Our new home purchase went very well. The assistance during the purchase was excellent and even better, service after the sale is superb. There are always little things that need to be addressed after the sale of a new build and Lennar had been very attentive to address them. Doug R. is our customer satisfaction representative and he is a customer service expert. Ask for him to take care of you if you buy a new Lennar home in Las Vegas.

The house is very comfortable and cozy, everything was good and the cost-effectiveness was excellent. There were just a few things I was disappointed with regarding the finish, but the service team responded well, so I liked it.

Overall experience was very easy and straightforward. Everyone on the Lennar team was friendly, helpful and timely on all matters.

Lennar has very good customer service. Their website for homeowners is very helpful in addressing questions or concerns. Buying process was quick and efficient.

We have had a few issues after move -in but have been pleasantly surprised as to how expeditiously they have been handled. We have built a few high end custom homes and Lennar has been as responsive these home builders. I am pleasantly surprised that a moderately priced tract home has such a good service team!

Everything has been great. Only complaint is that there are NO closets anywhere (aside from the bedrooms). There are no linen closets, coat closets, storage closets, etc. There is plenty of space for them, so either that or a little larger spare bedrooms would have been nice to fill the additional dead space. Aside from that, everything is well built.

Excellent services & solid building materials are one of the best in the industry.

Buying a new house from Lennar at 8356 Aurora Ridge Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89147, has been an incredibly satisfying experience. From Lennar's mortgage service to the final day of moving in, every step was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Each department of Lennar agents and representatives demonstrated exceptional professionalism and patience. They answered all our questions and queries promptly and thoroughly. For instance, on the final day of moving in, we identified some issues with the front door, some wall cracks, and cleaning problems. The construction manager promptly addressed these concerns, and the issues were resolved the next day with perfect efficiency. Additionally, Lennar's warranty service is commendable. After moving into our new home, we discovered that the powder room exhaust fan was not functioning. The warranty service team promptly sent out an HVAC service technician, who resolved the problem within a week. We are extremely proud of Lennar's service. The whole process was fast, all the staff were very friendly and attentive, when was the closing day everything in the house was perfect, beautiful appliances great spacious bedrooms, bathrooms etc. we loved it. Just we can’t wait for the pool be ready and the amenities. Thanks

From start to finish, we are very pleased with our purchase experience. The initial contact was professional; our rep listened to our wants and needs and worked with us to find the home we wanted. We wanted our choice of elevation and location above all else so we opted to skip using our own realtor. I can absolutely say the Lennar sales rep helped us into the right deal where we have truly feel we got a good deal. The design center was a breeze to work with. Our requirements were simply to get the flooring and cabinets we liked. That could not have been easier. We used Lennar to finance the purchase and again, they came through with more competitive rates than anywhere else. We shopped a few lenders and Lennar beat them all. Kudos to the Lennar Mortgage team in Las Vegas. And finally the construction management team for our community. The site managers are simply top notch. They kept us informed and helped answer all of our questions and concerns. This is our fifth home and quite likely our last. We love the Desert's Edge community. Lennar made the buying experience easy & fun. Lennar Mortgage made the purchase possible (thank you!), the sales person helped us negotiate a deal we are happy with, and the Construction manager has been super responsive. We love our new home & think that Lennar quality & service is fantastic for the price.

We did our research for new home builders and we ended up selecting Lennar. Whole buying process was smooth and without surprises. Our house passed inspections with only few cosmetic issues which were quickly addressed. We have been living in our new place for couple of months now and we are very happy with it. Lennar is very responsive whenever we are contacting them. It was a good decision to trust them.
