The home is beautiful with the yard size was bigger and homes were spaced out a little farther but other than than beautiful home and great experience

Love my new house. Open concept and lots of light.

Lennar homes are basic builds, very limited customization. The back/side yards are just dirt. No rain gutters. Blinds, appliances are negotiated, with no choice on brands. Outside color scheme is fixed. The homes are on a slab, which I like, and under tension so no cracks. These are good entry level homes. They also come wired for ceiling fans, but again, no fans. Lennar does back up their work. After first 30 days, any problems are fixed. Same applies at one year. Overall we like the house, consider it a work in progress,

Having been a Realtor in Florida and purchased well over 20 homes, I found the buying process to be cumbersome. Closing documents exceeded 250 pages, WOW. The number of pages I am accustomed to for a closing had been 20-30. I guess Lennar is doing their part for full employment in the areas they sell homes. Aside from all of the paperwork I have been very pleased with Lennar's follow through and workmanship in the building process.

I thought buying a house was going to be a big process, stress and so much more. I’m glad I was wrong or at least that’s how my realtor, lender and Lennar made it seem for me and as a single parent I’m so grateful for them. Overall the buying process was great! Only down side is they are building 2 story houses behind us on a higher ground level where they can see everything towards my home literally window to window. you would think they would build single story homes instead and leave the 2 story homes for the other side of the street for a little more privacy or make you aware of future plans before the purchase. ... Lennar was very helpful during the build to send us photos of the status as we were out of state. Thank you Jennifer, Lillian and Brittany of the sales office. Titus and Sean from customer care were very helpful in the inspection process and responding to our building questions. We had not had gas before and we had cime from a different climate so we had related questions. They were thorough and very quick to respond. We also received very helpful referrals for home, car and umbrella insurance and for blinds and counter sealing and the mortgage company was responsive and helpful. Overall great experience dealing with some very capable people.

My experience hasn’t been good at all. The builders are building homes too fast and the quality is just too cheap. Overall floors are not level and when I report that there’s noise on my floor that they charge me for to install. They tell me it’s normal landscaping you get no warranty and you step on your grass and start sinking Overall I just think you guys are building houses with the cheapest of the cheapest and the price is not right I’m sorry to be the one to tell you guys this but this is just how I feel.

This is the best bang for your buck in the current housing market as a first time home buyer.

New house and home warranty is garbage I will let people know about this and people looking at the new homes on the weekends

We recently purchased another Lennar home in Sparks (Eaglewood at Five Ridges) with my mom as her primary residence. We also live in a Lennar home in Reno that was built in 2021 and really like it. The homes are not perfect, like with any builder, but in general Lennar produces a quality product. Pros: Great home below median $/SF in a good area. Jennifer with Lennar Mortgage was amazing and really went the extra mile to get us in the home. Lending terms were the best available by far. Everyone on the team that we worked with was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Lower quality base finishes, i.e. carpet that will not last. Front yard landscaping is bare minimum in materials, design, and workmanship, i.e. cheap rock simply poured in large quanities over areas (impossible to pull trash cans behind fence in deep/uneven rock), etc., no options to fund back yard landscaping through loan/home price. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons and the cons are fairly common with all builders. We would absolutely recommend Lennar homes to friends and family. Great experience. Thank you! ... More

Seamless process from start to finish with communication being key.

I'm not big on writing reviews but in this case I will make an exception. Lennar really lived up to their reputation in the building of my home. I knew that from the day of my first walk-through. The items that I found that needed repair or follow-up were miniscule yet when I did my final walk-through they had been attended too. I truly love my new home and would encourage anyone even considering the idea of a new home to think about Lennar. They are first class all the way.

The one year service and initial walk through really shows they care about my satisfaction for the long run.

Good service and material is good

I have been impressed with LENNAR since they were a competitor of my employer. My LENNAR home is by far the finest new home construction that I've had the pleasure of inspecting. LENNARs sub contractors are some of the finest & their pride shows in their work & their job sites. I have several visitors who have been equally impressed as I have with my LENNAR home. Please feel free to share my LENNAR experience as needed & I'm a very happy customer who recommends a LENNAR home to a future neighbor of my LENNAR community.

We moved from out of state. Almost everything was handled online. We were kept informed at every step. We love our home and neighborhood. Several friends want to relocate here too because I brag all the time

From the friendly greeting at the sales office to the day we received our keys to our new home, we were very pleased with how available all employees were to our needs. Even when we thought a problem arose which would have setback our closing date, everyone stepped up and corrected the issue and we closed ontime!

They are thrown together. Can't get anyone to get back to you. Have been promised twice they'd get the things fixed, twice they have not shown or contact to reschedule. Sent pictures twice but still nothing. Can't believe the way you are treated with problems. They are not quality built homes.

The whole team was great. Buying a house is never easy but they made the process very smooth and were available for any sort of questions that came up. They were great. From the sales team to the lending team, everything went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend. Five stars.

Overall we struggled to know who to contact for various steps. We received way too many emails which overlapped and caused confusion. One department didn’t seem to know what the other was doing one point of contact for the entire process would make life much easier for the customer

Everyone concerned was always ready to show us homes we were interested in no matter how many times we asked to re-visit! The entire buying experience went very smoothly and quickly. The only downside for us was having to wait until the house was finished and move-in ready. Our initial walk-thru went well; only a few very minor details needed to be taken care of. The 2nd walk-through showed all items we had marked having been taken care of.
