Where to begin? So many issues and disappointments dealing with Lennar. Found a house and started the loan process in January 2022. Got approved and thought everything was done. Move in date set for late May. Got a call from Alex. our Lennar Loan Officer, in March to resubmit everything. He was impatient, offered no explanation and surprisingly rude. He seemed so nice and helpful back in January. Every week I was asked to submit something else even though I was assured nothing more was needed. This went on for two long months. Buying a home from Lennar has been a terrible experience. The quality of the home is not good and customer support from Lennar has been awful.

No words to describe how disappointed we are with Lanner. Delays over 90 plus days, no communications at all from any office , sale or builders, if any then was at last minute like day before closing.... like ups your closing just move to the next month ... your mortgage Lennar as well did not have any clue when is closing.... same day they calling congratulating me for next day closing then few min after another call sorry closing is not happening , delay for another reason. Blue tape walks were joke, nothing were fix right or at all, power to building ups I had to personally make calls ...

Closed Six Weeks Ago and Still Not Finished

The home is still incomplete, my exceptions list is still open, and it's been over a month and a half since I closed. It feels like the warranty period is really there so Lennar can finish the house. I have a dip in my floor and was told it's within tolerance so there's nothing they can do. There have been issues with paint, concrete, baseboards, and more just to name a few. Let's just say I'm disappointed with who I thought was ranked Las Vegas's number 1 homebuilder.

A builder that don't care about building a quality home

I owned a new Lennar home before back in 2007 that's why i bought again with you Lennar, but now the quality is worst than a KB home. You can hear any conversations from 3 walls separations, meaning, 3 walls of sound proofing and still you can hear. When you flush the toilet and you can hear the water going down the pipes, windows were installed crooked. Use a level for god sake! touch up with pain all wrong shins, flat when it suppose to be glossy and glossy when it supposed to be white. The team that suppose to fix things takes days to reply and weeks to schedule. Even the toilet ...

Terrible home buying experience. Communication was terrible, little to no follow up. The mandatory inclusion of solar panels was not clearly communicated what the process for set up is and has not been resolved months after closing. Amenities were not fully completed and still unresolved after closing, kitchen water filter and internet equipment were not set up nor will Lennar correct the problems. Worst home buying experience ever

Was told by the sales person they’re not making this style of home anymore, when I stated I would wait for similar model in different location. Now I see same model being built I’m different location, for $50K cheaper. House was filthy when I moved in, construction dust on all the window sills. Door to garage doesn’t close all the way. Hole in the ceiling that took a month for someone to finally pick up. Water started leaking through my ceiling 2 weeks into ownership. Now there’s a bigger hole in my ceiling. From the time we walked into the sales at the model home, our bad experience started. There was nobody there to answer your questions, you have to schedule an appointment to see a sales agent We felt like we have to beg just to schedule an appointment. He took us to a lot and we were impressed with the view the lot has to offer and which made us buy the property. But he did not inform us that a block wall was going to be built and will block the view he was highlighting about this lot. We went with Lennar because we had a great experience in purchasing our last home in SCAL. It was the exact opposite in NV. Yes I get it, we had a rough state of affairs in the country in the past 2 years but the builder should not sacrifice the quality of homes that they produce. Finished product was very disappointing. Felt that Lennar was just interested in making money, build as many homes as fast as they can, sacrificing the quality of homes they’re building. From financing, to getting house keys to customer care was just a bad experience for us.

Shotty workmanship - looks like they let drunk people install in my house. Total lack of accountability to resolve issues Excuse after excuse about poor quality Unethical practices including some that are illegal Buy from another builder in the Vegas market. Lennar is building houses quickly and doesn't care about anything but getting your money. Moved in 2 months ago and still dealing with over 35 issues from move in.

From what I keep hearing, Lennar home is supposed to be the highest quality home builder. But that’s the biggest lie ever! From the sales team that got my insurance company info wrong. The house having issues during walk through that was noted but was not fixed! I was told that it would be fixed but never was. The house was dirty and paint splashes everywhere when they handed the keys. Was addressed but never fixed! Missing corner base board and random wall hole patches. If I could have all the money back I would get a refund! KB Homes is better and would never recommend Lennar and will tell ...

This home was poorly built. We has purchased a Lennar home before so it made sense to stick with Lennar as our MUCH less expensive home was built much better. I'm embarrassed to tell ppl about this $600K home because of the crooked walls, terribly low quality &very poor workmanship. Up until this purchase I raved about Lennar. No more! Now I guide ppl away from Lennar at all costs

Don't ever buy a house over the internet. I used my daughter for help, but my biggest mistake was not coming to Las Vegas myself. I had to buy the home as is, not thinking Lennar did not take care of this house. Its too many things to mention that is wrong with this house, but I'm paying for it now. Never Again !!!

Super unprofessional experience. From the sales agent giving misinformation when purchasing to the move in. Had to ask for stuff and would never have found out if it werent for the neighbors. Spoke with someone at lennar to try to get everything in one place and I had to reexplain until I couldnt find another way to explain it. DO NOT BUY homes built by Lennar especially In Nevada. The materials are low quality. They rushed our home as a final product. We are having too many issues with the home after we moved in. Their staff, workers, everyone is unprofessional. I regret buying a brand new home from them. Reconsider other builders in the area. This is our third experience buying a brand new house and they are below standard compared to the other 2 experiences we had.

From beginning to end Lennar made it difficult throughout the process. If I needed something done, it was always my responsibility to reach out and ask a Lennar member to complete the task. Poor workmanship across all household items has forced us to see the warranty department no less than 12 times and counting. The work was rushed and it shows.
