Very poor final walk through and resolution of issues noted during walk through as well as cleanliness of house. The house was a mess and needed to be thoroughly cleaned multiple times. The builder was sloppy with some workmanship also

Lennar used to be much higher quality however now has cut many corners to save even the smallest amount of money. They are now a small step above KB even with their "Everythings Included" slogan. The reason I went through with the purchase was the financing incentives.

No attention to detail, I expect more. Faucets crooked, outlets crooked and not flush, upgrades are extremely over priced. While I will continue to live here, I would NOT buy from this company again.

I've built several homes in the past with different builders. When I was considering my home purchase this time, Lennar was on the short list with a good reputation. From the start, they were very nice and repeating soo frequently how they care about their buyers and always focus on providing a quality home. Had constant issues with Lennar Mortgage. They were not reliable in responding to messaging. When it came time to close, they were still dragging their feet on fixing issues that had been known for months. The construction team has been great in response to warranty issues but there’s no reason it should not have been done prior to closing. The amount of blue tape issues that were not corrected or were brushed under the rug are not great. We love our home, but I would not buy with Lennar again.

There was a lack of communication between the company, buyer and agent. Often times requests needed to be sent several times. Two areas we marked in our initial and final walk throughs are still not corrected.

My overall description of the house would be shoddy workmanship. I am regretting the purchase more each day. Getting repairs done is a long term nuisance and dealing with the HOA is a nightmare.

They really don’t put effort in making a home feel “new” there are too many things that need adjusting. There was even some major things. The people who come in to fix the issues don’t show up on time nor do they respect your home and just try to make it look “good enough”. The walls are also way too thin.

The home buying process with Lennar was highly disappointing. Our brand new home looked like it had already been lived in— dings in the walls, imperfections in the paint, torn up baseboards, paint splatters on our upgraded laminate flooring, and carpet, as well as a dirty home that was NOT cleaned after construction before move-in. Both the front and back doors are difficult to close and take a bit of force, while lifting up on the door to get them to close properly. If I know what I had to go throw, I wouldn’t have gone with Lennar. The are responsive as they are trying to sign you up to buy the house and once you do, they disappear, the customer service is horrible, they don’t explain anything, you stay in limbo waiting for them to tell what happening and they will keep rescheduling forever and then when you get to talk to somebody, you get nothing but attitude. I don’t recommend it.

Honestly, there were a lot of communication issues during the home buying process with LENNAR. I was especially disappointed with the construction manager Cody. There were several issues with the home that needed to be fixed. We brought up the issues during the walk throughs. Whenever we showed up, Cody was still working on the issues . It was disappointing to hear that Cody stated we were the ones delaying the processes when he could not even get his workers to fix the issues in the home. Home wasn’t ready for me to move in, did a walk through with the superintendent and found a bunch of problems and was promised everything would be fixed in a week, which was a lie took over 3 weeks.upstairs floor still squeaks all over the place even though they claimed they fixed it

They changed my closing date 3 times because they had no idea what the right date was the fees we incorrect I had to send 2 separate wires it was the worst experience I have ever had!!!!!!

I am not sure who designed these houses BUT they knew nothing about a 55+ community. Shoddy workmanship and an excuse for everything.

Poor quality overall. Very disappointed. Many defects and issues that require repair AFTER closing. Poor attention to quality control over vendors during the construction process and lack of oversight in remedying BEFORE closing so it leaves the homeowner having to chase to get warranty items repaired. The warranty rep (Doug) has been fantastic and responsive - BUT - we shouldn’t have to deal with all of these issues. We just bought a house and it came completely filthy. Paint splatters all over the floor. Screen door not fixed as they told us it would be. They just rush you through and pressure you to sign off and make promises that they don’t stick to. Beware on the construction sign off.

Overall, my experience with Lennar was disappointing and unnecessarily challenging. I had heard great things about the company, however, it seems like they have made a lot of changes, especially within the last five years. The most difficult part of the process was Lennar mortgage. My buying experience has been very disappointing. The quality of workmanship throughout the unit is poor and not what I expected for a property that cost $600K. Cabinetry, flooring, painting, backsplash are all substandard and I have call backs for all areas. Air conditioning unit is so loud it sounds like the runway at the airport and I’m continually told they are “working on it”. It seems these properties are just thrown up and they move on with no regard to quality.

I have had nothing but usses, last straw was I signed all the paperwork and didn't get possession for 7 days. As I was paying for the place. Sent emails asking to be reimbursed, as of today Aug 16th ZERO ZERO ZERO response. My keys were not even presented to me, left on counter with construction workers. They got my money, and left me hanging.

Lennar workmanship is the worst I have seen and to name a few, you can see the paint roller on the ceiling, nails sticking out of baseboard, cracks in the bath tubs, etc....My main complain is the interior and exterior paint quality and workmanship.
