We put a deposit down on a premier lot (just foundation) and had to wait 5 months to move into our Brand New Home!! It all worked out beautifully!! Moved from CA, sold our home and now we are enjoying our Beautiful New Home Forever !! Thank you Lennar and all the employees! You’re all Fantastic!!

Beautiful home and wonderful customer service! As with all new builds, there will be issues but all issues were addressed, fixed with NO complaints! Always treated with kindness and respect. ALL involved, including the craftsmen were wonderful.

It’s a very simple floor plan built but has the feel of a custom home. The builder put a lot of thought into the design process and it shows in the finished product. My daughter loves our new home and I’m so glad we choose Lennar Homes. Plus everything is included!
