only problem was flooring. we had to hammer down carpet nails and there was a few bumps under carpet and vinyl. Everything else was great.

My family and I love our brand new Lennar home. We have an excellent view of South Point Hotel & Casino, we are within driving distance of nearby grocery stores, and Lennar customer service is super helpful.

Staffs are very nice and helpful / approachable.

A great value for the price paid.

The paint and carpets used are of very low quality. You have a large living room with no floor plugs.

Home quality is very high and well built. Many nice touches to the house such as bull nose on both the wall corners and window edges.

I am in the trade as a Plumber , the appliances homeowners get now seeing and using first hand are ver cheap for the price of the home. I have gone to new build apartment complexes and the washer and dryers they put in for renters not buyers are at least $1,000.00 each, but in general their appliances 8 out of 10 Lennar’s for buying a home valued at almost $300,000 - $500,000 2 out of 10. Some of the workmanship inside is poor quality at first look it looks amazing , but after living in the home and experiencing the workmanship it’s poor, especially for the price we pay to buy the home.

There was a lot of debris left in all the vents. House was not totally clean upon moving in. Debris behind all appliances.

Lennar has been great especially after the process was over; they addressed concerns I had immediately and I highly recommend them

All in all was an ok experience. Preferred Lender was horrible. Come to find out the HOA for the community is terrible and there is random kids in the neighborhood vandalizing things.

Superb customer service experience! great people to work with .Especially Bill he exceeded our expectations I I have to rate this experience I will give it a 10 plus

These are quality smart homes with lots of perks

- Lennar NOT honoring certain inclusive items. - Addressed to the Lennar Home Care personnel of a discrepancy on a certain appliance to be fixed after closing of escrow. Will not help and left the responsibility to the new homeowner.

These people are amazing. They noticed things in the house that I didn't even noticed, like flat paint instead of gloss. They fixed anything that I noticed after move in with in a week. They even helped me fixed damage that our puppy did after move in. Shout out to Cesar, shawn and david. If I could give more stars I would.

It was a nightmare from beginning to end. I could write a book about the horrible experience we have had with the entire home buying process with Lennar. They threatened to sell my home to someone else if I didn't come here, from NC and close when they wanted me to during the "Peak" of Covid-19 here in Las Vegas, now I wish I had let them do that!! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Construction was not performed properly, painting was atrocious, flooring was also terrible, many other things were wrong and I'm here 4 months, with very little fixed at this point. I wish I could get my money back and buy elsewhere. I'm thinking about hiring an attorney to do just that!! ... More

The only reason Lennar didn’t get a 5 for quality of workmanship and materials is that we did have some issues with broken column pieces, bathroom fixtures, and cracks in the stucco exterior walls. But they did address the fort two promptly and arm monitoring the third.

Details such as scratched appliances, chipped counters, scratched bathtubs/showers were things I readily spotted through out the house after moving in. I also didn’t realize the house didn’t come painted like the model, the dining lighting wasn’t included, and the front landscaping is a joke. The landscaping looks nothing like the model. They literally put in random plants in no specific pattern. Ive already changed the lighting over the dining table as the cheap chandelier they put in looked nothing like the model. This review may sound negative but it’s actually not, I do love my house. I just find all the small details extremely annoying as I’ll have to fix it later $$$. I’m already planning on replacing the bathroom counters as the chips and stains I didn’t notice until after closing really annoy me. I’m also planning on completely redoing the front yard to look somewhat more decent, half of the cheap plants they put in are dead. They didn’t really choose appropriate drought tolerant plants for direct light etc. All in all, I’d recommend Lennar, but know that all included comes at the cost of the fine details. ... More

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I purchased a few homes from Lennar, and I'm very satisfied with each one. From the construction Manager to the home walk thru to the home warranty department. Every step of the way was clear and precise. Thank you Lennar for the great home buying experience and thank you for continuing to be there when I need you the most.
