Both the Lennar Mortgage Lender and the Sales Representative, made the buying experience, With the delay in covid related issues, our closing was almost 1 year delayed, but Antoinette did keep us updated.

I am impressed with the Lennar staff that I came in contact with during the process. They were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make my purchase and closing very easy inspite of the covid restrictions.

The team starting with John my sales person and including Bryan and Joel in construction have been courteous and helpful throughout the process.

Fantastic staff however, their hands are tied by management dictating what they can, and can’t do cannot can’t replace the model. I happen to be in the Capri has no master closet for the man tiles hardware full design is dated still lingering in the 90s toggle switches have no place in a home at this price point.

Our house is fine. No issues although we are still just getting settled. No issues during buying process. Dealing with their mortgage team was an absolute nightmare. On one hand I get it. They are just doing their job of managing risk. On the other hand, it’s very frustrating dealing with multiple requests from different people requesting the same thing on consecutive days. Finally, at times I felt like they simply chose not to read our email responses or listen to details during phone calls. By way of example, they repeatedly asked about expenses related to kids at college. When we told them both of our kids have already graduated they continued to ask for a copy of the leases to validate rental expenses. I had to respond just to this one example on st least three occasions before they simply stopped asking. The experience was very good and well organized. We wish Lenar had worked with us to upgrade many things in the house which we had to do after the purchase.

Good: Professionalism and courtesy of the sales team. Excellent follow up on fixing minor construction issues that typically plaque new construction. Danielle is outstanding. Good value for price. Very welcoming and supportive community. Bad: We lived in a development in a nearby town for 23 years. Never had an issue with crime. So we were perhaps a bit naive. In less than 2 months, our house was ransacked, jewelry and car stolen. The car had been in the garage. After the fact we discovered there had been at least one other break in at the development. We also learned that thieves target new construction housing, especially those houses next to vacant lots or houses still under construction. We just did not know that. Previous attempts to address security issues such as adding more street lighting or flood lights have so far gone nowhere, either because the builder refuses to accommodate the requests, since they still control the HOA, or due to temporary township restrictions. Knowing this sooner would not have discouraged us from buying here. We just would have installed security systems immediately and taken other precautions. But of course we got no heads up. So buyer beware. Make sure your first upgrade is a security system and do not depend on the HOA (controlled by Lennar for now) to make the necessary expenditures to improve security at the Venue. Perhaps that will change in the future but for now, it is what it is. ... More

We are happy here. But I need to have my front door painted and the trim on the front of my garage and on top. Also I need a new draw… the draw I have is damaged.

Closing day was extremely stressful. Were we closing or not? Lennar was not able to obtain the CoO, but said it was merely a glitch at the town offices. There was so much still to complete at the house...no closet shelving, no shower doors, no mirrors in bathrooms, no sod, no landscaping, etc. It's fortunate we did not plan too move in immediately after closing. Within a few weeks we had everything resolved satisfactorily. The house is beautiful. Now we just need a completed clubhouse!

The money at least we can have floors that can be washed meaning to be able to use water

Simple design considerations e.g. location of HVAC outlet, not having enough space to put toilet paper holder in guest bathroom, etc. needs to be addressed in upcoming homes

John the realtor made the buying experience extremely stress free. This is actually the 2nd Lennar house we purchased in the community.

Electric appliances from GE is not a good product because science I moved in we are having issue and is not workin as of today.

The only responsive person is sales and post closing department. Cannot say much about the rest, not responsive to my concern. It took 4 tries to get mortgage closing documents. we moved in 5/30/23, still did not get deed of our property as of today 7/17/23!

Great job overall. Response could have been better by Lennar Mortgage. Would like to disc this further. Deepak

Mass produced homes Not bad considering responded to most issues quickly.

Let’s see…a 55+ active adult (retirement) community (old people) where the house thermometer is so small you can harder read it. Makes absolutely no sense. A front door that is 8’ tall which means you must purchase a customized screen door to fit. Super large,oversized garbage and recycling cans with no where convenient to store them.
