required. The average quality of work for the price of the home was not there. My guest room had to be repainted and taped, the backsplash in the kitchen redone and the siding glass door had to be replaced just to name a few.

Buyers need to be aware of what is included in the $80,000 Everything Included package. Here is an example, under features the Ring Security Kit says Ring Alarm Window and Door Contact Sensor. There is only a sensor on the front door and the slider. During the walk-thru I asked where the rest of the sensors are on the other windows and doors. Their answers was it only says window and door (singular). Purchasing a $900k house and they can even add sensors to the rest of the doors and windows which cost $99 on Amazon and I know the builder gets it cheaper since they have a contract with Ring. There are no CAT5 outlets anywhere in the house and it's not even an option. They give you one eero Pro 6 mesh wifi system which only covers up to 2000sq. ft. The smallest house in our community is 3300 sq. ft. We caught that during our walk-thru and they ended up sending us another one so we can get internet throughout the house. A house at this price point they can't even put a $20 drain pan under the water heater. Interior paint is a cheap flat white with no option for upgrade to satin or different color. 4 of our neighbors had their house repainted at an extra cost averaging $4500. ... More

Disappointed in the quality of of finishes for the amount of money charged for home.

The Construction Team was exceptional. They provided frequent updates and pictures. During celebration walkthrough issues were identified but resolved in a timely manner. Both Sam and Flavio were great and responsive during the construction process. Wanda was a God send- Literally :-) and a pleasure to work with. There were some issues with the financing team during the process. We loss Shelby as our representative and received someone that had not reviewed the files so the process got a little cloudy, Diane saved the day for the finance team. We have identified some issues during the 30-day warranty period, but Rob is on top of the issues, and I expect to see the issues resolved soon. ... More

From what I keep hearing, Lennar home is supposed to be the highest quality home builder. But that’s the biggest lie ever! From the sales team that got my insurance company info wrong. The house having issues during walk through that was noted but was not fixed! I was told that it would be fixed but never was. The house was dirty and paint splashes everywhere when they handed the keys. Was addressed but never fixed! Missing corner base board and random wall hole patches. If I could have all the money back I would get a refund! KB Homes is better and would never recommend Lennar and will tell people that this is the worst home builder! Thanks for nothing! ... More
