Although I really like the design of the home that was built, I have lots of comments regarding the quality of the products that were used. The quality of the products used were sub-standard. For example, the air handler has the lowest quality rating and is extremely loud. The kitchen cabinets are not designed for maximum use. Many features missing such as shelves. We hear the noise of our neighbors above us and the floors vibrate when the walk. You could do better with the sound barriers. As a recommendation I would be willing to pay more for a higher quality of products and finishes. ...

Second time with Lennar, not as good this time

Sold my first Lennar home and bought a second in the same community. Overall the home is beautiful and Lennar does a great job. But they set the bar high on the first one and fell short of my expectations on this home. They had me close long before I should have. They cheaped out on a lot of things (ex, appliances). I'm almost 2 months in and many basic things still have not been fixed. And I wish they would let you customize a few things.

Beautiful layout and new home, although there are issues that had to be addressed at a significant expense. Water is badly calcified, sump pump was cheap and not working properly, still issues that have to be addressed. Nice location and development though.

The quality and quantity of the products installed and the workmanship for a “luxury” condo are disappointing. Wall are not straight, they arc making it hard to hang things evenly. The bathroom sinks and faucets are cheap. And an upgrade package would have been preferable rather than moving in and trying to get contractors. When I looked at Del Webb there was a lovely upgrade package. So all in all disappointing. I do like the size of the condo and the layout of the building.

I wish I could say I am pleasantly surprised but this experience has not been pleasant. Quality of workmanship and products in home are poor. Everyday it is a new issue! There were 16 closings in my neighborhood in November as it was the end of the fiscal year so our 30 day issues were put on hold. I feel sorry for our construction supervisor and our Lennar customer representative, they are both responsive but completely overwhelmed.

For the price of the home I would have expected better quality materials. The amount of construction issues that we've faced as well as damaged, unfixable items like a completely scratched bathtub is unacceptable. Likely my last time going with a large homebuilder as homes are just churned out as quickly as possible.

Attention to details missing in home with many things needing fixing. Construction materials left behind in cabinets and materials blocked up water drainage system. Nice townhome but features and appliances low quality and not worth $900k paid. Expected higher quality product.

I feel the property was not ready for us to move into. I didn't receive mail for over a month because Lennar did not set things up correctly with the post office. My address still does not appear on google maps so it's hard to get deliveries. I'm here almost 2 months & my list of the 30-day repairs have still not been addressed. I'm still missing a screen, a garage door window, etc. Things that should have been taken care of immediately. I have a chipped tile. I have a bathroom sink with a chip. Nice In-Door Space, Cheap Material and Poor Development Layout

I love the design of my unit very much. But all the materials are builders grade...very cheap, flimsy or functionally not optimal. It's a matter of time where everything will need to be replaced. Also I think it is criminal not to allow hardwood over carpet on the second floor. I cringe when I see many of the buyers rip out brand new carpet before moving in as I did myself. This type of waste and unsustainable practice is really unacceptable.

Moving through purchasing a new construction, the team at Lennar promised throughout that a physician loan would be possible. Two weeks ahead of my closing date, my loan officer informs me that the team at Lennar did not complete Fannie Mae paperwork required in order to finalize the loan. The team was unable to provide a reason as to why they were not submitting the paperwork, and ultimately I was forced in the last two weeks to gather an additional 17% of the house value in order to close with a non-physician loan. Stay away.

I had a terrible experience as a first time home buyer. Lennar proudly keeps saying they have very high quality standards which are no where near match with the output of these homes. I had multiple issues right from day 1 which includes (list continues) 1. Poor inspections 2. Construction team only cares about closing homes but not standard of quality 3. Attitude of customer care is not customer friendly. 4. Teams have multiple communication issues. 5. Sales team is has absolutely no clue on project deliverables when the timelines change. 6. Don’t promote the builder as top of the class, they are not

The sale was promoted as Lennar was top quality. We had no need for upgrades because quality was their focus. That was not correct. Workmanship was sloppy, and response from the site managers is slow or unresponsive. They “hear” us, but do nothing.
