very nice and very professional

Was not the best experience with the mortgage, multiple issues and this isn't my first home. It's my 7th. WAY to many people to deal with and communication was a challenge at best. Quality is ok, but the crew that does the finish work not so great. Have found multiple finishes that are mediocre. They seem to be more concerned about getting them to completion rather than Quality.

The closing experience was the worst. Lennar Mtg had my initial information 5 weeks ahead of closing - they asked for multiple docs sometimes twice, they failed to forget we had an out of state signing and it took several calls and support from others outside of Lennar to get the closing completed. Lennar knew we had closed and had movers coming to deliver and they acted like it was no big deal until there was pressure and then the closing day was a mess- didn't receive my front door code until 5pm and then it didn't work. And we didn't even have a garage door key pads or a packet at the house as promised. Beware- make sure you have written approval to close 1 week prior. Over all my experience was very smooth, I put in with Lennar for pre-approval for a loan on Sunday on Monday i found the home i wanted to look at and on Tuesday i put my offer in. The Pre approval for a loan made it very easy every one involved were very nice and answered all question quickly.

The worse home buying experience of my entire life!!

From start to finish, the best home buying experience I have ever had!!

There are no towel racks or linen closets; don’t understand considering the price we paid. Air conditioning doesn’t seem to work properly; there is no garage door to the back yard and no Windows in the garage doors making the garage space dark. Don’t like being required to have the solar system and it is under powered. The front doors are cheap and the inside paint is cheap. We love our Lennar sales person Daniela Bell though!

Very bad quality of drywall. There are seem lines all throughout the house. Paint job was poorly done. Customer service is overwhelmed. Regret purchasing this product.

Disappointed is the nicest word I can use. Maryanne in sales couldn't answer any questions; Alex in mortgage started out fine but then wouldn't respond to voicemail or emails; Title called on a Sunday night and said we had to sign on Monday (because apparently we don't have jobs or lives). Courtney who did our walk was amazing. She was proactive, thorough, and professional. Paul who met with us about our warranty was also great; very knowledgeable and helpful.

Not super happy may choose another builder next purchase

Nice and friendly staff members

Lennar used to be much higher quality however now has cut many corners to save even the smallest amount of money. They are now a small step above KB even with their "Everythings Included" slogan. The reason I went through with the purchase was the financing incentives.

Love the neighborhood, homes, and people!

This was the first time I experienced buying a house built from the ground, just for me.. Lennar really did a good job on the design. I got to see the installation before the walls went up. It was amazing how the construction crew did the work. They all knew what to do and how to do it. I’m grateful to have gone with this company. Thanks to everyone involved.

We just bought an Eleanor and are very pleased with the property. The transaction went very well and I do recommend them. We also did the mortgage loan through Lennar as well. If there was any knock I thought the communication through the loan process could have been a little tighter; however it was not bad and everything did come together on time. The home is beautiful and we are happy with the Lennar team.

I already experienced a new home before but this one was so much easier. Everything is done for you but the cooking. Wouldn’t that be nice! If something needs fixing, they are on it. I love my new home. Thank you

Home buying experience mixed. Pushed to close early, A LOT of craftsmanship issues with building of house - paint splotches on floor, mismatched paint used on walls, gouges in shower stall and tub etc.

While we love the new house there are some downsides. Where are the knobs for bathrooms and kitchen cabinets ....... where are the towel racks in bathrooms ..... why are there false drawers in the bathrooms with no space to put a tooth brush? Hey, thanks for the toilet paper holders! This equipment should be Standard. You have Cheap Charlied these pricey homes.

Lennar homes are basic. Carpet, linoleum, paint are poor quality. Representatives provide assurance that if anything is wrong, they will take care of it, but when you enter a warranty claim they deny. Items that are clearly builder mistakes do not get fixed. All Lennar reps - Mortgage - Escrow - Builder tell you it is "not their job" to do something. Very poor service in all departments.

We were impressed with the responsive of Tatum in the walk through; ease of scheduling repairs required; quick response of Sonja Grace our Homebuyer concierge.

We have built several homes and have been able to request and get upgrades. We are now having to install a lot of needed items after moving in. This delays getting settled and enjoying our new home.

We have good experience with Lennar, we like the value, the all inclusive package, very professional service all the way through.
