My assigned Lennar team members were extremely helpful and responsive throughout my homebuying process.

Our new home purchase went very well. The assistance during the purchase was excellent and even better, service after the sale is superb. There are always little things that need to be addressed after the sale of a new build and Lennar had been very attentive to address them. Doug R. is our customer satisfaction representative and he is a customer service expert. Ask for him to take care of you if you buy a new Lennar home in Las Vegas.

A few dogs owner use our site for their dogs and did not pickup. It smells really bad and I have video of evidence to prove it,did report to HOA,and send them the video,still have the same problem.

Everything was done well, from the models (self guided tours) and buying process with Melissa. Always quick responses and very knowledgeable. New construction, so far is excellent.

Overall, the communication is horrible. Maybe there's a rule that "do not answer the phone" by Lennar. My sales agent has never answered the phone, and the response time for texts is at least a few days later, and no response at all sometimes. Lennar is well-known with quality builders, and people expect quality employees from Lennar. However, the level of service they are provided is very disappointing.

The house is very comfortable and cozy, everything was good and the cost-effectiveness was excellent. There were just a few things I was disappointed with regarding the finish, but the service team responded well, so I liked it.

Overall experience was very easy and straightforward. Everyone on the Lennar team was friendly, helpful and timely on all matters.

Lennar does a great job in the early stages by having an entire team reach out to us. As we got closer to our closing date it became hard to reach people on the team. When we closed, the hand-off was a disappointment. Instead of giving the door code to Ryan our concierge (who was awesome!), they instead sent it to the sales agent who had stopped returning our calls months prior to close. He happened to be off the day the code was sent to him and we couldn't get into our new home. He finally called us with the code. It was a very disappointing experience on a day that we had looked forward to for months. The team was too busy to talk to us and complained of being stretched too thin. The sales agent stopped by the house to give us our RFID tags and said "I have a gift for you but forgot to put it in my truck"...we never saw the gift. Not really feeling the love. ... More

Most of the people we worked with through the process were very nice and answered any questions we had. Small hiccups here and there but that’s to be expected with such an extensive process. Buying a new construction home is MUCH more stressful than buying something already done, just so you know, at least in Nevada. Our home was close to half a million dollars after we chose some vinyl wide plank flooring, a slightly nicer backsplash for the kitchen, and opted for the slightly nicer carpeting upstairs. The upgraded materials we got were something I would’ve expected to be standard in a house like this. We visited the site multiple times throughout construction to look at the guts of the home and noticed pretty poor timber quality being used, lots of warped boards especially the drywall studs. I don’t think we have a single flat wall in the house. Several of the studs were not nailed in correctly and just wobbled when you touched them. Luckily the actual structure of the house came on trucks preassembled with good timber and seemingly good assembly. Needless to say seeing the super warped boards had me feeling more nervous about what else might be “to code” but still poor quality. Half a million dollars should get you more than the minimum. We like the design and layout of the home, some thought was put into roof design for solar and an existing water softening loop in the garage for our terribly hard water. Appliances included are decent except for the dishwasher, it’s 95% plastic and just looks and feels very cheap. LED lighting throughout looks good and is a natural white instead of super white/blue which is great. One weird thing, the home came wired with fiber and cat6(Ethernet) to a decent network panel, but the cables only run to the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. I have no clue where the 4th wire goes and no clue why they didn’t wire the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with Ethernet. It’s 2024, every bedroom should have wired internet, especially with how crowded WiFi bands are becoming with the increasing number of wirelessly connected smart home tools. Schlage door hardware throughout was a nice surprise, wasn’t expecting that after seeing the material quality everywhere else. Windows and sliding doors are unfortunately vinyl-framed and poor quality. Slightest wind gust flexes the whole door and the seals are laughable for a desert home surrounded by sand, we have to vacuum the window and door tracks anytime the wind decides to blow. This is more of a nuisance but could be an issue for the weep holes that keep moisture out of your house. Lennar has been great about fixing any issues we’ve claimed through their warranty portal which has really been their only saving grace here. Granted it’s not going to improve material quality anywhere but if anything isn’t perfect or doing what it should they will make it right, love that. Really overall it’s been fine, just not exactly the quality level we expected for such an expensive house. ... More

The construction and quality of build was exactly as expected. The financing promised was misleading and in the last 30 days before closing I was forced to find a new lender. The recommended “sister” company handed things off to a new associate who constantly asked for items he already had access to. Additionally they blatantly lied to me regarding their efforts to verify employment which delayed underwriting who then changed the loan terms right before closing costing me around $10,000 over the life of the loan. My advice is to find your own financing and avoid the headache.

