This Community don't have kids play area and school bus stop is not near by

My experience every time I visited the community offices to know the models and the community was always phenomenal, Jamie was very nice and knowledgeable. My experience with Lennar mortgage was average, communication was an issue. When I received the home, Alex was fantastic, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable.

our sales rep Cheryl was always in contact and keeping us up to date on everything, and made our experience easy and stress free.

Cheryl was a wonderful agent to work with and kept the flow of information with updates current and made the purchasing experience easy. The Lennar staff tries their best to respond in a timely fashion however some of their suppliers are not as responsive.

The house itself is in great condition now; unfortunately, our experience both before and after closing, including the overall quality/cleanliness of the house at turnover, was quite poor. Specifically, we were made offers by Sales staff that were not honored, were treated rudely and pressured by Mortgage under staff, had a tremendously difficult time with Construction's completion of final punch prior to closing, and were met with extremely poor communication and follow up regarding outstanding items after closing. Thankfully, once the issues were elevated within Lennar, all outstanding issues were addressed or have been scheduled to be addressed. Both Nina with Customer Care and Rich with Construction were great once they became involved, and were largely responsible for salvaging our overall experience. ... More

So many things broken poor job v careless, around Christmas I had leaking ceiling that’s was sat someone came on Tuesday since they waited I had another leak in bedroom wet carpet, couldn’t find a leak , left different people came days later opened up more ceiling and wall upstairs bedroom what happened was when they were installing the ceiling they hit with the nails sprinkler system pipes which made the leaking happen, I had so many things to fix in this place they still working on it , if I would know new house was like this with so many issues I no would never buy this place, v poor job people that are doing the inside work are not Qualified people . ... Closing was pushed up by a month and home wasn’t fully Complete when we closed. Some things you can tell were rushed when being done. Quality suffered to get it closed sooner.

For the price you pay, the quality of the work and materials used are very poor. While their ticket opening system is very easy to use, getting the issues addressed is a whole other matter. Service is extremely slow...if at all. Inspect your house very carefully before you sign anything.

I have never seen a brand new construction home that any of my family or friends bought with as many things that requires repair and workmanship on almost everything is like a first time DIYer. The problems found from our Walkthrough at closings 10/19 have not yet completed 12/6. We moved in 3 weeks after the closing to give them time to finish all the things. NEVER GOT DONE. PROMISES ARE IN PLACE. Will see what happens. The house was not cleaned by a professional cleaner. we got the keys with dusty floor, walls, kitchen with broken cabinets, bathrooms/laundry with tiles that show haze of grout and actual grout spots on it. - The grout was cleaned out a bit but still doesn't look professional. The place was cleaned by cleaning professional who also mentioned that the trims were painted with dust on top and she obviously can't remove them. This didn't happen in one room but all. mainly the 2nd floor. Many problems are still there. Too many things to list. BTW, this is what they hope for that the home owners will finally get tired and stop complaining. NOT ME. Btw, every time I asked them something wasn't working, they said don't worry, will SWAP it out of a different house. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE HOME OWNER OF THAT HOUSE? Let me guess, they get stuck if they don't notice the problem like we did. We did NOT PAY 700K to babysit the work that was supposed to be done by your site manager. I have been promised that they'll take care of most of the work. Which I know is a lot of small work. I will believe it when I see it done professionally. Lennar is a great team to partner with and fulfil the dream project for a Home! Very well organized teams handling the entire Home Acquisition life cycle. The sales team is central to any product and my experience with Lennar has been great. Found great suggestions and absolute transparency in to the property and good insights on decision making parameters. Tom from the team deserves a shout out. Bill from mortgage team and the extended team with good technology enabled setup made the entire paperwork seamless and a valuable learning experience. Closing team and prep work towards closing with construction management team reflected the professionalism Lennar builds its reputation on. Construction materials and planning was well sized and executed. It is a difficult industry with the wide spectrum of people and process. Lennar’s tech enablement gives it the edge. Challenges exist as with any other industry with some finer aspects and I am sure Lennar will find its way all through to make it meaningful for Buyers and partners ... More

Do not work with Lennar. Awful customer service and builder. Very deceitful and lied multiple times. Workers were under the influence while working on our house.

