If you see something that needs be looked at early they are on it to try to fix it. Like the way they explain things to you and make sure you understand as they build.

I had the most wonderful sales rep. Laurie Swisher she was there for us 110% We just loved her. A true asset to your company.

It's amazing the things you find out about the contract you signed quickly along with the Builder etc, etc, after you move in. The Realtor just wants to sell sell sell and the builder just wants to put up a house very quickly!!! They don't care if the doors line up or if the floors are level or if there is insulation in the roof. GET A HOME INSPECTION BEFORE MOVING IN!!!

The friendliest community was what I was after and am quite satisfied with my purchase.

Cindy our sales agent was great. We were told we could close after we got back from vacation, the sales manager than told us we couldn't and we needed to close before we left. After speaking with several people, they honored the original agreement. We did a walk through with the agent, there were alot of touchup and other items not working, to which I was told, would be corrected. When we got back from vacay and went to see the items, they were not only corrected, the person lied and said they were. They used the wrong paint to touch up the whole house, the doors weren't lined up properly and I am still correcting a main water leak that was there when we moved in and that has cost me a fortune to correct in not just labor but water bills. Someone broke the automatic blinds, to which I was told, "oh well." It took weeks to get someone out to get the lutron and ruckus working. The paint for the house is unavailable and we are borrowing from neighbors to correct the awful job they did in the house. The floors were scratched and they told me too bad. The refrigerator didn't work and they told me if I bought the filter and that didn't fix it they would come out and fix it. I bought the filter, still wasn't working. They told me that they didn't tell me that and to call GE. Someone stole my Keurig part for the refrigerator and I had to replace that. When I brought this up to the sales manager, she said I got the house for the $15k less than the list price so I should be happy. It has been an awful experience. I have bought brand new houses before, and being a Realtor, I sell brand new houses, I have never had this much trouble and been this disappointed. ... More

I would like other buyers to know that Lennar uses cheap labor, and that a lot of the work done on these houses will have to be redone. Please call me I can give examples. The journeyman workers to cheap labor ratio is really low so what the buyers are getting is not journeyman quality work. On the other hand, Cadence spends their advertising dollars making this place to be so great. Don’t get me wrong, I really like the recreation center, & everything that goes alone with that, but the quality of this home is not there. I had one of your construction folks tell me that “ it’s just a track home, you can’t expect great quality.” Just a track home? Buyers are paying a lot of money for “just a track home.” Don’t get me wrong I don’t need to be negative, but the truth doesn’t lie, and if you take these reviews seriously you know that what I’m saying is true and you should make some serious changes in the labor you hire, and that is more journeyman in every trade. Would that bump your costs higher? Yes indeed, but buyers can expect quality craftsmanship. ... More

Poor customer service and poor craftsmanship.

Subfloor already makes noice , carpet work is horrible. Other than that house is beautiful.

I wish they would have worked with us on the closing after initially telling us we would close the end of May it cost us an extra $4,000.

Hectic at times but overall very pleased. Hats off to Jorge, Wade, Cristina, and my sales rep Shay. All excellent people who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. My exp w/ Lennar Lending however was a complete joke. Quote from your lending rep “if you don’t like the interest rate you can go back to renting” —-excuse me?

Homes are very nice...It would be helpful if door jambs were better suited for adding screen doors.

The experience was very fast. Maybe too fast. But I believe that comes with the times and the market. It would have been a better experience if our sales person had better advised us on the process and with more specific facts on the community and neighborhood and that there is an actual sub builder. The sales team could have shown some appreciation and gratitude for finally going through with lennar. But i guess they are too busy with multiple buyers and the individual customer is not valued at this time. It was a decision that felt rushed and I was not completed satisfied especially since we were moving from a different state where I had reservations about moving to Vegas. The build and quality of homes seems different here. And if I could have more info on the differences with understanding from the sales team, this would have made the experience totally different. Although the sales experience was not great. Customer service is completely different. We have been at our new home for a month now. I do appreciate the customer service side very much. Lisa and Rachel are awesome and are very understanding. They get things done and very quickly. They educate the home owner as well. Thank you Lennar customer service. ... More

From beginning to end Lennar made it difficult throughout the process. If I needed something done, it was always my responsibility to reach out and ask a Lennar member to complete the task. Poor workmanship across all household items has forced us to see the warranty department no less than 12 times and counting. The work was rushed and it shows.

Well I had something that wasn’t working and it got handled right away. Great customer service.
