The over all house is great, but the cheap GE appliances leave you will a questioning feeling. You should either leave out the crappy GE appliances and save the customers the aggravation of getting rid of them or have to fix them. Or give the people the option to upgrade them. You have people over and they see a beautiful house and then walk in the kitchen see the cheap GE crap and assume you have a cheap house. I think it would be better for Lennar’s reputation to just get rid of them, or only put them in your budget starter homes. Or have upgrade packages available, I bet most people would upgrade. Lisa from customer service was great, but there was nothing she could do to get this cheap crap to work. ... More

I have sold homes in Las Vegas since 1994 and was very disappointed in the home buying purchase.

Well built and great customer service

Very good quality workmanship and materials. Reasonable price. Great customer service. All issues were handled nicely and were resolved within an acceptable timeframe.

Great home for the money. We have been very happy with the builder and the community.

If Lennar was the last builder on the planet, I was still not recommend them.

Lennar’s overall service was very good. The follow up after the home purchase by the warranty staff has been outstanding

Hard to contact LENNAR ASSOCIATES FOR QUESTIONS . Problems setup ring and door lock. Plants in the yard dying before one month of being here. We had to pay someone to look at the sprinkler and replace plants

Good: They let you tour the home once it is framed, walk you through, explain things in detail when you can see inside the walls. The sales team that answers your question is excellent, responsive, and informative. The build crews are good and they don't seem to take shortcuts. Not so Good: They mark up the flooring, and offer really crap carpeting so expect to pay another 10-20K for flooring above list so you don't have cheap carpet in living room. Don't use their title or lender, the 5K incentive is eaten up in the first 5 years with the higher interest rate they offer and they are part of the Lennar company so looking out for you is not the first priority. Finally, they run pipes too close to the surface here so we never have cold water or even slightly cold water, in the summer when you really want it. ... More

We were helped from beginning to end by Lennar friendly and professional

No person at models, couldn't get in as scheduled, took 45 minutes in heat and my buyers agent to help me, if not for her would not have bought the home, they no longer honor buyers agents so would not buy the house now. Then no one at scheduled appt at design center, waited an hour, they blamed me adding insult to injury, they rescheduled and took another half day of my time. The only way this worked was my agent pushing through and knowing the people to call, if it were just me would have backed out. Once home was done they were awesome at fixing some issues in a timely manner, that part of the process was great. The everythings included is great. Recommend using an agent if you buy with Lennar, buying process is like calling a help line and getting a computer and then trying to press 0 for a customer service and waiting, fortunately my agent had direct lines to get it done. ... Having the my home completed on time made it easy to schedule everything from movers to utilities to deliveries.

I am satisfied with Lennar builder

First and foremost, I pondered whether or not I wanted to write this review because I don’t like writing anything negative, however I think it’s necessary. For the amount of money I spent purchasing this home and the quality DOES NOT MATCH! I have had this home literally fall apart in front of my eyes. One issue after another and this is my 5th home, 4th that I’ve built and I’ve never experienced issues like this before. I have received notices from the HOA about my yard but yet the sprinklers were inoperable, and I had a work order in. The plants were dying and yes they place the cheapest mess in your yard , which is horrible to begin with. It literally look like a desert in your front yard! What type of curb appeal is this? Although I’ve had the contractors come out to fix the items, some have needed to be repaired a few times and that is not cool whatsoever! I closed in May and here it is only September and I’ve wasted more time at home waiting for a repairman than actually taking the time to enjoy the home. Instead of them applying semi gloss paint over the home, they Painted with flat paint, therefore the moment you close and move in, you’re hunting down a contractor to paint your hole which is an additional 3k. I have had to contact the individual who basically hand over the keys to obtain my keys, gate code, and my remote for the gate, when that should have been left at the door. It’s unnecessary and if Lennar is calling this quality??? Then they really need to speak with another builder to understand what quality is. It’s insane! Change your paint its easily to get chip and dirty

Horrible experience by my brand new home with Lennar I do not recommend this builder I have the following issues and have never been resolved: 1. Significant deviation between what was delivered and the model I toured. 2. Unable to get cold water because they failed to dig the water piping. 3. I received old appliances probably because the nicer ones were not available anymore. 4. The kitchen is supposed to have a trash compactor Lennar did not install one nor did they want to install one. 5. Electrical plugs/outlets were different than the ones in the model home. 6. Different doors were installed versus the ones we saw in the model home. ... More

I would like them to repair the issues with my home

Lennar has professional and courteous to deal with. Martha and Duke have been great to work with. Our Lennar agent, Dawn was great in answering all our questions in a timely manner. However, after accepting the house a few things have been at or below average. On closing day, we were left to fend for ourselves, did not know where to get our mail key, garage remotes did not work, no explanation on the Schlage keyless lock system, how to obtain the RFID chip for the gate entry, etc. A helpful explanation sheet would have been very helpful. I even wrote something up myself and submitted it with no response. We still cannot get our side-walk repaired when it was damaged before we moved-in. They just point the finger to the city. Most of all we were shocked to not receive anything from Lennar to include champagne or anything. They call closing day a celebration...but do nothing for you and was a nightmare of a day. We spent over $500K and expected a little something than here you go. ... More

The builder site managers communicated well throughout the process. I was invited to check on the house at any time and all concerns were addressed

I was so thrilled to find my dream retirement home in a 55+ Lennar community in NV! Every person I worked with from the sales rep to the construction manager were so helpful and so supportive. I was disappointed that the appraisal came in significantly lower than the selling price, but I have no regrets about my purchase decision.

In general I'm happy with the purchase of my home. It's a perfect size for a couple with no kids. Love the balcony and the fact that I can see the sunset all year around. The open plan kitchen-living area is another plus. There are some things that are not the best such us: - Master bedroom could've used an extra A/C duct. One is not enough and it could get uncomfortable at night time. The smaller bedroom has the same duct, but it is half the size of the master, and get really cool and nice. - Master walk-in closet is very small, so the second bedroom closet has to be used by my partner.
