I had a pretty decent experience. This was my second time buying a home and the first time buying a new construction home. The process was pretty smooth but I did notice the most issues with the mortgage / lending department. I found multiple mistakes in my paperwork and I had to keep going over stuff with a fine tooth comb and I just didn't expect that to be my experience with the.

My first impression/house orientation was very bad, the house was not clean at all. After complaining, didn’t get extra chance before final orientation. The house was 90% satisfied in final orientation, still had issues which was resolved later. Paid home insurance myself, informed while signing the paperwork , get a promise for refund however they deduct $200 giving some excuses as mortgage money is shortened by $200. The address issue is the worst part, wrong address was submitted to USPS which was later on corrected however the correct address is still not updated ( complained multiple times) at many places like Peco and many banks. They are not able to find my correct address and i have to struggle to get the address corrected at each and every such institution. This is so frustrating and time consuming. They have provided a kitchen exhaust which supposed to throw the hot air and kitchen oil outside however that is not working even after complaint and my fire alarm triggered multiple times due to the alarm getting hot air from the kitchen. ... Great experience from day 1. Our sale representative Rebecca was friendly, professional and helped us throughout the entire process. Our house is beautiful and comfortable. The layout of the house is great and functional. Also, the staffs at the Home orientation walked the house with us and answered our questions. The entire staff were very friendly and professional.

I recently closed a townhome at sicklerville, NJ and I couldn't be happier! The location is fantastic, with easy access to parks, shopping, Atlantic city, Philly Downtown. The open layout is perfect for entertaining, featuring a modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The quality of construction is top-notch, and the community is well-maintained. Special thanks to sales persons at Pennington, NJ and sicklerville, NJ for their outstanding support throughout the buying process. This is my 2nd town home in Lennar. The experience was seamless, from my initial meeting with Rebecca to my constant communication with John and Heather, I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to walk me through this experience!

The location is good and builder delivered the unit as promised date. I also mortgage through Lennar and that process went smooth Didn't notice any changes in structure or design than advertised while taking possession. However my unit price was advertised higher than other unit near by or in the community. I wanted to go for a end unit and I was told that that unit is 16K higher price. Hence we decided to go for a middle unit.The day I booked my unit, very next day that end unit price was reduced by another 25K which is much less than the middle unit. I even raised this during closing and I was told that my concern will be raised to Lennar management. However I ended up paying lot higher price for the same house compared to similar houses. I felt the selling process was not fully transparent as all house sold are available in public records. ... More

We had an overall very positive purchasing experience with our new townhome at Phoenixville Heights. Sean was a very customer focused sales professional who helped us find the townhome that we wanted. Bill was an excellent mortgage professional with Lennar Mortgage and helped us work out the financial details. The walk-through inspections were thorough and well done by Mike and Mike. The closing experience with Lennar Title was very positive as well. Opportunities for improvement include the concierge follow-up during our services which was not timely and lacking in meeting our needs. We are also not very impressed with the HOA for the community as they are difficult to communicate with and slow in providing needed information. But overall, it was a good experience and the areas where we needed the best level of services (sales, mortgage, inspections, title, closing) were handled in a very professional and customer focused manner. Lennar Loans are horrible. Rates differ from buyer to buyer. The incentives towards closing cost gets adjusted so that they won’t give back any money towards down payments. Unit with higher cost might pay less emi compared to the units with low cost at same interest rates. First time home buyer be careful of these traps. Constructions wise things are good.

While the initial contract and purchase process went smoothly, everything afterward was frustrating and poorly managed. Loan Application & Closing: The loan process lacked transparency and responsiveness. Confirming the closing date and time was unnecessarily stressful. The final walk-through and communication with the title agent felt rushed and unprofessional. At closing, I was given little to no information regarding the builder warranty—something that should have been clearly communicated. Post-Closing Issues: Just 1.5 months after moving in, the water heater broke down. I had to initiate and manage the repair process myself, which was unexpected for a brand-new home. Escrow & Tax Bill Confusion: I recently received a school tax bill due within 30 days. I was told the mortgage is still in the process of being transferred and the servicer cannot accept tax payments yet. This contradicts the fact that funds were escrowed specifically to handle such payments on time. This lapse is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how my escrow funds are being managed. Lack of Mortgage Account Access: To make matters worse, there is no online portal provided by Lennar Mortgage where I can view important details such as loan balance, payment history, or escrow activity. This lack of visibility is not only inconvenient but also concerning from a financial management standpoint. Overall, the experience after signing the contract has been frustrating and stressful. I expected a much higher level of service and support, especially from a well-known builder like Lennar and its affiliated companies. ... More

Workmanship can be sloppy. Pay attention to the details. Confirm what you are told in the selling process. If the development isn't completed take a look at the plans. Lennar seems more concerned with maximizing the number of houses built in a development and not so much about the development of a "community". How do you advertise a "dog park" but have no thought to install dog waste stations? Lol. Hence you will have a dog waste issue on your property. The appliances included are good. The cabinets, flooring, countertops and fixtures were also good. Ceiling lighting is questionable. (Hanging pendent lights may not align with the counter.) Bathroom showers, tubs and flooring just okay. It's a basic starter home. Would I purchase another Lennar Home? No. ... More

It was really a seamless experience that we experienced with Lennar while we purchased our investment home. Price was also reasonable.

I have a running list of isues to have repaired. Broken Kitchen cabinets, intendtation on floor, no heat in Master bath and closet. Having to use a portable heater. Windows are icing up inside of house. I have a sink hold along side the house. The ground is pulling away from house. We have 1-2 inch beside the lawn.

Home experience has been good. However attempt to use on line closure was terrible. They could not seem to get paperwork correct. One issue was listing my son as my husband. Along with several others.

The delivery of the home was before time. The entire purchasing process was seamless.

Not able to provide level floors and will only fix to a certain extent. Super noticeable. Very unhappy.

I had multiple problems with the house that we discovered after closing due to poor workmanship. I was very disappointed with the lack of follow up and had to escalate my complaints .
