This is poorly built home. There are multiple issues. The builder has been responsive, most of the time but not all the time. I have been given excuses as to why the air conditioner upstairs is fine, even though the 2ns story is 5-6 degrees warmer in summer than the first floor. End result is that the builder has said "tough luck and under the RWC the A/C works fine. The plumber voided the warranty on the first floor tub due to improper installation. Builder refuses to rip out the tub and re-install properly. I was given a band aid solution of inserting foam. The manufacturer said they ...

Overall the home buying experience is good it's once you move in when it gets a bit tricky. Lots of finger pointing when things done get done and financial misinformation was given prior to the close. The companies chosen to do work, like lawn maintenance are not customer service friendly and there is no little to no communication from our point of contact with the HOA.

Builder is terrible with follow up on issues.

Once Lennar has your money, they are terrible with follow through on punch list items and anything else spotted after closing to do the proper repairs. Have to chase them and argue non-stop. Make sure not to close on your home until all issues are resolved beforehand!

If you read the reviews for Lennar they are mixed to be sure. Either very satisfied or extremely disappointed. I'm somewhere in the middle. My sales associate was great. The home is tasteful, but the build quality is only slightly above average. The house was overpriced, but isn't everything today. But for half a million dollars I would have expected more attention to detail as well as respect. Lennar Title and Lennar Mortgage should be avoided; they're snakes. Lennar Mortgage especially. Lennar credited me $10,000 even though I didn't use Lennar Mortgage due to their refusal to help me ...

House is nice but development is a disaster

We moved here hoping to escape NYC but what we moved into has been a disaster with nonstop construction leaving my block driveway front walkway a mess. They shouldn’t have sold until the development was 100% ready. Instead of leaving Brooklyn Brooklyn found me. Very saddening