From our first interaction with sales rep though some minor questions after moving in, the entire Lennar team has been wonderful.

Lennar has very good customer service. Their website for homeowners is very helpful in addressing questions or concerns. Buying process was quick and efficient.

Quality for the price on home finishes are very sub-par. The kitchen is overall the cheapest quality I’ve ever owned. When I questioned where the “pulls” were or how to open the drawers I was told it voids the warranty if they are installed. I’m also very disappointed my appliances did not work and at final walk thru I was told to call the helpline and it was “my problem” these brand new appliances are assigned to the home. Plastic inserts for shower and tub on a $700k home is a joke. Home Depot and Lowes which I consider low end products have nicer options than what comes with Lennar homes. The interior doors are all hallow not solid wood. The floors (which I understand now could have been upgraded, was cheap linoleum floor. Lastly I found from others in the neighborhood that their homes came with window coverings and that could have been included. It was never even offered. So if you truly want feedback this is the worst purchase I could have made. I only hope I don’t lose too much money when I sell it. Zero interest in ever buying another from this builder. ... More

Lennar has cut out items that I have never seen before. Otherwise, it's a nice home for a reasonable price. Their service addressing issues after move in has been ver good.

Everyone I met was professional,kind,helpful and knowledgeable.

The homebuying was convenient and everything was done online.

We had many set backs and issues that led to many disappointing circumstances when purchasing our home from walking through the model and loving it only to find our almost EVERYTHING was an upgrade or not even available to our floor tile being back ordered which pushed our closing back 3 weeks to being treated very poorly for not using lennar as our financing source to very lastly and most recent not knowing anything about solar and being under the assumption the solar installed on our home would be suffice to power our home, only to find out we need more than double the panels to power our home. I feel like they could have met in the middle on the appliances and included a washer and dryer and the blinds are absolutely ridiculous that they don’t include the biggest window In the home or the doors in the bedrooms just adjust the price accordingly and I am sure most people would agree a lesser quality appliances could have been purchased to offset the blind pricing and lack of washer and dryer. I’m very happy and excited to my new home at Lennar/Dalton. Buying a new house is not easy, especially first time, this is my first experience to buy a house, I almost quit. My home consultant and loan officer helped me a lot during the process. They explained all the requirements needed and for me to understand. The best part I was approved, I got my new home excited and happy Bernadeth from California

There are things that don’t work to your needs, like cabinets in the kitchen, poor design, especially because supposedly are for older people, they should be easier to set up things…. the shower door is out of balance, so goes back to you and hits you when you are trying to get dry; the extractor by the stove is not attached to any tube that goes outside the roof, so you get all that noise for nothing, because the hot air and smoke goes back into your space …… The quality of the open and close blinders are extremely cheap and they probably will brake soon and it’ll be no way to fix it; that will be money out of your pocket; the system to stop the water in case of a ceiling sprinkler deploys is absurd, it should be one fast key that shuts off the water, not to have to go out to the street to open that heavy cover, lift it and shut off the main valve, like i said it’s ridiculous, especially if you are an older person; there is no cold water in the summer, all the water comes warm, now with the temperatures going down it’s getting better, but shouldn’t be, that means there is poor insulation where the water is passing thru those pipes…….the extractor switch in the laundry room is near the ceiling, so you have to use a step chair to set it on and off, again ridiculous system for housing people over 55 and older…. i have to say that i’m very disappointed with the building and architectural design…. ... We have had a few issues after move -in but have been pleasantly surprised as to how expeditiously they have been handled. We have built a few high end custom homes and Lennar has been as responsive these home builders. I am pleasantly surprised that a moderately priced tract home has such a good service team!

This was the worst mortgage transaction I have ever experienced. Communication was minimal, our concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, and our loan was not cleared to close until the last minute. Thankfully, we had the best realtors guiding us throughout the process. The final walkthrough process was a joke. Third time was a charm for us. After moving in we found so many issues, mostly minor, that should have been addressed prior to moving in, but customer service had been great. Josh has been very responsive and has made sure everything is taken care of.

Very easy and pleasant experience at every step I made from the beginning. Lennar makes me feel comfortable and relaxed even if sometimes an issue is present. I like to highly recommend Lennar to everyone.
