The quality of the home is terrible, shower heads are cheap, appliances were the poorest quality available. The washer dryer are terrible. Never again will I buy a Lennar home ! The closing agent in NJ main office in Hillsbourgh was rude, did not even speak to me and would not even give me a pen to sign. He was late, the most obnoxious person I have encountered in a property deal. I have a large community of people and have been very vocal with my experiences with Lennar. Danielle and the plumber were excellent. Scott was helpful Allison the agent at PARC Marlboro was very rude , ...

Paint touch ups

Closed the house. Pointed out lot of issues especially with paint touch ups. Was promised that it will be taken care. Now i was told last week that lennar can provide me paint and i can do by myself
