After we purchased the home a few thing weren’t right, so we contacted Lisa your after market sell person. She was great Five stars for her. Also the foreman was the same Five stars.

GREAT QUALITY BUILDER WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANY AFTER MOVE-IN ISSUES: RESPONSE TIME WAS WITHIN THE DAY. ANY BUILDER ISSUES WERE RESOLVED WITHIN 24-48 HOUR TIMELINE.

From feces left on door handles due to materials left in pipes flooding my new home, to urine stained “brand new” toilets, and even sour urine smelling “brand new” AC, my first 90 days was far from a great experience. Customer service did what they could, yet I was lied to by the construction staff and ALL these issues should have never existed. I highly doubt Lennar will use this survey review or even reach out to me.

Not the best materials or workmanship. Stairs and 2nd floor creaks in several places. Too many places for the builder to fix without ripping out entire carpeting.

Since we moved into the new home that Lennar built, it has been one issue after another. The very first day we moved in we had a gas leak. Since then, several issues with the dish washer, broken master bedroom sink faucet, numerous cracks on the molding, doors, and wall throughout the home. Dents and scratches on door, wall, and shelves (that were put in backwards), paint stains all over the house. We found razor blades on top of door frames and upper shelves. The list goes on and on. We purchase this one story home for $414,000 (updated the floor and kitchen back splash). This house should be exceptional for the price but it’s not due to the poor workmanship, The customer service with Cristina was the worst. If it wasn’t in the script she could not think outside the box. The only silver lining is Rachael. She is a hard worker who cares and gets things done. The virtual appointments are stupid and a waste of time. The only person who gets things done is Rachael. Without her, there would be so many complaints about the shabby workmanship of these homes. Construction management was very flexible and had GREAT communication throughout the process.

Builder not addressing the problen with garbage around dumpsters and community streets . Builder allowing sub Contractors to play loud music disturbing residents. No quality check of home before released to buyer. Pets policy not enforced or addressed.

The home is a great value, with so much included. It's beautiful. But there are too many stupid construction errors — the wrong smartbox, not enough outlets in the smartbox (Cox TV and WAP are STILL a problem), wrong thermostats and plugs for the washer, promised USB ports not installed, no info on HOA procedures and more. It gets fixed (mostly) but owners waste hours dealing with what was supposed to be a turnkey experience. My third new construction and by far the most problematic.

We had an incredible experience with Lennar. We received service that other builders do not offer. They were extremely responsive and helpful at all times.

We bought out of state and the team always kept us informed of important milestones. This is actually our 2nd Lennar home and could not be any happier with our newest home purchase at Symphony.

It’s a very simple floor plan built but has the feel of a custom home. The builder put a lot of thought into the design process and it shows in the finished product. My daughter loves our new home and I’m so glad we choose Lennar Homes. Plus everything is included!

Working with the customer service rep to fix certain things in the house was a difficult process. Communication was lacking, follow through was poor, and there was no one else to call at corporate to get help; were were stuck. Lennar builds a nice product, but our customer service experience at the end was not that great.

Produces quality product and on time if not, earlier than promised. 'Everything included' a big plus.

We like our Lennar new home very much!

Lennar is quick to respond to inquiries always returns your call in a timely manner. We love our new home and have spoke to almost all our neighbors everyone seems to be so happy and excited.

Easy process and great looking house.

It was impossible too work with Lennar title. Would not accommodate my requests and had to use a different title company. Lennar punished me by not paying fees that the seller would normally pay

Everyone working at this company was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to respond to the two issues I had with my home. I HIGHLY recommend buying a home from Lennar. I LOVE MY HOUSE!!!
