I’m very happy and excited to my new home at Lennar/Dalton. Buying a new house is not easy, especially first time, this is my first experience to buy a house, I almost quit. My home consultant and loan officer helped me a lot during the process. They explained all the requirements needed and for me to understand. There are things that don’t work to your needs, like cabinets in the kitchen, poor design, especially because supposedly are for older people, they should be easier to set up things…. the shower door is out of balance, so goes back to you and hits you when you are trying to get dry; the extractor by the stove is not attached to any tube that goes outside the roof, so you get all that noise for nothing, because the hot air and smoke goes back into your space …… The quality of the open and close blinders are extremely cheap and they probably will brake soon and it’ll be no way to fix it; that will be money out of your pocket; the system to stop the water in case of a ceiling sprinkler deploys is absurd, it should be one fast key that shuts off the water, not to have to go out to the street to open that heavy cover, lift it and shut off the main valve, like i said it’s ridiculous, especially if you are an older person; there is no cold water in the summer, all the water comes warm, now with the temperatures going down it’s getting better, but shouldn’t be, that means there is poor insulation where the water is passing thru those pipes…….the extractor switch in the laundry room is near the ceiling, so you have to use a step chair to set it on and off, again ridiculous system for housing people over 55 and older…. i have to say that i’m very disappointed with the building and architectural design…. ... We have had a few issues after move -in but have been pleasantly surprised as to how expeditiously they have been handled. We have built a few high end custom homes and Lennar has been as responsive these home builders. I am pleasantly surprised that a moderately priced tract home has such a good service team!

This was the worst mortgage transaction I have ever experienced. Communication was minimal, our concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, and our loan was not cleared to close until the last minute. Thankfully, we had the best realtors guiding us throughout the process. The final walkthrough process was a joke. Third time was a charm for us. After moving in we found so many issues, mostly minor, that should have been addressed prior to moving in, but customer service had been great. Josh has been very responsive and has made sure everything is taken care of.

Very easy and pleasant experience at every step I made from the beginning. Lennar makes me feel comfortable and relaxed even if sometimes an issue is present. I like to highly recommend Lennar to everyone.

The only issue I had was the numbers issue they kept giving me different quotes on how much down payment I was gonna have to give, and it was never accurate so it made me last very upset up to the last minute. Other than that, I can say that Lennar really responded immediately to everything. Explained everything from the home top to bottom. For having a three-story four bedroom extremely energy, saving home. After the purchase, if there were something wrong with the home, they got to it immediately. Customer service to the max. I did pay a little bit more than what I wanted to, but I got the house that I wanted. I got the model home. Home is amazing spacious and if I have the opportunity again, I would probably buy again from Lennar. ... More

It was a pleasant and beautiful experience I had with the builder And give them the five star rating Cesar didn’t come back for the last inspection he got sent to a different location so we get to talk to him

I can’t say how much I appreciated Alex for the smooth loan process. Josh is definitely the star helping us to get the home to the standard. Vince is the best with high workability and intensity. Lennar has such a great team. Much appreciated for the awesome experience.

Construction team led by Dave was negligible. None of my initial concerns during the home inspection were addressed, so a second home inspection had to be held with the manager Oscar and they fixed all issues the second time. However before the manager assisted, Dave became very rude and irate for his own failures and had to be removed from the process. When I buy a new house, I expect it to look new. However there were countless blemishes and cracks that Dave was more upset I noticed than he was for the lack of quality work from HIS team and lack of inspection from himself. The company overlooks his childish and unprofessional behavior which in turn allows his employees to feel they are allowed to act the same. ... More

Provided a good interest rate and a nice home for the price relative to current homes on the market.

Buying from Lennar was an overall good experience. It was difficult at times to get a response which makes me think they are overworked and have heavy loads of work. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. There are some things that could have been done better. For one, there should have been address numbers installed in ALL of the front doors, The way that this townhouse was designed makes it confusing for deliveries since the address is only visible from the garage side. Leaving it to the homeowner's expense to install a visible address numbers let alone the process to approve it ridiculous. I cannot tell you how many packages I have hand delivered myself because it was mistakenly delivered to my front porch. Another is where to put trash bins except in the garage makes it stinky and attracts bugs in the house. I like that there are 2 different thermostats to have better control of temperatures in the house. The website is very helpful in getting some repairs done in the home in a timely manner so I do like that feature. ... More

Lennar selling agent was unresponsive throughout the entire process! Issues at initial walk through were not resolved prior to final walk through. This was a model so I would have expected better quality from the beginning.

From first looking at the home to purchase. Was an easy smooth transition.

It was a wonderful experience to purchase the home with Lennar. The process was quick and efficient. We love the home and we are glade that we made the right decision. We would recommend Lennar to our friends and relatives.

Every aspect of buying a Lennar home was met with a challenge, and even once moved in, there are still issues and challenges. From initially trying to view the home at an advertised open house where there was actually no open house at all, to dealing with the completely incompetent lender which made mistake after mistake on the paperwork and their communication was awful, to the blue tape walk thru where there was a ton of items that needed to be "fixed" such as paint, grout, cabinet fronts, appliance issues etc, that were only half completed on the final walk thru and so we are still dealing with trying to get the remaining items fixed. After extensive research and review I have decided to purchase a Lennar and I am glad that I did so . I had only positive experience since the very beginning until I moved into the new house . I also liked the way Lennar handled any question and issues that I had and resolved them in a timely and professional manner . Based on my own experience , I would recommend Lennar to anybody who is looking to purchase a new home .

We’re happy with the house and the things that need fixing are scheduled if all completed then we will be pleased

First time buying a home on my own and it was a smooth process. I also was given a lot of support during the process as well.

I love my home and Lennar made the home buying process easy!

First off I love my house. Now there are a few things im unhappy with. Quality build is ok till you dig deeper. I went to install my ceiling fans and every mount is missing a screw. My vents were crooked above my doors and I put in to get them fixed and was told my walls/door frames aren’t straight so they got them as straight as possible. Two of my downstairs walls are crooked you can tell they don't line up with the lines on the tile. My bathroom shower wasn’t sealed properly (awaiting a work order). The stucco shows chicken wire in some spots. Regardless every new build will have its issues and the reason im not too upset is the customer service team (Chris) is phenomenal. Every issue I've had I put in a work order and it gets a response within 24 hours and a repair done within the week. Theirs still things from my initial walk through that need to be fixed but they get addressed accordingly. ... More

Some quality issues submitted were garage door alignment and rattling on the AC unit. I was told these are normal issues when seals are not sealing gaps and other AC units are quieter in the complex.

From start to finish, what an incredible group of people. I was never left with unanswered questions. The process was smooth, quick and easy! I have purchased 6 homes in my lifetime and this was hands down the best experience. I highly recommend Lennar to my friends looking for a new home. Thank you Lennar team!

Overall home buying experience was great with Lennar. As a first time home buyer there were many questions that I had and Lennar helped answer all of the questions in a timely manner.
