We love our new home! But, one thing to be aware of is that while there are choices you can make on options and certain features, Lennar is not a custom builder and there will likely be things you want to change. Those have to wait until you take ownership-additional outlets, lights and fans, and better shelving in closets/pantry. Lennar’s sales person was very good and the construction manager at the end of our build was very competent as well. With the pandemic, our home completion was delayed three months and they had a lot of turnover in construction managers. My family and I are very satisfied with the look and feel of the house. There's only a couple of things I wish were bigger or included such as a bathtub connected to the shower in the master bathroom. Also the garage should've been bigger since it's a two car garage. I still have two remaining issues that I need to report (1) driveway has a crack on the concrete that was there when I moved in (2) one of the sinks in the master bedroom has a hairline fracture in the sink.

While they offer options some builders don’t Lennar didn’t offer some options that we had preferred ie gas hot water heater, electrical floor outlets in the family room, lighting in second bathroom shower, ceiling fans and pendant lights over counter.

I had a great experience with the lennar builder.

Lennar has been great -- friendly, responsive, prompt. Whoever did the appliance install is a different matter: the hot water did not work due to a melted connection, the microwave had been dropped, damaged and nevertheless installed, and the dishwasher install caused damage to the cabinet trim. Might want to review relationship with that subcontractor.

Sales and lender personnel are very knowledgeable, supportive and responsive. Their years of experience provide buyers with a trusted and proven source. Made the experience positive and assuring.

It's a very good choice

Being from out of state during buying and building process, Cannon and the sales team, and Dan and his crews were very helpful in making it a painless venture.

I feel comfortable in my new home. The builders got done surprisingly quick. The quality is good.

Everything went well and we love our home

I was told that my property in the back would be level that was definitely not true , it is very difficult with the slopes and valleys . and also there are landscaping trees that are missing in the back which would Help with my safety from the main street . I have been denied twice concerning the fence in my yard due to the property lines.

Lennar does there best to guide you through the complete home buying process.

The staff is helpful and attentive. As with any new build, problems arise. Problems were attended to quickly.

Nice home, but some touch ups required by Lennar and the owner.

1. The quality of the drywall tape job in the ceiling was very visible in master bedroom, great room, and kitchen. 2. Some of the painting details was marginable. Paint shown on light fixtures, handrail and excessive paint shown on walls. (stairwell & hallway) 3. Although the garage was unfinished, there was one place the drywall tape exposed with no plaster.

Make sure you do a good home inspection prior to final.

It has been a good experience with good communication along the way. The portal is a great tool and glad to see it.

I have only been here for 6 weeks and the problems I found have been fix except for appliances, backyard rubble the builders are letting fly into my yard. So I think ill let you know more in 6 months.

The home buying experience was the best I have had. This is my third home and I can say that it was the best out of the three. They have an orientation for the home where they explain how to take care of your home and applicances. New homes come with a few issues here and there and they have been more than willing to help in a timely manner.

Good response and nice work

In today’s world can’t really complain how house was built. I’ve seen garbage from high end builders and vice versa so they did a fine job. Only major complaint is lack of customization options. Basically getting the exact model home. Paint colors, moldings, finishes, etc. would really cut down on future work and added cost.

During your new home owner's orientation, make sure you go over every nook and cranny. Ask a lot of questions, take a lot of notes, and make sure you bring these notes with you for the final walk through. Please don't misunderstand, Lennar has been very responsive at addressing every concern, although some took longer than others to remediate, but I feel there were too many minor details that were overlooked in the quality control process that make me feel like this project was rushed.