The home buying process was a good experience aside for the misinformation on certain processes. My biggest issue is the quality of the build itself. The attention to detail and overall workmanship is terrible. All the issues pointed out at the walk through were not taken care of by the time signing came along. At signing I was told this would be handled and no one ever came back to fix anything. The floors started splitting and the excuse I get is that it’s the change in temperature. There are many areas in the dry wall where holes and gashes were left along with the cabinets in the kitchen falling apart. I have followed up weekly with the master builder to have these changes but I keep getting blown off. I’m highly disappointed in all this given the price of the home and the promises made during the sales process. If my warranty eclipses and the issues are not fixed I will be getting legal representation. ... More

1. Stone on front of home had to be replaced- poor workmanship. 2. Horrendous spackling job in the garage, stairway and storage room. 3. Key to the home does not work in the lock of the door to the house through the garage. 7 weeks later and we still do not have the proper key, which is on order. 4. Stain on front cement porch -still no solution for removal. 5. LENNAR mortgage process was a nightmare. It should be streamlined- instead it is very time- consuming and difficult to navigate. There are too many people involved. There should be one contact person for the whole process to track progress and avoid requests for duplicate information. ... More

We previously build a new construction home with another builder a few years ago so we were familiar with the overall process heading in. Our Lennar sales experience was good, but when it came to the construction team it was a different story. The primary construction manager that we were assigned, house issues / items aside, was very rude and unprofessional. This was very disappointing - especially considering customers are spending $800k. The quality of the material is okay, but the craftsmanship and installation is poor and careless. Felt like we had to fight, argue, and prove a point to add issues to “the list” to get addressed for repair / remediation. Need to drastically improve quality checks prior to customers pointing out issues and appoint qualified construction staff. They want their customers just to give up and deal with it on their own - and pay out of pocket. There is no sound proofing between the ceiling and the neighbors floor above I hear everything that goes on upstairs!!!!! I made settlement in September 7th now I’m going to try and sell it hopefully no one reads this LOL !! It’s 2022 I shouldn’t be able to hear my neighbors upstairs. Lennar probably doesn’t care so here is your review

Poor craftsmanship ! I purchased a scratch and dent house.

Homebuying process was simple if somewhat rushed. The biggest issue is the lack of noise abatement between our home and the home below us. We can hear every footstep from the unit below us. This is unacceptable and Lennar does not seem to care since we now own it.

Overall, not a pleasant experience once deposit was made. Workmanship is below average; response time is not good and will not use Lennar on any future builds

My experience with Lennar during these turburlent times was much better than anticipated. I have purchased new construction from Toll Brothers (2 New homes) K Hov, DR Horton, and Del Webb. I always never seemed to choose Lennar "everythings' included" theory, as I DO LIKE to upgrade and customize. However, with today's chain supply issues this actually was a GOOD thing as the home was delivered in a timely manner. The sales rep, Gina, was fantastic and professional. The on site transition construction manger Alex is also great during my first thirty day transition. I will highly recommend to all!!! Extremely bad experience working with Amanda. Not responsive at all once the house is signed. heard the same feedback from all my neighbors I spoke to.

I will not recommend Lennar. They used contractors who are not professionals in the industry. The guys who worked on my home looks like trainee -no experience at all. Workmanship is very very very poor. The inventory used is of cheap quality. Lawn is half done, Worst and cheap quality engineered hard wood. The floor is chipping out even before I closed. They did some patch work but the entire floor(atleast most of floor) needs to be redone. the exhaust fan in the kitchen makes sound loke a lawn mower. They showed something in model house but installed lower priced appliances.The staircase is glossy for couple of steps and is rough on all other steps The list goes on and I will not recommend Lennar. ... From first meeting with the sales rep to closing has been a breeze. They are a very experienced builder and know how to get the job effectively and quickly. 2 months from 1st meeting to settlement. As with any building process, there where some items on my punch list but they were addressed quickly. I’d recommend the community and builder to anyone.

Gina was very helpful. Alex was very responsive after we moved in.

Low quality building materials have presented numerous issues that could not be addressed until the home was lived in. I’m not confident in the longevity of the items used. Ease of closing and the responsive team are the only two reasons this isn’t a 1-2 star rating.

Our experience with our sales rep, Cheryl, was outstanding. She is super responsive and kind, and went out of her way to answer all of our questions. It's clear that she has a great relationship with the community. Scott was very good throughout the mortgage process. As for the builder, even though we had hired a private inspector before drywall and at final walk through, there are still flaws in the door frames (chinks), baseboards (big chinks), and floor planks (defective) that need to be addressed. The flaws that the inspector did catch and that were ultimately addressed were glaring and should never have even been present in the first place from a quality standpoint. Lack of attention to detail was evident here and there. Our refrigerator water wasn't hooked up on installation (since repaired but with a lot of effort and confusion). One of the drawers in the kitchen wouldn't close (it's now on order). One of our biggest issues was with the plantings (completely dead plants that we've since replaced at our own expense) in the front and the sod still has dead spots and those areas need to be replaced.
