I am a former Lennar Associate, retiring from Lennar Las Vegas in December of 2019. I will always be a Lennar Associate in my heart. My Roxbury condo is my 2nd Lennar condo purchase. Alfredo and his team did a great job constructing my unit. There was a delay in competition due to missing A/C parts and Alfredo kept me in the loop. Alfredo and his team were so helpful with my move in, they went above and beyond. Although I don’t plan on moving again, it would be to another new Lennar home.

Most of everything is included. Good quality.

There help given to us to make us close when we wanted to. Having someone available to get information when needed. Having the house ready to close move in.

It has been 2 months now since we have moved in to this gorgeous community and lovely Home which I thought was not possible at all. The builder was thorough with the floor plans of the house, every room is spacious, functional and beautiful! In addition efficient because of the added Solar energy and Smart features. I would like to mention Les, he is one of the construction manager. He made sure everything was built and made into perfection before we have moved in. He spent so much time helping us and love that he is very warm and keen in helping us through the building and furnishing of the house. Id also like to mention Shay, one of best Sales consultant of lennar. She helped us move forward to the buying process. She was with us from the start till the end. She was always ready to update us and always checking on us and helping us. She is on the beat always and processed paper work very fast. Lovely lady we appreciate all the hardwork! Lastly, I would like to commend Stanley, Our Loan Officer for being so patient with us and understanding. As expected, the loan process itself was stressful and exhausting. Stanley helped us get through the stress, kept us calm through the process, answered all our calls the second he receive it and made me and my husband new homeowners! Such knowledgeable and well informed hardworking gentleman. When buying a new home, I Highly recommend using Lennar Mortgage and please look for Stanley. He will take good care of you. In this kind of business, it is rare to find good hardworking bright people with a heart, that is why my husband and I were very lucky to have met and to have worked with these 3 people I have mentioned. Charles and Elizabeth have been fantastic. Very responsive! The inevitable "fixes" for the house are taken care of quickly.

We had issue with other mortgage company at the very last minute. But Lennar Mortgage was able to help us close within two weeks! And our sales representative Laurie was very helpful and patient with us who were first time homebuyer.

Charlie was great to work with. He answered all questions promptly and made himself available at the home site to personally review any questions that we had. He was very focused on quality or workmanship, which showed in the final product.

To be honest I have bought a few new homes in NV. for investment but the experience with Lennar was fantastic! EVERY One I worked with was super helpful and friendly. The quality of the home is exceptional. I will buy again with Lennar it was a flawless experience... solar being mandatory was confusing but we got threw it. total experience was a 10+ Thanks!

Great Quality and Beautiful Finish!!

Everyone on the Lennar team was great. Sam and Flavio the on-site managers kept us informed of status and schedule resulting in an time closing and completion. Diana and the team at Lennar title were especially helpful in obtaining paperwork for my lender. The closing at there office was fast and efficient. Ethan and Maryann on the real estate side we’re also great. All team Lennar did a great job.

Architectural design and location are a plus.

Al Mendoza and Harold our customer service rep are very quick with helping and solving our issues as they arise. We love living here and enjoy our home very much. Thanks for having such caring and responsible Lennar representatives to be at our beck and call.
