WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me just say the only person that helped in this whole transaction was Celia. The worst experience was Lennar Mortgage (Christina Z), will NEVER recommend this lender and especially Christina! Dave the "walk through" guy was horrible!!! We never got a proper walk, unless you call a 6 minute walk proper? We were left figuring out how to work everything and search for instructions, still don't have the a/c warranty after asking more than three times... Still going through problems from lies told by Lennar. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER/LENDER!!!!!!!

We went with Lennar because we had a great experience in purchasing our last home in SCAL. It was the exact opposite in NV. Yes I get it, we had a rough state of affairs in the country in the past 2 years but the builder should not sacrifice the quality of homes that they produce. Finished product was very disappointing. Felt that Lennar was just interested in making money, build as many homes as fast as they can, sacrificing the quality of homes they’re building. From financing, to getting house keys to customer care was just a bad experience for us.

Lennar Homes poor Quality.

Since we moved into the new home that Lennar built, it has been one issue after another. The very first day we moved in we had a gas leak. Since then, several issues with the dish washer, broken master bedroom sink faucet, numerous cracks on the molding, doors, and wall throughout the home. Dents and scratches on door, wall, and shelves (that were put in backwards), paint stains all over the house. We found razor blades on top of door frames and upper shelves. The list goes on and on. The house built for me wasn’t the same as was shown ( model house layout especially the windows)

Make sure that the lay out, design and the type of windows are the same as what u purchased!! I was made to believed that the house I purchased was the same and exact layout with all the right windows installed but no one informed me ahead of time why the windows was not the same as the house was being built.They changed the windows into a horizontal design instead of vertical ones!!

Terrible home buying experience. Communication was terrible, little to no follow up. The mandatory inclusion of solar panels was not clearly communicated what the process for set up is and has not been resolved months after closing. Amenities were not fully completed and still unresolved after closing, kitchen water filter and internet equipment were not set up nor will Lennar correct the problems. The Ring system was not the same as the one in the model home. Overall this was a terrible experience and would not purchase from Lennar again. I will be filing a complaint with the Better ...

DO NOT BUY homes built by Lennar especially In Nevada. The materials are low quality. They rushed our home as a final product. We are having too many issues with the home after we moved in. Their staff, workers, everyone is unprofessional. I regret buying a brand new home from them. Reconsider other builders in the area. This is our third experience buying a brand new house and they are below standard compared to the other 2 experiences we had.

Extremely poor communication, professionalism

From beginning to end Lennar made it difficult throughout the process. If I needed something done, it was always my responsibility to reach out and ask a Lennar member to complete the task. Poor workmanship across all household items has forced us to see the warranty department no less than 12 times and counting. The work was rushed and it shows.

So many issues. The entire process seemed rushed and unplanned. Not sure if this is how every new home buying experience is, but I would not purchase from Lennar again.

Dream home purchase became a nightmare...

Our dream home purchase was the worst purchase experience of our lives, thanks to Lennar's quite unimaginable levels of ineptitude. No commitment to quality whatsoever at any stage of construction. No apparent desire to stick to deadlines. I, the home owner, seemed to be in charge of quality control - if I didn't catch it no one did. No commitment from upper management to make things right. I pleaded for help so many times, and just failure after failure ensued. No one from management ever even called or reached out to apologize for the incompetence. Worst buying experience of my life

Every aspect of buying a Lennar home was met with a challenge, and even once moved in, there are still issues and challenges. From initially trying to view the home at an advertised open house where there was actually no open house at all, to dealing with the completely incompetent lender which made mistake after mistake on the paperwork and their communication was awful, to the blue tape walk thru where there was a ton of items that needed to be "fixed" such as paint, grout, cabinet fronts, appliance issues etc, that were only half completed on the final walk thru and so we are still ...

Very bad quality of drywall. There are seem lines all throughout the house. Paint job was poorly done. Customer service is overwhelmed. Regret purchasing this product.

Not customer service at all in any department. The materials and accessories that they used are the cheapest . I saw the blinds that they put in a $750.000 house at Walmart for $15.00 . Chrome fixtures the cheapest. We knew what we were buying but we didn’t realize how bad it was.

Lennar Disappointment - Look Elsewhere

Will never buy another subpar product from Lennar. Poor quality, poor construction, poor execution. Don’t fall for the trick that everything will be fixed post closing. Walk away or trust me don’t get involved in this fiasco. Talked with 3 neighbors who experienced the same issues. This is just plain poor business practice and flat our wrong. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company; wish I did.

Lennar really dropped the ball on this community called Terra Bella in Henderson NV. I made the mistake of purchasing a second floor unit, in a 3 story building. Due to poor, cheap construction, every time the people above me walk across the floor, I hear it. This goes on day, and night. Obviously, there is no buffer between the floors. I have lived in a high rise before, and never have experienced anything like this. The GE appliances are so cheaply manufactured, noisy, and nothing any person in their right mind would purchase. I would advise people look to other builders. Lennar is a joke, the salesman destroyed any hope I had and refused to meet us. When we closed I basically demanded he not show up to hand us our keys. The construction manager is nice as hell and very responsible but always running around having to put out fires from the crappy work these subcontractors do! If you see a Lennar sign… keep driving! Don’t stop and look and end up loving the area and home… because dealing with these clowns is not worth it.

Beware!!! First day I moved in I had a water leak and had to have a wall in my bathroom removed to dry out. Since I have moved in I have opened approximately 10-12 cases and only 2 have been resolved. The workmanship is awful. If you even consider buying from Lennar have an independent inspection.

Where to begin? So many issues and disappointments dealing with Lennar. Found a house and started the loan process in January 2022. Got approved and thought everything was done. Move in date set for late May. Got a call from Alex. our Lennar Loan Officer, in March to resubmit everything. He was impatient, offered no explanation and surprisingly rude.
