Waiting for months to get problems addressed and still no help. Promises made and no follow through. Finish work is not good, follow through not good, effort to make things right nonexistent. Gone through all the appropriate channels and done everything asked of us and we are left hanging with no help in sight.

We really love our new home build by Lennar! The building crew was amazing - fast and good quality. The builders' supervisor was very responsive and kept us in the loop. He really went above and beyond. That said, the sale process was extremely shady and frustrating. The price kept going up by the week and even when they "released the lot" and had increased the price substantially from the initial price, they put us through blind bidding extorting even more money from us. After we moved into the house, the Lennar customer service is very good, for the most part.

Disappointed that they put the cheapest and loudest washer and dryer in this house. When we first purchased a few things we wrong and took awhile for Lennar to take care of these issues.

The fact that they lied to us about our closing delays. We love our house. We love what we chose for our upgrades. The construction process was great, however the paperwork and behind the scenes was completely an unorganized mess. We were lied to about FHA/HUD delays that we had a feeling were lies, and recently found out to be definite lies. So disappointing. Nothing we can do about it now but definitely made me angry!

Daniel did an amazing job ensuring that everything was perfect in the house. The entire team helped us out so much during the purchasing process during COVID.

There were over 25 issues upon closing on the house in August. It has taken over 3 months to get these issues resolved. I don't believe the house was even inspected by the onsite Lennar team prior to the closing date. Horrible experience!

I have purchased three Lennar since 2019 and I am always pleased with my transactions. The staff is great and work diligently to make sure that we close on time.

Only draw back was unable to make small modification during build that could have saved money having to do after home was completed. Running a 220 v line for an electric dryer before walls were closed up. Willing to pay for it but could not do it.

The quality is lacking and Phil the customer service rep is horrible it wasn’t until I got a hold of his boss that anything got done around my house. They slap the houses together and want to walk away as soon as you move in no follow up poor customer service

Each and every step in the building and buying experience went smoothly. I was treated with respect and made to feel that I am extremely important.

Decent experience move in date delayed twice..

DO NOT BUY homes built by Lennar especially In Nevada. The materials are low quality. They rushed our home as a final product. We are having too many issues with the home after we moved in. Their staff, workers, everyone is unprofessional. I regret buying a brand new home from them. Reconsider other builders in the area. This is our third experience buying a brand new house and they are below standard compared to the other 2 experiences we had.

I first became acquainted with Lennar when I moved from the East to west coast and settled in Las Vegas. I like the homes and use of space. I just brought my second Lennar home and I see the same issues. The first one is the entry way into the master bedroom is always smaller than the rest of the other door ways always making it hard to move furniture into the room. There is always a little space then the entry way. Also some of the electrical outlet and switches are always in the wrong spaces. I did have some issues once I moved in but they were fixed as soon as they were pointed out. Some other issues like stripped screws and uneven cabinets are the tradesman but then its the project manager which should be checking those issues but prob does not do so. Easy home buying, the home come with nice upgrades. Home was built and we moved in on the projected date.

The home buying experience was good. Some of the issues and quality of appliances and workmanship was a not good, but when we addressed issues, the responses were very good.

They made it easy for us to buy our home.

The loan department needs help

A lot of poor quality work discovered and still being discovered in the house. Lennar does respond to get things fixed.

Work quality is pretty bad. I still have hole on my ceiling and no one seems to care about it. Hopefully next home purchase won’t be lennar.

We are so pleased with Lennar and the entire process. We saw the Adonis Model and I said “I found my Forever Home!! We put a deposit down on a premier lot (just foundation) and had to wait 5 months to move into our Brand New Home!! It all worked out beautifully!! Moved from CA, sold our home and now we are enjoying our Beautiful New Home Forever !! Thank you Lennar and all the employees! You’re all Fantastic!!
