Fantastic staff however, their hands are tied by management dictating what they can, and can’t do cannot can’t replace the model. I happen to be in the Capri has no master closet for the man tiles hardware full design is dated still lingering in the 90s toggle switches have no place in a home at this price point.

Closing day was extremely stressful. Were we closing or not? Lennar was not able to obtain the CoO, but said it was merely a glitch at the town offices. There was so much still to complete at the house...no closet shelving, no shower doors, no mirrors in bathrooms, no sod, no landscaping, etc. It's fortunate we did not plan too move in immediately after closing. Within a few weeks we had everything resolved satisfactorily. The house is beautiful. Now we just need a completed clubhouse!

Good: Professionalism and courtesy of the sales team. Excellent follow up on fixing minor construction issues that typically plaque new construction. Danielle is outstanding. Good value for price. Very welcoming and supportive community. Bad: We lived in a development in a nearby town for 23 years. Never had an issue with crime. So we were perhaps a bit naive. In less than 2 months, our house was ransacked, jewelry and car stolen. The car had been in the garage. After the fact we discovered there had been at least one other break in at the development. The only responsive person is sales and post closing department. Cannot say much about the rest, not responsive to my concern. It took 4 tries to get mortgage closing documents. we moved in 5/30/23, still did not get deed of our property as of today 7/17/23!

We’ve only been here a short time but so far we like the experience. The best thing about the community are the neighbors. We all want to enjoy our time here and everyone is trying to make that happen. Not much is open yet, but the community garden has been a great experience. We’re looking forward to the clubhouse being completed and activities set up. We’ve had some issues with our house, such as cracked sidewalks, sloppy workmanship, and “smart” technology, but hopefully those things will be corrected. Communication with management is an issue as well.

This community was opened more than one and a half years ago and the homeowners are waiting for the Board of Trustees, which at this time is totally composed of Lennar representative, to meet with the owners that have closed on their homes. We want open representation and that is not happening!

We love the design of our home and the community. Unfortunately, we are disappointed with the many aspects of our new house. We feel the quality of the materials and the appliances are subpar. We were also given misinformation about some of the logistics. For example, we closed in February and were told our driveway would be paved in late March and our street in April. Since our sod wasn’t installed right away, the lower part of our driveway was loaded with mud constantly. Our driveway was completely today, after several phone calls and our street has yet to be paved.

We overall like Monroe Parke and our new townhouse. We had quite a few issues before moving in and after (paint was sub par with lots of missed areas). The major issue was the rain that leaked into my office. It was a pretty big deal and even now, I don't know if there's already damage done. I wish the development has more open space, park, field space. Not much outdoor space considering this is a new development and built in an open field.

The title company was not great. No communication at all and subsequent communication after closing was non existent. important in time sensitive docs were sent to the original address. Wish we knew development has not been registered with Usps. There’s no communication of that either. So disappointing the tail end of the process and would rather go to a third-party title company.

Quality on paint job was poor. The day of walk thru so many were pointed out. Appliance quality is poor especially washer is poor. Poor job on hard wood floor Pull out shelves should be standard for a 55 plus community.

The quality of materials used in home are not satisfied and cuts so many corners to save money by builders. Every times when we ask for some thing, the only excuse they have that other owners did not like that. The clubhouse is awesome but did not spend even 20% of the money in houses.

very poor quality of workmanship for such a over priced house.

The house is not 55 + friendly because of not having the walking- in shower for upstair, or guest bathroom. No landing on staircase. very poor quality of kitchen cabinet kitchen cabinets without roll out trays or drawers which does not make sense for olderly people. Kitchen cabinet doors are not even self-closing. caulking, paint job are very bad quality. sheetrock joints are poorly done and wall are uneven needs resurfacing before painting. no upgrade option or no choice of color of flooring is bad. All appliances are very very poor quality and very noisy not strudy so best option is not to ...

Very courteous repair staff. polite and courteous real estate agents. Very poor workmanship. Tried but did not resolve the major issue such as cold area in house. Draft is coming in bathroom and dining area. Sulphur smell's in one closet. Garage door is making noise. door bell is not working. Driveway is falling apart. Comparing to KHOV house, it seems very poor workmanship and low quality material.
