Excellent customer care

Lennar home care service team is great. They are quick response on your request. However, the quality of the house (especially the hardwood floors and the water pipe in the bathroom) needs to be improved.

John was excellent to answer any questions we had. There is a property that doesn’t belong to The Venue that has a dilapidated pool which we can see from my backyard and was told that trees were going up to have coverage from it but the trees that were planted are situated in such an angle that more trees need to be planted in order for us not to see that horrible property. Now I have to speak with HOA to see if they can put at least 5 more trees so that when they grow out we would have full coverage.

Fell in love with Davenport model. Karen, our sales rep, was outstanding. She took her time and went over everything. No pressure - we came back and finally signed on the dotted line. Karen took us on a tour of the lots available and when they would ber readyl. Lennar was willing to delay closing a week so that we could close on our other home. Our home is what we were looking for. The closihg and walk thru were very smooth. Outside work was done quickly. Very friendly neighborhood.

Lennar made homebuying easy. We bought our property on line and everything was as it said it would be. I’d do it all over again!

Garage door hit by workman, repaired door, only problem the metal frame was also hit and door does not close properly. Electrical had to be replaced because wires touching metal screws. In attic you can see outside to siding. I would expect for the price of the home to have better workmanship.

Our house is fine. No issues although we are still just getting settled. No issues during buying process. Dealing with their mortgage team was an absolute nightmare. On one hand I get it. They are just doing their job of managing risk. On the other hand, it’s very frustrating dealing with multiple requests from different people requesting the same thing on consecutive days. Finally, at times I felt like they simply chose not to read our email responses or listen to details during phone calls. By way of example, they repeatedly asked about expenses related to kids at college. When we told them both of our kids have already graduated they continued to ask for a copy of the leases to validate rental expenses. I had to respond just to this one example on st least three occasions before they simply stopped asking. The entire process of buying and closing went fast and smoothly. The home is a good quality, well prepared to move in. The team is responsive to any questions and requests.

I can't believe Lennar is using such a cheap floor. The engineered hard floor is sooo thin, a decent LVP is thicker than that. We only moved in for 1.5 months, some boards are already cracked, and lots of them are buckled up. I would rather they just leave the cement floor so that we can install a real engineered hardwood floor which will last for many years. For this current floor, it will not just cost us more to remove, it will be very dusty. What a disappointment!

We recently moved into a new home and overall, we are very pleased and satisfied. The layout is spacious and we especially love the kitchen. It’s been comfortable and enjoyable.

Our experience with sales team was horrible (worst than used car salesmen). They use bait and switch tactics. I was sold a house which they said had 2731 sq. ft. house and upon closing we found out that house was 44 sq. ft. smaller. They claim that measurement can vary from house to house. I would not recommend buying a house at all. I would prefer to go with other builders such as Toll Brothers.

As a rookie buyer of a newly built apartment, I was a bit worried about the overall process. It felt like you're in the pipeline where you must follow the provided instructions and have no options before the closing date. Surprisingly, the Lennar team delivered on time and with no issues. Starting from the new homeowner orientation session and throughout the month ahead, the Lennar team went above and beyond to make our lives easier and more comfortable. The money at least we can have floors that can be washed meaning to be able to use water

Let’s see…a 55+ active adult (retirement) community (old people) where the house thermometer is so small you can harder read it. Makes absolutely no sense. A front door that is 8’ tall which means you must purchase a customized screen door to fit. Super large,oversized garbage and recycling cans with no where convenient to store them.

Over all everything went as expected from first day to closeout. Some small issues were resolved for HVAC. Not satisfied for appliebces provided by Lennar of low quality and not to the standard for this prise of the house they charged. Post boxes provide by them are horrible and not at proper location.

The experience was very good and well organized. We wish Lenar had worked with us to upgrade many things in the house which we had to do after the purchase.

The actual purchase experience went smoothly. The workmanship & quality of the house is poor for the price paid. The appliances are very basic. You would expect more for the price paid. The quality of the engineered floors & tiles are awful. The tile work is unprofessional. The grout & caulk work is very messy. The woodwork around the doors and on the window sills were not cut evenly and was rough in many areas. The paint job is also messy with many paint spots that are on the wood floors. The walls have many areas where the paint didn’t cover & bumps on the walls from the paint. It was very disappointing to deal with the many problems that was not expected in a new home. The workers that came to fix some of the problems did not do a professional job. We had a tile replaced in the bathroom & smoothing out some of the grout. There is an area where the new grout is a lot darker than the rest of the grout on the shower floor. We did get quick responses when we reported a problem but the repair people did not do a great job. Some workers didn’t speak English & it was difficult communicating with them. ... More

We are absolutely happy to Move to Venue at Monroe snd it will proven in fiture that we did right decission

Simple design considerations e.g. location of HVAC outlet, not having enough space to put toilet paper holder in guest bathroom, etc. needs to be addressed in upcoming homes

Good but response to issues slow

John the realtor made the buying experience extremely stress free. This is actually the 2nd Lennar house we purchased in the community.
