Was upset that I had to wait 4 months cause Lennar decided to hold my home instead of releasing it for sale. home in January 2021 f and made the price go up $22,000 which came out of my pocket. Home is nice but would’ve felt better if they sold me the home in the beginning

We love our home especially that it was move in ready. It was a smooth transaction moving into this home. They will help you and listen to your needs when it came to financing. Thank you Lennar.

My experience overall was amazing. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they are also always there when you have questions. This was my first time buying so I was very pleased with my experience.

Very easy to work with even during the pandemic. Everyone was always there to ask questions. Roy was always very helpful. Balthazar the project manager walked me through everything. I'm very grateful to have bought a Lennar Home.

I'll never buy another Lennar home again

Not really like the design

The workmanship on these homes is subpar. I am still having issues with many items in my house. Make sure you do an extremely through walk through, look at the ceilings, floors, walls, cabinets, and drawers. They do not do a good job with quality control of their workmanship/contractors.

There were a lot of glitches. Thank God my realtor was a friend and the big boss got involved to see my transaction through. I love my home!! The home is a smart home and I feel Lennar could and should do a much better job of helping clients get everything set up. The process of purchasing my home was not a fun one. Lennar employees were not on the same page as to whose responsibility it was for each process so I felt tossed about regularly. If it weren’t for Diane getting involved and being so very gracious, I may not have completed my purchase. I am very glad I did.

AFTER we moved in we found MANY cut corners and issues of rushed or shoddy construction standards BEHIND appliances, still unable to get RING DOORBELL and security system set up, when you buy a NEW home this should not happen, during walk through notice front door needed to be painted now it doesn't hang right and is difficult to lock. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Great experience an great neighbors an the quality of the home is special for a first time home buyer would highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking to purchase a home!!!!

As much as I dislike making a suggestion to finance with the builder, you may get better treatment from Lennar Title by doing so! Questions not answered, calls not returned, treated rude when we arrived to close per Lennar's diection. We were even asked upon arrival to close, why we were there! Who just shows up at a closing for the heck of it, especially in a pandemic? And keep in mind, Lennar had all our monies and still used their leverage to treat us rude. Lennar, you are not the only builder and definely were unknown to us in IL. We traveled cross country to buy in NV and were thrilled to find a buildrer, builing homes to address our personal needs at this time in life. We have owned many properties before and this was the worse and most stressful closing we ever experienced! All, reading this, my comments are specific to Lennar Title. Our site foreman, conceigre, and sales associates were wonderful! We are currently working with Lennar's home care team to address a few building issues, and so far the process is going well. Hopefully, I will gain confidence in Lennar to recommend to others based on they uphold warranties, etc., but for now my only suggestion is if you decife to purchase a Lennar home, work directly with Lennar's team from start to finish and perhaps Lennar Title will give you better customer service! ... With everyone working remote and no one being forced to be in an office or available to work, there is a lack of availability or response. Things are not taken care of as quickly as they used to be or, sometimes, you can't even get a hold of someone to get an answer or solution. That goes for both the buying process and the support for issues after closing. Employees have become more focused on their personal issues rather than their work and availability during working hours.

To many construction issues small but many. Dirty and sloppiness of workmanship seems no one inspects work.

We enjoyed the construction process from framing to close and it was nice to see the different stages and to see it finally be ours before the deadline was awesome.

Rushed to build home not great quality for price of home. Moved in November had nothing but problems for the past eight weeks.Not happy at all

Mostly all good, just still need two areas of stucco replacement completed.

Great experience. Very responsive and attentive to questions and needs for any fixes. Great team. Very thorough and provided plenty of information. Overall, great experience.

Lennar's administration section makes home buying easy. The Lennar staff as a whole are extremely knowledgably, professional and always have the home buyers best interest in mind.

my experience was not the greatest...

The only issue is the rush to close on the new home with many outstanding issues. But the customer service was wonderful in addressing the issues after closing.

Not responsive to quality of workmanship and materials.

I recently purchased a brand new everything is included lennar home unfortunately, i as well as many other homeowners in the community have had an avalanche of issues. Faulty/ low quality garage doors, low quality workmanship throughout house. A real disaster

The Sales person,Roy ,I give 5 STAR. He was very easy to communicate with. He always responded to our questions. Gerry, the construction manager, I give 5 STAR. He was also easy to reach and explained /answered our inquiries. OUR CLOSING ON 10/1/21 DIDN'T HAPPEN DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH LOAN DEPT & TITLE COMPANY. I GIVE THEM 1 STAR. BECAUSE OF THAT WE HAD TO MOVE ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER HOTEL, SINCE OUR CLOSING IN THE HOUSE WAS ON 10/3/21.

This home was poorly built. We has purchased a Lennar home before so it made sense to stick with Lennar as our MUCH less expensive home was built much better. I'm embarrassed to tell ppl about this $600K home because of the crooked walls, terribly low quality &very poor workmanship. Up until this purchase I raved about Lennar. No more! Now I guide ppl away from Lennar at all costs

They are responsive but make sure you get a new garage door. They are currently trying to make us keep our temporary used door which is in terrible condition.
