After I moved in, I’m happy every day!

Pleasant, but nothing great. Sales agents are not well informed. Finishing/workmanship is average or below par.

I was looking for a new construction ranch - no stairs. I fell in love with the 1st model i saw at Venue at Smithville Greene (the Saratoga). It has everything I wanted and even more with a very open flow. My son said dad you made a mistake - go next door. Next door was the Merion model. Downstairs was very similar to the Saratoga plus it has "what I would call a visitor apartment" for guests or live-in help. I hate to say it, but my son was right. I am now living in a dream home near my grown kids and love it.

Sales representative was excellent in communicating each step of the way in the building of the home including weekly video or photo updates. Settlement through Lennie Mortgage was effortless. Although overall the home is solidly built, the dishwasher and range are builder’s grade as is the carpeting requiring immediate replacement. Sheet rock for walls appears to be lower quality than usual. Ceiling puck lights in bathrooms provide poor illumination of vanity in lieu of lighting immediately above mirrors as shown in model homes. Considering the cost of these homes a few upgrades would have earned the builder a 5-star rating in my book. ... More

Overall good as of now but I think quality wise we have to compromise

So far a good experience, have some issues that I am being assisted. No upgrades available.

We purchase at The Venue at Smithville in Eastampton, NJ. Lennar offers 3 models of single-family houses and has display models for touring. It was easy to determine the model we were most interested in, and the sales rep was very helpful. We knew exactly what we were getting and just had to choose a lot and a couple of options. The whole experience through closing was very easy, transparent and on schedule. The house is obviously in move in condition, but if you want to customize it plan to spend some more money.

Our sales person Cheryl was an still is excellent! She answered all my calls and emails, and was extremely helpful assisting us when our vendors for closet and garage floor work need access for pricing. Having come from Tradions of America, to a Lennar home, we can say the value and overall craftsmanship of the home is exceptional ! The overall experience has been amazing!

I've been in my home of just about 6 weeks and just got the keys to my mailbox 2 weeks ago after much effort on my part. My grass is dying along the edge and more brown/ gray spots are developing. I don't have a light in the front of my house and it's very dark now and I'm at the very end. I'm still waiting

I dealt with a lovely sales representative, Regina Herff. She explained everything at every stage of the build and purchase. She made sure to keep me up to date on the entire process of the house construction and would send me weekly pictures of the progress. She truly made this a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for an easy purchase!!

I've been extremely satisfied with my new house. Just needed a few minor adjustments as with any new building. Otherwise it's a very sound structure and I love it. I'd do it all over again. Thanks everyone.

My new home is wonderful-it’s the perfect size and has an open floor plan, garage, fireplace, bright white kitchen and wood floors -the non-negotiables in my search for a new home. My only disappointment was that items received by owners who purchased just months before me were removed from my “package”. Most of those were present in the model home, but I was aware of the take backs prior to my purchase. There are no options available which raised my cost (after closing) such as hardwood throughout, closet organizers, upgraded appliances, and rear patio. Altogether those improvements added about 10% to the cost of my home. The staff are amazing and incredibly accommodating. The community is so welcoming-I’m very happy with my choice to buy here. ... I would not recommend working with Lennar in any capacity. They do not care about the customer (especially if you are a woman) and the contracts are set up to cover themselves against a lack of customer service. They blame the customer and even told me 'nothing the sales agent sales is binding.' I will never buy a new home from Lennar again.

Very smooth and well organized throughout the buying process.

ONLY Recommend for good build quality and post work request support. Starting with sales person placed at on-site offices. They don't disclose things before hand clearly. No clear communication on what you WILL GET in your home vs what you WILL NOT. In our multiple conversations, never disclosed what should we get as per your booked home.

We have no cable like we were promised they never ran wires in the wall. They were not truthful to us one showing us through the house . Wi-Fi is very weak. Hard to speak on your cell phone because of that problem that they refuse to address.

Our overall buying experience was great. Products is good quality but we expected few things could have been better in home. But I understand Lennar excluded them to save some money. We wished they are included like security and lights here and there to complete the experience. However, there are few people who made this process much smoother. Terri from sales and Esso from building manager team are really awesome and provided exceptional service. Buying the home was easy and quick. Some issues but they are being taken care of.

The buying experience was great, the rollout was excellent

We absolutely love our new home and Lennar made the homebuying experience smooth and easy. However, we have had more issues than we would have liked in our first few months in the home. Our hot water heater did not work when we moved in, which left us with no hot water for approx. a week until the issue was resolved. The water lines connecting into our washing machine were also switched - another week or so to get that fixed. Now we are having an issue with our dishwasher and so far have not made any progress toward resolution despite multiple phones calls and requests. Hoping that the issues stop soon and we can enjoy our home, but it has been stressful thus far and we haven't received a lot of support in getting things resolved timely. ... More
