Everything great about the buying experience. The only thing that I do not like about the homes or the appliances. It was no option to upgrade and the appliances are very very bad. It also would’ve been nice to be able to check options within the home that we could not do. Everything is already picked .

Everyone my wife and I have worked with on the Lennar team has been great. From our very first experience with the sales team, to using Lennar Mortgage, and the support team after move in has been a wonderful experience. We purchased the Aurora and this is a solid, and spacious home. As with any new home purchase there are things that come up after you move in but Lennar has always responded in a timely manner, and I'd even say gone the extra mile in taking care of repair items. I'd recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a quality home, and a great team to work with.

Framing, great! Finish work, less than average. Why you screw the sheetrock and nail the edges so they pop? Not smart. Spackling, not good at all. My painter wondered if it was recoated after sanding. Wish I could have picked the appliances, much below what we would have picked for ourselves. This all has to do with the contractors they pick, but the people are great! Alex, responsive and just a great guy. Randy, same.

Great experience in reference to home buying. The Lennar team is very attentive to details and more than willing to troubleshoot,; some personnel moreso than others. The only suggestion we would give to those who are seeking to become a part of the Lennar Family is to have a clause in your commitment that they can not sell your mortgage otherwise the experience was great.

I have a running list of isues to have repaired. Broken Kitchen cabinets, intendtation on floor, no heat in Master bath and closet. Having to use a portable heater. Windows are icing up inside of house. I have a sink hold along side the house. The ground is pulling away from house. We have 1-2 inch beside the lawn.

The delivery of the home was before time. The entire purchasing process was seamless.

I had multiple problems with the house that we discovered after closing due to poor workmanship. I was very disappointed with the lack of follow up and had to escalate my complaints .

This Community don't have kids play area and school bus stop is not near by

Our experience with our sales rep, Cheryl, was outstanding. She is super responsive and kind, and went out of her way to answer all of our questions. It's clear that she has a great relationship with the community. Scott was very good throughout the mortgage process. As for the builder, even though we had hired a private inspector before drywall and at final walk through, there are still flaws in the door frames (chinks), baseboards (big chinks), and floor planks (defective) that need to be addressed. The flaws that the inspector did catch and that were ultimately addressed were glaring and should never have even been present in the first place from a quality standpoint. Lack of attention to detail was evident here and there. Our refrigerator water wasn't hooked up on installation (since repaired but with a lot of effort and confusion). One of the drawers in the kitchen wouldn't close (it's now on order). One of our biggest issues was with the plantings (completely dead plants that we've since replaced at our own expense) in the front and the sod still has dead spots and those areas need to be replaced. Building manager unable to resolve all issues and claimed things were not fixable. I.e. framing issues around windows that had to be fixed post move in and re dry walled. Other areas such as chip in counter and damaged kitchen cabinet not fixed to owner satisfaction when pointed out in pre walkthrough. Other areas it was clear that blue tape was removed without addressing such as paint next to kitchen door. Tape was removed but not painted until closing day when homeowner pointed out it was missed again.

House is a great layout. There are little issues in the house.

With Lennar, I would expect the quality homes and they are one of the reputed builder in the market. Slowly after moving into my new townhome I started to realize that the quality of material used to build the house could have been much more better. They are building 8 townhomes in timespan of 2 months. I guess they are in rush as the market starts to slow down.

Our home buying experience with Lennar went very smooth. Unfortunately that’s where the happy story ends. I am appalled with the workmanship and what we were presented with as a “final” and supposedly “new” product. Wood is split all over…there are chunks missing from my cabinets, and the paint job quite literally looks like it was completed by amateur middle schoolers. There’s paint all over the carpets and floors…railings…light fixtures….it’s horrendous. We were also assured that the wifi is suburb and the home was crafted to allow wifi to reach all areas of the house with top speeds. The wifi sucks and only reaches about 1/2 of the house. Our biggest issue to date has been the noise coming from the house on top of ours. Again, we were assured that the insulation was amazing and noise would be minimal. We can hear every conversations, TVs, footsteps, whenever they run their appliances, we hear it all. I’m living in the most uncomfortable conditions and feel I was conned and lied to by Lennar. I get buyers remorse every day I wake up, and needless to say I cannot wait to get out. ... More

I had a pretty decent experience. This was my second time buying a home and the first time buying a new construction home. The process was pretty smooth but I did notice the most issues with the mortgage / lending department. I found multiple mistakes in my paperwork and I had to keep going over stuff with a fine tooth comb and I just didn't expect that to be my experience with the.
