Lennar - Quality on paint job was poor.

Quality on paint job was poor. The day of walk thru so many were pointed out. Appliance quality is poor especially washer is poor. Poor job on hard wood floor Pull out shelves should be standard for a 55 plus community.

The quality of materials used in home are not satisfied and cuts so many corners to save money by builders. Every times when we ask for some thing, the only excuse they have that other owners did not like that. The clubhouse is awesome but did not spend even 20% of the money in houses.

I have and continue to have issues since moving into my new home over 4 months ago, What should have been a fabulous experience is nothing but a nightmare.

very poor quality of workmanship for such a over priced house.

The house is not 55 + friendly because of not having the walking- in shower for upstair, or guest bathroom. No landing on staircase. very poor quality of kitchen cabinet kitchen cabinets without roll out trays or drawers which does not make sense for olderly people. Kitchen cabinet doors are not even self-closing. caulking, paint job are very bad quality. sheetrock joints are poorly done and wall are uneven needs resurfacing before painting. no upgrade option or no choice of color of flooring is bad. All appliances are very very poor quality and very noisy not strudy so best option is not to ...

Very courteous repair staff. polite and courteous real estate agents. Very poor workmanship. Tried but did not resolve the major issue such as cold area in house. Draft is coming in bathroom and dining area. Sulphur smell's in one closet. Garage door is making noise. door bell is not working. Driveway is falling apart. Comparing to KHOV house, it seems very poor workmanship and low quality material.

Holes and divets were found all over the house in the door frames, flooring ,and baseboards. These were pointed out during our first walk thru andmost were not fixed by the final walk thru. Paint drips were found all over the house.. on floors, walls, and doors. This was not corrected. Wood floor is just planks about an inch thick. Shower heads were cheap looking and there were no towel bars, hooks, or toilet paper holders installed in any bathrooms. Master bath shower and second bathroom should have had decorative tile accent; it did not. We were told they ran out. Very disappointed ...

Poor quality interior and bad parking design

For the price paid, the interior of the condo has poor quality materials. Parking assignment was terrible. I bought a unit in building 10 however they assigned parking near building 7. They wouldn’t disclose this details during the final walkthrough and were sneaky about it. Now, Lennar and the HOA are pointing fingers at each other. Guess who suffers? Me and my family.

Issues with closing, with sales team, with HOA

Sales agent not present at closing. Parking lot allocated to other building without our knowledge. No orientation provided about garbage, club house or even for the building. HOA doesn’t exists for you.

Would not recommend. From misleading seller aT lennar to the HOA that is a iso telt unreachable, horrible experience with lennar. Wish I never started anything with them

We had EVERY Appliance in our home changed, still waiting for parts from GE after 4 months. Everything that has been “fixed” has required an additional contractor to fix what the first one damaged
