The buying experience was very smooth. Any issues we had were quickly resovled.

I love my new home. The experience was very good and the quality of appliances is above average. I would have liked a chance to upgrade to the washing machine used in the single family homes. I did think they could have been better about giving more notice of closing date because I was selling a home at the same time. I also wish I had my own mailbox because I do worry about going over to central boxes in 20 years. The home layout is great and the bathrooms are very nice. Love all the countertop and cabinet space in the kitchen. Some outstanding issues to be resolved but nothing too major. I'd say response to issues is average. If you read the reviews for Lennar they are mixed to be sure. Either very satisfied or extremely disappointed. I'm somewhere in the middle. My sales associate was great. The home is tasteful, but the build quality is only slightly above average. The house was overpriced, but isn't everything today. But for half a million dollars I would have expected more attention to detail as well as respect. Lennar Title and Lennar Mortgage should be avoided; they're snakes. Lennar Mortgage especially. Lennar credited me $10,000 even though I didn't use Lennar Mortgage due to their refusal to help me initially and then dropping the ball late in the game. Unfortunately, Lennar Title withdraw the $10k credit THREE HOURS before closing with no explanation; see you in court. Lennar delivered my home with dead, haphazardly, and poorly installed sod. Their justification, "this is what to expect when you buy a Ford instead of a Ferrari." We almost walked away from the closing, but they had us trapped. This is poorly built home. There are multiple issues. The builder has been responsive, most of the time but not all the time. I have been given excuses as to why the air conditioner upstairs is fine, even though the 2ns story is 5-6 degrees warmer in summer than the first floor. End result is that the builder has said "tough luck and under the RWC the A/C works fine. The plumber voided the warranty on the first floor tub due to improper installation. Builder refuses to rip out the tub and re-install properly. I was given a band aid solution of inserting foam. The manufacturer said they cannot support this remedy. I can go on and on but I won't bore you. The house is pretty and the designer made fine selections for cabinetry, tiles and flooring but quality of installation leaves something to be desired. ... The purchasing and mortgage experience was great. Abby and Gino were available for all questions and extremely helpful. If you don't use Lennar's closing company you are inconvenienced by closing off site. The home is beautiful. However upon close inspection the workmanship for the internal anesthetics is lacking. The painting was incomplete, the entire shower was not thoroughly grouted, multiple cabinet shelving installed chipped and finally the quality of the flooring was subpar. Lennar has contractors who are not paying their employees minimum wage, are paid under the table, not insured or receiving any type of benefits because they are immigrants or undocumented. Matt has been diligent in working to resolve the construction issues but it is a process and some are still pending and the disposition in unknown. ... More

Overall the whole process was simple. We have encountered issues since moving in but the Care coordinator onsite has been extremely helpful on getting them resolved

All involved were friendly, accurate, and diligent

It was a great experience from start to finish everyone was professional and responsive to our needs

Good experience.....up to completion....not enough step by step info after move in. Ex. when do sprinklers go on. still waiting for 3 screens.

Upon closing, the Lennar team, with a great emphasis on Danielle, have gone over and above to make sure that any problem or concern I have had have been resolved effectively and efficiently. Kudos to Danielle!

The sales team constantly kept us informed on the progress of our new construction. The promised deliver date was on target.

We were very pleased with the entire experience. Our only complaint was the quality of the painting contractor. His work was very poor.

Quality of the house is good but the quality of the flooring, appliances. cabinetry and granite where below average. I knew this when I bought. My choice was to invest in replacing flooring and appliances and add hardware to cabinets when I moved in. Lennar should have gave the same quality and attention that is given to the single family homes

The process of buying my home through the final move-in was exceptional. The salesperson, Alison, was always available to answer questions and see me through each step. The quality and value of my new home is exactly as I expected. I am very pleased. The builder's team has been and continues to be timely responsive when anything needs to be addressed. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion?

First time buying a home, so was very unfamiliar with process. Salesperson and Mortgage broker were AMAZING! On sight construction reps, Andy and Gina helped coordinate any issues immediately and professionally.

I've always liked Lennar as a builder. Great rep across the country.
