Our sales agent, Morgan, was amazing throughout the entire process. She happily answered all of our questions and was super responsive. Once we moved in, our customer service rep, Ernie, has been incredible. He has been incredibly helpful every time we have needed him. Our overall experience with Lennar has been positive!

The process was easy and the girls in the office were great. I'm enjoying living in the house it's quite comfortable and cozy. There were a few minor problems when I moved in and when I informed Lennar they were right on it and repaired them.

The quality of workmanship and materials left a lot to be desired. Especially the cabinet drawer slides were cheap and the builder refused to replace them with with better slides. The rest of the things that needed to be corrected were fixed to my satisfaction. Overall the house is beautiful.

Value was controlled by market, second visit to look at floor plans the price jumped 10k over a one week period (new quarter apparently). All homes are skyrocketing in price though due to demand and lack of availability in the open real estate market. But not having to haggle / bid over price was priceless. Lennar used quality products, and a few of the upgrades where a nice touch. The sales team was great, Sarah & Paige were responsive, flexible and were very much not the pushy type. Scheduling was easy and they worked with my availability to accommodate whatever I needed. Personable and professional at all times. Construction manager Jason was a nice touch with construction updates, I think with the materials being so in demand he was able to notnhave any major delays, which is impressive (I felt the effect in my industry) and home was handed over when originally promised. Roger with warranty, I Had a single repair to get done after final walk through. It was done on time, when he said it would be done. New parts used, not old parts fixed or adjusted. This is the best bang for your buck in the current housing market as a first time home buyer.

Everyone concerned was always ready to show us homes we were interested in no matter how many times we asked to re-visit! The entire buying experience went very smoothly and quickly. The only downside for us was having to wait until the house was finished and move-in ready. Our initial walk-thru went well; only a few very minor details needed to be taken care of. The 2nd walk-through showed all items we had marked having been taken care of.

The lending process went very smoothly and fast. We love our home but we experienced a lot of poor workmanship in the quality of the home. It took over a month to address all of the repairs that needed to be done.

The buying process was smooth. The after we bought it oart has been a joke. No shows for fixes. Things not being completed when they were supposed. Horrible communication.

Tricia and her crew really rock! We met both the superintendent and the foreman both guys spending time with us answering questions, spending time making the whole experience great. Thank You!

From the friendly greeting at the sales office to the day we received our keys to our new home, we were very pleased with how available all employees were to our needs. Even when we thought a problem arose which would have setback our closing date, everyone stepped up and corrected the issue and we closed ontime!

WE Love our new home from Lennar and the accommodations received on our inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. The only thing that I did notice was the communication on certain aspects of the building process we had no control over. We were not advised of whether our laundry would be exclusively gas or electric hookups. Had to sell my less than one year old appliances and purchase new ones. other than that perfect.

The home builder supervisor does a great job, the 2 ladies at the home center on Camp Station Dr do a great job. Norm n Jeff both did a great job as well. A few minor things that you notice when you don't have your shoes on, mounds of cement under carpet in Master and living room. Hopefully it will be taken care of swiftly.

Lennar homes are basic builds, very limited customization. The back/side yards are just dirt. No rain gutters. Blinds, appliances are negotiated, with no choice on brands. Outside color scheme is fixed. The homes are on a slab, which I like, and under tension so no cracks. These are good entry level homes. They also come wired for ceiling fans, but again, no fans. Lennar does back up their work. After first 30 days, any problems are fixed. Same applies at one year. Overall we like the house, consider it a work in progress,

We recently purchased another Lennar home in Sparks (Eaglewood at Five Ridges) with my mom as her primary residence. We also live in a Lennar home in Reno that was built in 2021 and really like it. The homes are not perfect, like with any builder, but in general Lennar produces a quality product. Pros: Great home below median $/SF in a good area. Jennifer with Lennar Mortgage was amazing and really went the extra mile to get us in the home. Lending terms were the best available by far. Everyone on the team that we worked with was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Lower quality base finishes, i.e. carpet that will not last. Front yard landscaping is bare minimum in materials, design, and workmanship, i.e. cheap rock simply poured in large quanities over areas (impossible to pull trash cans behind fence in deep/uneven rock), etc., no options to fund back yard landscaping through loan/home price. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons and the cons are fairly common with all builders. We would absolutely recommend Lennar homes to friends and family. Great experience. Thank you! ... More

Great buying experience. However after finding things that need to be repaired ,the repair process has been very slow and frustrating. I wish they would be understanding and more efficient (faster) making the minor repairs.

As far as large builders go, in our opinion Lennar is still one of the best. They offer a quality home and lovely designs, creating very pretty subdivisions,

Every Lennar Team member that I dealt with doing my home buying experience was very professional and pleasant to work with. If I had any questions along the process they were there to answer them for me. They tried to make my buying experience as seamless as possible. Great team to work with. the sales staff was great. You kept all you promised in the selling process. Your escrow gave minimal updates. The walk thru was friendly and thorough ,however the few problems 2 that remained were not taken seriously. Overall for a big corporation you did great.

Overall a good experience. The house was suppose to be clean upon delivery. While it looked clean there were several issues. The tile floors had numerous splotches of grout and silicone in every room. The bath tubs had rough surfaces and scratches from not being covered during the construction process. Apparently the cleaning crew did not do a complete and professional job. I am sure Lennar will make this right, but, if they are doing their job, you shouldn’t have to deal with it in the first place. There are also some paint issues and weather stripping problems. Eleven of the cabinet door open past 90 degrees and hit the wall or other cabinets. I fixed this myself but felt like the cabinet people should have done this.
