Process was organized. Staff knowledgeable. Questions answered promptly.

The quality of workmanship and materials left a lot to be desired. Especially the cabinet drawer slides were cheap and the builder refused to replace them with with better slides. The rest of the things that needed to be corrected were fixed to my satisfaction. Overall the house is beautiful.

This will be my third time buying a home and this is by far is one of the exceptional home builders out there. Definitely recommend to family and friends if they are in the market to purchasing a home.

After buying our home, we have had several issues with setting up the Next Gen features. Lennar has been either unwilling or unable to help us resolve these issues, and now, almost 5 months later, the issue STILL isn’t resolved and we are having to pay someone else to come fix it. Our multiple calls to lennar go unreturned and it is frustrating.

Value was controlled by market, second visit to look at floor plans the price jumped 10k over a one week period (new quarter apparently). All homes are skyrocketing in price though due to demand and lack of availability in the open real estate market. But not having to haggle / bid over price was priceless. Lennar used quality products, and a few of the upgrades where a nice touch. The sales team was great, Sarah & Paige were responsive, flexible and were very much not the pushy type. Scheduling was easy and they worked with my availability to accommodate whatever I needed. Personable and professional at all times. Construction manager Jason was a nice touch with construction updates, I think with the materials being so in demand he was able to notnhave any major delays, which is impressive (I felt the effect in my industry) and home was handed over when originally promised. Roger with warranty, I Had a single repair to get done after final walk through. It was done on time, when he said it would be done. New parts used, not old parts fixed or adjusted. Very bad experience. Worst experience in the purchase of a brand new home ever. If we had known ahead of time we would have passed. Last minute changes that cost us a fortune.

Excellent responsiveness to all issues. Lennar makes the home buying process very smooth.

The house wasn't ready to move in to. Paint on carpets, custom cabinets bowed, drawer fell off, dust and dirt in paint of base boards and trim, closet doors rubbed each other scrapping paint... our "celebration day" was such a disappointment we went looking for another home, so mad and disappointed.

Very poor responses from the site foremen. Tom and Larry have e poor follow through.Very unhappy that we purchased with Lennar

With as many push backs to the move in date that we had we expected better quality. Our cement in the back and front porch are stained with paint, the paint in itself was not done well either. There are dark paint splotches from the trim all over the lighter paint on the exterior. Once moved in the interior was not very clean either. We were told we could just purchase cleaners to get stains out, if we wanted them out.

The purchasing portion of our home buying experience was amazing. Tina Mondragon is exceptionaly nice and caring. This is our 2nd Lennar home becasue of Tina. She was just as excited to help us purchase our second home as she was with our first. Tina is always a pleasure to see in the new home office and is very helpful on giving us any information that we need. We have ongoing issues not completed from our closing walk-throughs back in OCT 2019. Such as, scrached and dented cabinets, chips in the granite counter tops, stress crackes in drywall. I would like to recognize Roger for doing an outstanding job! He is professional and always helpful.

Poor quality of finish work and materials. Carpet seams show and nap goes in opposite direction. Tack strip nails come up through carpet( don't walk bare foot). Cabinet quality very poor and counters had 1/2" gaps at cabinets. Repairs were just cover-up, not repair.

Good service and explanation was received by all. Even follow-up questions were answered quickly.

So much that I love about my Lennar home was included! Tankless water heater, beautiful white cabinets, granite countertops, even my Ring doorbell was included. Very happy I made the decision to buy after years of renting.
