Need more flexibility in options i would like to purchase.

Lennar staff is always available to help and resolve the issues promptly.

Very poor communication from our sales person, always evasive about when our home was going to be released for purchase as it was a model. We were forced to put reservation on home after we were told it was available to purchase. The day it was being released for sale we suddenly had another reservation, we then had to offer more money to get the home. All a game to get more money. We felt we were not treated as a valued customer but more like an inconvenience.

WORKMAN SHIP IS NOT THE BEST.

The mortgage process is absolutely ridiculous - the homes are missing insulation - the appliances they put in are sub-standard old - they take away items that should be included every time they raise the price & the houses for age restricted communities are Not Senior friendly I.e. they put cold air returns on the 10 ft. ceilings & not where they can be changed!! Only good thing I can say is in my community the team responsible for repairing little items is good!

Flooring feels like it's coming up, wall paint peels off by wiping it, caulking on floor peels, bunch of nails, screws, papers, plastic, etc that has came up just by leveling the dirt in my backyard, paint on windows, back sliding door wouldn't stay on tracks for about 2 weeks.. I asked for help once and will never ask again.. nor do I want a follow up email or reply!

The build is nice. Just little things here in there.

Outstanding service and quality from the builders and team at Lennar Mira Mesa. We visited the home weekly and often they would repair the smallest things before we even had a chance to say anything. Oscar and Jose are absolutely fantastic and by far and large were the best part of our first home buying purchase!!!

Great quality options for upgrades and excellent customer service!

Overall a great experience, the only hiccup we had was not related to Lennar, but everything has been great so far.

Lennar - Bradford at Emerson: Love the floor plan of the home, quality, and overall value. Had a few small issues but everyone involved was responsive to our concerns and Lennar's customer service values kicked in high gear. We truly appreciate it. From the construction manager, assistant construction manager and especially the design center, everyone worked together to make us 100% happy. Now, we are working with the warranty customer care specialist and she is amazing. As a representative of Lennar, her communication competency should be a benchmark for everyone in the customer service industry. It's a crazy time to be in the market, even for new builds. At one time new builds were a safe haven from bidding wars. If you were willing to pay the asking price, a reservation would reserve the home. It doesn't work that way anymore, and it would be helpful if there was full disclosure from the get go. Overall Lennar is a win. ... More

We love our new home

I’m a first-time homeowner so I was really nervous going into this process but the Lennar staff was very helpful and made everything easy. They seem like they have a real good handle on their business, they were pandemic-ready with digital forms and staff members who were very responsive to text messages and emails. My dream home turned out wonderfully. I was very happy with the quality of the home as well as all of the included amenities.

This was a very positive experience. All details were handled in a positive manner. Lennar made our closing like a celebration. There were banners and people to welcome you to your home.

We had a Lennar home in Summerlin that we were very happy with. So when it was time to sell and move on, we considered other builders, but since we were so happy with our previous home, we could not stray.. From the moment we met our sales representative Brian, to the working relationship we developed with Joel and Brandon during the building process, then meeting Paul to discuss our warranty, was truly a enjoyable experience. We love our new home. Thank you!

It was a great buying experience.

My issue in being a first time NEW home buyer was disappointing, not so much because of the home but the agent, Virginia. They screwed up on the loan docs and sent them to a different state, which meant we had to get up at the crack of dawn to make sure everything was resigned before noon for escrow to close that day. We came with 7 people and a truck from California. I followed up with Virginia around 2:00 and she told title we were very impatient. Next thing I knew it was after 5:00 pm and still not a word. Virginia finally texted me the following morning at 4:30 AM, telling me the code to enter and where the keys and openers were...4:30 AM! Which means we closed the day before and she never told me! She knew we were up at 5:00 am, she knew I had 7 people with me that had no where to sleep, and still waited till then to notify me!! She said she misplaced her phone, but she could of gotten my number from multiple people! Never congratulations, or a proper walk thru....NOTHING! As far as the home, it didn't come with handles on any cupboards. That was over $500.00 to add. The carpet we upgraded, and it is still so cheap and thin with tack strips that cut our feet until we hammered them all down. Everything was stark white and we couldn't even pick our colors with an up charge, so that had to be done before we could move in. Just make sure you ask a lot of questions, before you buy, Inspect the House really good....before you move in.
