They do not do a very good job at QCing the final product.

The workmanship on these homes is subpar. I am still having issues with many items in my house. Make sure you do an extremely through walk through, look at the ceilings, floors, walls, cabinets, and drawers. They do not do a good job with quality control of their workmanship/contractors.

I like my new Lennar home, exept for one issue: I signed a contract on my house, which is the Carson model, based on the model which I saw. It was beautiful, and the refrigerator and cabinetry in the kitchen were perfect. I didn't get to see the actual home I had purchased until after I signed. I assumed the refrigerator and cabinetry would fit like the model. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the kitchen and saw a big gap between the top of the refrigerator and the cabinetry above- about a 15 inch gap, with all unfinished wood exposed. While I am happy with the home itself, the homebuying experience with the Lennar team was less than average. There seems to be a disconnect between all departments within the sales process; from sales to project management to concierge services and then the walkthrough team. Anytime there was something that needed to be corrected or followed-up, each person I would talk with would say someone else on the team should have handled that, but would never take ownership in ensuring things were rectified. Lennar - There were over 25 issues upon closing on the house in August.

There were over 25 issues upon closing on the house in August. It has taken over 3 months to get these issues resolved. I don't believe the house was even inspected by the onsite Lennar team prior to the closing date. Horrible experience!

Expertise in timing was honored for my home, however, was not well informed when looking/buying~~all models were not shown to me in my price range when looking in Heritage Courtyards

It was our first home buying experience, and I was hoping to enjoy it. Overall they did ok, but the mortgage part with constant postpones and delays was frustrating. Moreover, the construction manager was very irresponsible and would not fix stuff that we noted during the walkthrough.

Flooring feels like it's coming up, wall paint peels off by wiping it, caulking on floor peels, bunch of nails, screws, papers, plastic, etc that has came up just by leveling the dirt in my backyard, paint on windows, back sliding door wouldn't stay on tracks for about 2 weeks.. I asked for help once and will never ask again.. nor do I want a follow up email or reply!

Lennar selling agent was unresponsive throughout the entire process! Issues at initial walk through were not resolved prior to final walk through. This was a model so I would have expected better quality from the beginning.

Very poor final walk through and resolution of issues noted during walk through as well as cleanliness of house. The house was a mess and needed to be thoroughly cleaned multiple times. The builder was sloppy with some workmanship also

Lennar used to be much higher quality however now has cut many corners to save even the smallest amount of money. They are now a small step above KB even with their "Everythings Included" slogan. The reason I went through with the purchase was the financing incentives.

Throughout the process, my spouse and I felt like a number/quota instead of a person. Every department was in a hurry to pass us on to the next department.

No attention to detail, I expect more. Faucets crooked, outlets crooked and not flush, upgrades are extremely over priced. While I will continue to live here, I would NOT buy from this company again.

I've built several homes in the past with different builders. When I was considering my home purchase this time, Lennar was on the short list with a good reputation. From the start, they were very nice and repeating soo frequently how they care about their buyers and always focus on providing a quality home. Had constant issues with Lennar Mortgage. They were not reliable in responding to messaging. When it came time to close, they were still dragging their feet on fixing issues that had been known for months. The construction team has been great in response to warranty issues but there’s no reason it should not have been done prior to closing. The amount of blue tape issues that were not corrected or were brushed under the rug are not great. We love our home, but I would not buy with Lennar again.

There was a lack of communication between the company, buyer and agent. Often times requests needed to be sent several times. Two areas we marked in our initial and final walk throughs are still not corrected.

My overall description of the house would be shoddy workmanship. I am regretting the purchase more each day. Getting repairs done is a long term nuisance and dealing with the HOA is a nightmare.

They really don’t put effort in making a home feel “new” there are too many things that need adjusting. There was even some major things. The people who come in to fix the issues don’t show up on time nor do they respect your home and just try to make it look “good enough”. The walls are also way too thin.

The home buying process with Lennar was highly disappointing. Our brand new home looked like it had already been lived in— dings in the walls, imperfections in the paint, torn up baseboards, paint splatters on our upgraded laminate flooring, and carpet, as well as a dirty home that was NOT cleaned after construction before move-in. Both the front and back doors are difficult to close and take a bit of force, while lifting up on the door to get them to close properly. If I know what I had to go throw, I wouldn’t have gone with Lennar. The are responsive as they are trying to sign you up to buy the house and once you do, they disappear, the customer service is horrible, they don’t explain anything, you stay in limbo waiting for them to tell what happening and they will keep rescheduling forever and then when you get to talk to somebody, you get nothing but attitude. I don’t recommend it.

Honestly, there were a lot of communication issues during the home buying process with LENNAR. I was especially disappointed with the construction manager Cody. There were several issues with the home that needed to be fixed. We brought up the issues during the walk throughs. Whenever we showed up, Cody was still working on the issues . It was disappointing to hear that Cody stated we were the ones delaying the processes when he could not even get his workers to fix the issues in the home.
