HVAC has a bad smell even after cleaning the system. Lennar owes me 636.00 for vent cleaning and warranty department closed case and will not return my calls.

Our experience with Lennar couldn’t have been better! From the first time we met our Sales Rep to the day we got our keys, she was very helpful, friendly and always responsive. We absolutely love our well build, well designed house. Everyone at Lennar has been fantastic.

Be sure to check work on home thoroughly.

Over all good but dates kept changing and overall the yard was suspect. The house is great.

Save your money. This company is a rip off. They do not deliver what they offer to get you into contact..

It was a great experience if I needed help Jeanie and Monica was always available! And Jeanie took note that my husband was a veteran and helped us get a fridge and stove installed and included at no extra cost to us! Amazing experience

1. The licensed realtor-sales representative from Lennar informed us we were REQUIRED to use Lennar Title for escrow services. When we cited the Nevada law that Buyer may choose Escrow company, she referred us to the Division President in Reno. He agreed we could use our own Escrow company, but would forfeit up to 6K in closing cost incentives. Surprised a licensed real estate agent would say we were REQIURED to use Lennar Title. 2. Appliances - Appliance package is advertised to be GE Profile for “dishwasher, microwave, Range”. Most models have the range, but two largest models, the Rapallo and Portofino, which have a double wall oven and cooktop. The marketing does not specify this difference. We confirmed with sales agent ALL appliances would be GE Profile. Upon total walk-thru, day prior to closing, we confirmed the cooktop was GE, but not the top end Profile line. Again, spoke with Division President about the issue, no upgrade was offered. We were not happy about not having all Profile line. 3. During the purchase process, our sales agent told us the elevation brick veneer would be the brown/tan brick. As our house neared this phase of construction, we requested confirmation again of brick color, this time she informed us it would be RED and could not be changed. This was NOT what we wanted. Again, spoke with Division President who agreed to revise, only after we’re provided the written text indicating initially the brick veneer was “not Red”. 4. We ended up using Lennar TitlrEscrow and shortly after we received an email informing us our deposit of $198,825 was deposited into our escrow account by another buyer. They were unaware of the error until we advised them we had not made any deposits of that amount. An experienced escrow agent should never make this mistake and if they do, should notify all parties of the error immediately. 5. We advised Lennar Escrow agent how we specifically would like to take title in our Trust name. She became very judgmental, argumentative, and demeaning “have you ever taken title in Nevada and do you know the Nevada law, etc”. And how she had been doing this for 30 years” Was not professional 6. After numerous calls to schedule a design appointment at ILG, we finally were successful. We were trying to coordinate when in town from So Cal. The the rep we were assigned was not there so met with another associate. She showed up hard counter surfaces for bath and kitchen. We chose the same product for both. Only did we find out later, the material was not available in the kitchen. We had to reselect something we were not thrilled about, VERY LIMITED, not so great choices especially given the many options that could be available. We did not have any samples mailed to us so was hard to really see what we were getting. 7. Design elements are way out-dated. Kitchen knobs only. Would have preferred handle pulls, top mounted round bath sinks instead of under mount rectangular ones, unfinished garages, very limited flooring options and exuberant costs. The onsite Lennar sales team was consistently friendly and professional throughout the buying process. The home itself is well-built and meets expectations for a spec home. However, my experience with Lennar’s corporate side was significantly less positive. I found the process to lack transparency, with unexpected fees and details surfacing after the contract had already been signed. One notable example is the county transfer tax (approximately $2,500). In most real estate transactions, this fee is typically paid by the seller. In this case, Lennar required the buyer to pay it, but this obligation was buried deep within the contract (just three hidden words around page 72,000, line 598). This cost is known at the time of signing and could have been clearly disclosed and acknowledged upfront. Instead, it was not brought to my attention until just days before closing. This experience raised serious concerns about transparency and trust. While the home itself is satisfactory, I do not have confidence in Lennar’s corporate practices and would not consider purchasing from them again. ... More

The people in the office are congenial when talking to them, though hard to get a hold of when calling or texting. I had my 30 day walk through and haven't heard anything back in three weeks when it will be fixed.. Other than that it has been good.

This homebuying experience for me was positive and seamless. It takes a village to complete all the processes necessary to close a transaction when buying a home. This company has it together regardless of which phase of the buy you are traversing through.

Our experience with Lennar was extremely disappointing, primarily due to poor communication throughout the entire process. From the beginning, our sales agent did not clearly communicate which homes were available, which made the search more difficult than it should have been. Communication issues continued even after closing. At one point, our main point of contact (the sales agent) left, and no one informed us we only found out after trying to reach them ourselves. As first-time homebuyers, we expected more guidance. Instead, we were often left to figure out next steps on our own, with little to no support when questions or situations came up. Before closing, we pointed out multiple issues during our walkthrough, but many of these were never addressed. At our 30-day walkthrough, we found that several of those same issues had still not been fixed or even properly documented in service cases. When contractors did come out, the problems were not resolved. Additionally, communication with our home care representative has been poor and unresponsive, adding to the frustration. While we are happy with the home itself, the overall experience was far from smooth or professional, and did not meet the expectations that were set. ... More

Tract home, but the guys in charge of construction oversight are good and experienced. Structurally good, so far. Windows are better quality than expected while we looked at homes. Insulation is very good throughout the home. Cabinets are tract quality. Painting and texture was good, not perfect. Floors are good. Leaky dishwasher, so waiting to get that fixed. Appliances are GE, so... Lot grading is good. Fences won't go too much more than 7 years. Neighbors are great. Good mix of old and young. Mostly ex Commiefornians. Overall got what we paid for. Fair price, good location. Happy to be here. Hope the state does not go wacko like where we came from. ... More

Our experience with Lennar was a great one! The people involved were professional and very encouraging! I’d refer friends and family to Lennar.

After I bought the home and had issues and questions, I both called and texted my sales agent several times and no response from her. It seems like after they sell you the home they don’t respond to you anymore. On the other hand, Shawn in the customer care department has been wonderful and has responded to issues promptly.

The home builder supervisor does a great job, the 2 ladies at the home center on Camp Station Dr do a great job. Norm n Jeff both did a great job as well. A few minor things that you notice when you don't have your shoes on, mounds of cement under carpet in Master and living room. Hopefully it will be taken care of swiftly.
