The builder uses quality materials and even better if you upgrade to a better quality products such as cabinets, flooring and carpeting. I would prefer if I had more of a selection to choose from such as granite kitchen counter top & cabinet colors.

Lennar goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the home.

The process went very smooth with us being able to take care of most of the paperwork remotely since we previously lived 9n another state. The initial walk-thru went quite well with very few issues (all of which were addressed prior to our closing on the home). The Lennar people were all especially great and bent over backward to assist us in the process. We have been in the house for over 2 months now and are still very thrilled with our home. We especially like the beautiful standard cabinetry, and flooring, as well as the appliances that were included. I love my home. However, issues that have come up that are supposed to be warranteed, or items found in my walk through 4 months ago, are not addressed without pressure from me. That feels shady due to the used car salesman type promises made like “we are here for you, we care, any problems you just call.”.

If my house wasn’t worth what it is I would probably be disappointed.

I bought a new home from Lennar at Sendero in Sparks NV and I have had nothing but problems since the house was in the construction phase. I noticed some of the work done was below standards and I addressed it with the superintendent of the job-site which got most of the issues resolved. When we did our walkthrough we spotted several issues with paint scratches and broken tiles but the customer service representative Ron would say “oh we’ll take care of that” and not mark it in the list of issues, now 5 months living in this house there is still issues that need to be fixed and I called the Lennar warranty center because Ron won’t return my calls or address the issues and they say they cannot fix what is not on the initial walkthrough because it could have happened after move in, but since Ron didn’t mark the issues in the list I have not proof that we pointed those issues out. This is our first brand new home and the second home we owned. It’s been 5 months dealing with this, the baseboard for the downstairs bathroom was removed about a month in and it’s been like that since, the air vents for the air conditioning rattle at night and will not let us fall asleep, the the paint on the garage door is really uneven, the plumbing makes a whining sound when you close the faucet and other issues. We sold our previous home because it was getting old and we didn’t want to deal with repairs and issues but little did we know we were about to walk into a headache of issues and repairs. We love our new home!

The sales agent Tina is great! Tom the customer care specialist is responsive and helpful. Well, my closing was pushed out several times and lennar wanted me to pay to lock my rate in which I thought wasn't very cool since they were the ones that kept pushing my date out. Secondly, Once I do get into my home the Furnance wasn't working, which Tom addressed quickly, however as the weather warmed I find my AC isn't working to which I submitted a ticket through the lennar portal, but all I've heard so far is crickets. Certain little shortcuts that I notice after the final walk through, once I got moved in, kind of show a lack of quality, but hey I guess you get what you pay for. Wait, not really! ... More

Lack of attention to the quality of work performed by the vendors/sub-contractors. Poor cabinet installation, poor floor installation. Mediocre painters, paint on floor had to be cleaned off. Move-in cleaning crew didn't clean well.

Lauren and Angela are terrific and very helpful for the potential buyers.

We had a great experience with the sales team on site. They were very responsive and communicated well. Richard is also very responsive to maintenance issues. He's very organized and follows up consistently. We are concerned about Lennar building the houses behind us quite a bit on higher ground. Concerns of proper water drainage will be something we have to keep an eye on. We wish Lennar would have just leveled the foundation so that potential water issues between neighbors are mitigated.

Complete staff was very professional and courteous.

Roger and his team were very helpful and quick to respond.

Overall good buying experience with the local team.

-process for buying house was totally nebulous and unclear -wrong closing date provided -wrong cabinetry upgrade installed -serious flood days before closing -appraisal provided included a financially significant clerical error -partner mortgage company made a financially significant clerical error on closing paperwork -partner mortgage company “forgot” to ask us to sign paperwork during closing so we had to make another 2 hour trip the following day -nobody provided blue zipper folder of critical information until we requested it -leaking toilet days after moving in -30 day walkthrough and followups were not executed in a timely manner -advertised smart home echo dot simply wasn't included until we requested it -multiple shrubs are dead -notable garbage from construction left on perimeter of property -list goes on… ... Painless/hassle free buying experience. However the quality of the house is not as good as the old days. Maybe because all of the housing boom is making the builder sloppy since they're building too fast (lack of quality control)?

The fridge in our house won’t open far enough to pull the ice tray out. It’s the fridge we bought from Lennar

There is a lot of little things that were over looked at by the builder. There should be better paint all around the house.

Our sales agent, Morgan, was amazing throughout the entire process. She happily answered all of our questions and was super responsive. Once we moved in, our customer service rep, Ernie, has been incredible. He has been incredibly helpful every time we have needed him. Our overall experience with Lennar has been positive!

The way the Lennar team treated us was excellent. From our first visit to the time we moved in our whole experience was seamless. Schedules and timings were always right on. We would like to thank Jennifer and Jennie at the front office, also Timmy from the Mortgage Company as well as Rich and all of the people behind the scenes that made it a great experience for us. The process was easy and the girls in the office were great. I'm enjoying living in the house it's quite comfortable and cozy. There were a few minor problems when I moved in and when I informed Lennar they were right on it and repaired them.

We had a great experience with the staff working in our community. Unforgivably those in management including Dustin (VP of Reno) and Dave (construction manager) only care about the bottom line and not people.
