The materials you use are embarrassingly bad. How can you put those super cheap showers in and not offer an upgrade. The whole house needs to be redone. The toilets even clog with just toilet paper because you got the cheapest you can find. The price was always changing using one for the first few homes then just raising it a lot more. Was not impressed at all about that.

When I first started the buying process I was skeptical of all the promises of excellent service and follow ups. I am pleased to report that Lennar’s people kept their word. Sure, some issues came up along the way, but the difference is that they were handled immediately and it was resolved soon.

After looking at several different builders throughout the Las Vegas Valley we ultimately settled on Lennar because of their partnership with Opendoor. But the pleasant process was just beginning. From the timely updates from our sales agent all the way through minor repairs once we moved in the entire process has been incredible. It will be hard for my wife and I not to buy a Lennar home in the future.

Some minor workmanship issues but superb maintenance support, easy to work with building manager and builder, very supportive sales manager (the best), I love the house all in all.

A few months ago, We bought a Lennar home. Everyone from the sales office to the property manager was extremely nice, professional, answered all of our questions. Everyone made our experience of buying a Lennar home , a positive experience. Next time we will need to buy a home , We will make sure that we will buy a Lennar home.

I love my home and dealing with the construction staff. The sales staff wasnt as top notch as the construction staff.

Quick to respond - especially first 30 days.

Quality could have been much better and for the amount of time it took to build. I would expect more. The lack of options is terrible. The “everything included” sounds great until you actually are in the buying process and you can’t add any options. You can pick counters, cabinets and floors. We weren’t even allowed to pick our paint color. They used flat paint everywhere in the house besides the wet areas which is easily marked and not easily cleaned. We decided to repaint the whole house before moving in because of it. Many neighbors are regretting not doing the same. They give what THEY think makes people happy and skimp out on the rest. I do not recommend Lennar to anyone!

It’s too early to tell about the quality of the workmanship, but Paul and Alex were great. They answered and responded to questions in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is with Bruce, the new home consultant. He was more of a sleazy car salesman than someone there to actually help you through the process. I would never purchase another Lennar house if he was there.

I really enjoyed working with Lennar for me and my daughter, when we purchase another home it Will be with Lennar.

The way the home is angled on the lot I have no privacy from my next door neighbors. Their back door is facing my back door pretty much. And the corners to close to one another. I can hear my neighbors slamming their door shut every day that’s how close we are. I’m planning on moving and finding something more private. Quality of certain things in the home questionable. Shower drain and kitchen countertops. Very upset about the low grade carpet and padding. I asked to upgrade my carpet and think I even paid extra. But found out I didn’t receive upgraded carpet or padding. So where’s my refund? ... More

Simply amazing experience - from our salesperson Roy to the construction supers Mike and Sean, everyone was extremely helpful and patient (we came out literally every day). Answered every question and concern, and even got us in early! The Lennar staff could not have been any better, and we just love the house!! Just avoid Eagle Mortgage!

I love my home!

I bought a model home and the replaced things out of the home after i signed the contract. Someone needs to call me to get this fixed.

Any issues I've had have been small and addressed timely. I simply love my home!
