This is a great starter home for me and I was delivered what i expected. The home construction could be a little better as i faced issues in my first week at my new home but i was really impressed with the service as they were able to get it fixed pretty soon. I would definitely recommend Lennar to any new home buyers.

Sales Team was great, transparent and enthusiastic through out the purchase process. However, construction team (Kyle) was pathetic and unprofessional. Issues from first walk through are still open even after 4.5 months from closing! Hundreds of follow-ups needed to get issues fixed whatever are fixed till date. Have the records of all calls and messages sent to Construction Engineer Kyle. He has stopped answering calls too for 1.5+ months now. Kyle has behaved unprofessionally on multiple occasions (f* words to Lennar for his high workload, not returning calls/messages, not appearing at ...

Lennar will make you feel great upon buying your home and they’ll offer a one year warranty on any defect. Initially, Lennar will be responsive to warranty requests. However, it comes with a catch. You’ll quickly realize the warranty is offered because Lennar is aware of the poor workmanship and materials that go in to their homes. After a couple months, customer care will abandon you as they move on to other new homes. As of today, we have a dead tree and shrubs in the front yard that Lennar planted and has not addressed. We purchased our house from Lennar about 5 months ago. We identified a lot of issues before the closing date. The builder was not able to fix all of them before the closing date. I signed a document to accept the house and did leave a note in the document that there were things in the punch list that were not completed before the closing date. They told us they were going to fix them after the closing date. For example, there were squeaks throughout the stair landing areas. It took them almost a month to send someone to my house. Once the agreement was signed it has been nothing but a hassle with Lennar. Homes are delivered with a “it’s good enough” standard. Communication is close to nonexistent and it’s a tough and long process to get them to do anything. I guess they are hoping people would give up and deal with things. Lennar is all about the quick turnover and sales. Not quality and customer service. Won’t recommend or buy a Lennar home ever again.

Terrible at following up with issues; way too many problems with house due to poor work by contractors and lack of attention to detail. This is the first home I have owned and I did a lot of research before purchasing from Lennar. I am so disappointed. They rushed to have everything done so they could have us in the house by the end of their quarter. I am reminded daily of their sloppy workmanship and how they cut corners to be done on time. Our home is beautiful, but for the price we paid, for a brand new home, there have been a lot of problems. Most of these are due to trying to put up too many homes so quickly and lack of attention to detail.
