No opportunity to make changes. Why does a home with two garage doors come with only one garage door opener.

We could not have been happier with Lennar's overall responsiveness (from the purchase side, to loan qualification, to title, and finally in dealing with our limited touchup issues in our new house. Lennar was fantastic throughout the entire process.

The builder uses quality materials and even better if you upgrade to a better quality products such as cabinets, flooring and carpeting. I would prefer if I had more of a selection to choose from such as granite kitchen counter top & cabinet colors.

Lauren and Angela are terrific and very helpful for the potential buyers.

The process was easy and the girls in the office were great. I'm enjoying living in the house it's quite comfortable and cozy. There were a few minor problems when I moved in and when I informed Lennar they were right on it and repaired them.

The quality of workmanship and materials left a lot to be desired. Especially the cabinet drawer slides were cheap and the builder refused to replace them with with better slides. The rest of the things that needed to be corrected were fixed to my satisfaction. Overall the house is beautiful.

Value was controlled by market, second visit to look at floor plans the price jumped 10k over a one week period (new quarter apparently). All homes are skyrocketing in price though due to demand and lack of availability in the open real estate market. But not having to haggle / bid over price was priceless. Lennar used quality products, and a few of the upgrades where a nice touch. The sales team was great, Sarah & Paige were responsive, flexible and were very much not the pushy type. Scheduling was easy and they worked with my availability to accommodate whatever I needed. Personable and professional at all times. Construction manager Jason was a nice touch with construction updates, I think with the materials being so in demand he was able to notnhave any major delays, which is impressive (I felt the effect in my industry) and home was handed over when originally promised. Roger with warranty, I Had a single repair to get done after final walk through. It was done on time, when he said it would be done. New parts used, not old parts fixed or adjusted. The few problems we have have been addressed and resolved very quickly. We have been very satisfied with our new home and all or the Lennar staff we have asked for assistance and information.

The sales team at the office were very nice and great to work with!

Lot size may vary slightly. If you require RV access get a lot that has a few more inches than the minimum you require. Garages are standard size with very little room in front of a parked car or sides for storage. Homes are well insulated and energy efficient. Smart houses are not set up. It is up to the home owner to figure out how to set up. Counter tops need to be sealed by owner, Don't expect to move in and use counter tops before sealing. If you have hard water invest in a quality water softener not a cheap one from a big box store. House did not come with rain gutters. Our 3 car garage only came with only 1 door opener with 1 remote.. We elected to use Lennar mortgage and insurance. These people were great and made it easy on us. This review does not reflect Roger Jason or anybody at all who sold us the house. The workmanship is great for 98% of the house. I got to be honest now that I’ve lived there a little bit the paint and the painting sucks. I have found bare spots on doors I found semi gloss in closets that don’t belong there in multiple things like that love the house the paint not so much

The purchasing portion of our home buying experience was amazing. Tina Mondragon is exceptionaly nice and caring. This is our 2nd Lennar home becasue of Tina. She was just as excited to help us purchase our second home as she was with our first. Tina is always a pleasure to see in the new home office and is very helpful on giving us any information that we need. We have ongoing issues not completed from our closing walk-throughs back in OCT 2019. Such as, scrached and dented cabinets, chips in the granite counter tops, stress crackes in drywall. Kelly, Julie, and Tish were so good to work with, during the building of our home.

I love my home. However, issues that have come up that are supposed to be warranteed, or items found in my walk through 4 months ago, are not addressed without pressure from me. That feels shady due to the used car salesman type promises made like “we are here for you, we care, any problems you just call.”.

The buying process was smooth. The after we bought it oart has been a joke. No shows for fixes. Things not being completed when they were supposed. Horrible communication.

Tricia and her crew really rock! We met both the superintendent and the foreman both guys spending time with us answering questions, spending time making the whole experience great. Thank You!

WE Love our new home from Lennar and the accommodations received on our inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. The only thing that I did notice was the communication on certain aspects of the building process we had no control over. We were not advised of whether our laundry would be exclusively gas or electric hookups. Had to sell my less than one year old appliances and purchase new ones. other than that perfect.

Roger and his team were very helpful and quick to respond.
