Now that we have actually moved into our new home, we can attest to the quality in workmanship and attention detail that we have not seen with other builders. It is quite exciting to be be a part of and watch this growing community. They chose a lovely place for this new development, surrounded by some of the most beautiful farmland in NJ but close to shopping and larger towns. We lived in our previous home 34 years. Jamie, Andy, Zach , Gina and Danielle have made a happy but difficult and emotional time comforting. Their knowledge an expertise making sure we had and continue to have positve interactions with them and have made our transition extremely easy. Their response to each an every question an issue makes for an excellent customer experience. Lennar should be very proud of this team they put together

We love our Lennar home at the Venue at Longview. We purchased the Saratoga model. I only have 2 issues. I opted out of the drywall repair offered by Lennar and did the repairs myself. But having to fix almost 40 nail and screw pops is unacceptable. I understand the home has to settle but screw pops should never happen. They use 1 1/4 inch screws. Their not long enough and their not tightened enough. Nail pops are a given but screw pops should never happen. Secondly the installation of the Shaw Sunkist hardwood flooring, specifically when it comes to applying the adhesive has to improve. There are numerous hollow spots where the adhesive was lacking when installed. Also a few boards had to be replaced because the top layer was peeling off. It's a nice floor. We love the look of the floor but the quality of the flooring needs to improve. Overall though we're very happy with our home. It's much easier to maintain than the 4 bedroom colonial we had came from. The clubhouse, pool and gym are all very nice and they have and offer plenty of activities to participate in and socialize with your neighbors in the community. ... More

This LVP flooring is a little janky.

Everybody we worked with has been great, from the sales person, mortgage rep to the contractor and warranty person. I have been more than satisfied with the customer service.

From my first visit to explore the community to purchase experience with very knowledgeable sales associate who kept me informed with calls , pictures , and emails my experience has been wonderful. Move walk through inspections amazingly easy and thorough Since move in 6 weeks ago I am more than happy with my decision to purchase my new new home in Venue at Longview

My entire home buying experience was fantastic. Every member of the Lennar team, from sales to construction was responsive and proactive. The homes are beautiful with really well designed floor plan. I like that some high end options are standard, like granite countertops, faucets, etc. This was by far my easiest home buying experience.

It was extremely easy to buy from Lennar. The only complaint for us is we would have like the option to upgrade. But that being said we did buy a home going in knowing we could not. All the staff have been great and easy to work with. Our salesman was very pleasant.

Our salesman was excellent. Great guidance and quick to respond to all questions and concerns, if any. Field representatives also rate high with honesty and excellent response time.

The buying process was great. Love the house, but wish I could’ve picked some of the finishes. Waiting for small issues to be repaired. Overall, I would recommend, very nice community & looking forward to many years here.

Overall the whole process was simple. We have encountered issues since moving in but the Care coordinator onsite has been extremely helpful on getting them resolved

Upon closing, the Lennar team, with a great emphasis on Danielle, have gone over and above to make sure that any problem or concern I have had have been resolved effectively and efficiently. Kudos to Danielle!

The sales team constantly kept us informed on the progress of our new construction. The promised deliver date was on target.

We were very pleased with the entire experience. Our only complaint was the quality of the painting contractor. His work was very poor.
