What stood out to me the most with buying my Lennar home was the Lennar Team! More specifically Christine Monastra. She brings customer service to a totally different level. I moved into one of the last homes so it was already built when I made settlement. The home is gorgeous and fit all my needs. With that said, there have been a few hiccups, HOWEVER without fail, Christine was ALWAYS there to assist. The issues were completed quickly and she immediately followed up regarding satisfaction of the service and stayed on top of her team if further action was needed. Lennar has a GEM in Christine. We bought the home in March 2021 and have flooring and wall paint issues at many places in the home. We filed work orders and when it's time for work orders to expire, management asked me to re open work orders with new expiry date. We are fine if you want more time but it has been 2 months now nobody is processing work orders. At least give the full 1 year support guys. Wifi is not working above 2nd floors at all. Bathroom Shower rod fell off. Wooden flooring came out. Paint is getting chipped off. Living room washroom door lock is not working. Lights panels on the ceiling coming off. Kitchen drawer wood is getting swollen. How many work orders we file tell us. Why can't someone take a look at these issues at once. Even there is formal way of work order get the work orders completed with SLA of max 1 week. Overall home buying experience is good thumbs up but after sale services and customer satisfaction not up to mark thumbs down. ... More

Buying experience was good but we had few issues in the buying process. Provided different appliances to each individuals. Few got the updated ones. Responsiveness to issues in the house is slow

I have had a lot of problems with this new house and feel i was overcharged compared to my neighbors. The finish work is not good, and appliances are very cheap.

Everyone is so great to work with from our salesperson Gina to the Construction Manager Victor. They are very responsive and do it all with a smile and a right attitude. Jake our customer service rep has been good also. Very happy with my home and my buying experience.

As a first-time buyer, Lennar made the process very easy. They addressed all of my questions and concerns upfront. I can tell you that I am very happy. For any future home purchase, I will go straight to Lennar again!

The nail pops, tape and spackling job leave much to be desired. Of course, the builder only wants to make these repairs once in the whole house after a year has transpired. The job is very unsightly! Otherwise, we are happy with our house and community.

Framing, great! Finish work, less than average. Why you screw the sheetrock and nail the edges so they pop? Not smart. Spackling, not good at all. My painter wondered if it was recoated after sanding. Wish I could have picked the appliances, much below what we would have picked for ourselves. This all has to do with the contractors they pick, but the people are great! Alex, responsive and just a great guy. Randy, same.

Great experience in reference to home buying. The Lennar team is very attentive to details and more than willing to troubleshoot,; some personnel moreso than others. The only suggestion we would give to those who are seeking to become a part of the Lennar Family is to have a clause in your commitment that they can not sell your mortgage otherwise the experience was great.

The quality of materials and workmanship.

One-stop service provides peace of mind. An all-inclusive package sounds good.
