So many issues. The entire process seemed rushed and unplanned. Not sure if this is how every new home buying experience is, but I would not purchase from Lennar again.

Dream home purchase became a nightmare...

Our dream home purchase was the worst purchase experience of our lives, thanks to Lennar's quite unimaginable levels of ineptitude. No commitment to quality whatsoever at any stage of construction. No apparent desire to stick to deadlines. I, the home owner, seemed to be in charge of quality control - if I didn't catch it no one did. No commitment from upper management to make things right. I pleaded for help so many times, and just failure after failure ensued. No one from management ever even called or reached out to apologize for the incompetence. That's what you get for an $850K ...
