I have been very satisfied with the associates that work for Lennar. Brandon, project manager, was excellent. He was fantastic with updates and any questions that I had. After I moved in, Grayson, was also very helpful with questions that I had. My only complaint or suggestions for Lennar is minor. Why weren't towel bars or ceiling fans installed? It would also have been nice to have an irrigation system installed as well. Having 4-6 hoses plus sprinklers to cover the large grass area was very costly and it interferes with the lawn maintenance. Lastly, setting up the systems for the "smart" house was not very easy for me. It would have been nice to have had someone to come and set it up or a name and number of someone who could do it. Great experience! We were kept informed throughout the construction of our Lennar home and all questions/concerns were immediately addressed. Great people and great builder! We highly recommend Lennar!

There were multiple issues with poor workmanship. Especially with drywall, trim, patios and driveway. There was damage done by the cleaners after our new home orientation and because it wasn't noted on the new home orientation they would not fix it. Even though the damage happened in-between these two appointments and was not done by us. Our construction manager was not very knowledgeable about the process and gave us incorrect information on the builders warranty. I was very disappointed and we are now left with our brand new house feeling like we now need to spend more money to make repairs so that the house is done right. ... More

Everyone in general was great. The mortgage team was great and patient and helpful. I had my own realtor and am glad I did. The home was finished as promised. Keep in mind you buy what they build, no changes or accommodations. I was grateful for the lawn and landscape so no mud to deal with. In this market they are the best so far.

Sales people seemed to say anything to make a sale even if they later couldn't or wouldn't follow through on things. Also, the fact Lennar decided to no longer do 1-year touch ups was not made clear until warranty walk-through, I've never heard of a builder not doing at least a 1-year. My previous builder did 6-month and 1-year. Not being able to make any alterations, even simple things like moving lights is ridiculous for the price range. If they aren't going to let you pay for extra recessed lights (or even just move them), then they should let you bring a licensed electrician pre-drywall because with I-beam rafters, running wires after the fact is virtually impossible. Attention to detail prior to closing was poor. The drywall and paint was worse than my previous house which cost half as much. The two "independent" TLC reviews I was told were going to happen either didn't happen or they did a very poor job. The house was not even cleaned prior to closing and I had clean all cabinets prior to put things in them. Thankfully the warranty department has helped resolve virtually all of these issues. ... My experience was super positive start to finish. Due to global supply chain issues I did have limited ability to customize. That said, I strongly feel Lennar didn’t take advantage of the situation unlike many other builders who used bidding and other means to inflate the price. I felt the price was reasonable given the situation. The agent was helpful and transparent, the building manager was communicative and easy to work with, and the house was completed ahead of schedule.

Terrible workmanship materials are cheap no response on issues that need to be addressed

Lennar was NOT flexible and at times rude regarding reasonable requests. Lennar consistently switched positioned on construction issues that had been discussed and presumed resolved. We would recommend perspective Buyers avoid Lennar at this time. We would be happy to discuss our experiences.

The entire team was easy to work with and made the purchase process a breeze. weekly update along with pictures was very helpful. And the last minute updates during the final walk through was very professionally handled.

I would love to, but I do not have the time being that I am constantly repairing the pitiful house that Lennar has built.

During your new home owner's orientation, make sure you go over every nook and cranny. Ask a lot of questions, take a lot of notes, and make sure you bring these notes with you for the final walk through. Please don't misunderstand, Lennar has been very responsive at addressing every concern, although some took longer than others to remediate, but I feel there were too many minor details that were overlooked in the quality control process that make me feel like this project was rushed.

I am overall satisfied with the service. The only thing regarding paint on wall. It might be thin because of new and first time. but very thin layer which comes out with easy press. otherwise all is good.

We had a great experience with Lennar up until the end. But 2 days before close they sent us an updated survey showing that 60% of our lot was unusable due to easements and buffers. It turns out that had been planned prior to us ever going under contract but was never disclosed. They essentially backed us into closing by waiting until we’d already sold our other home to tell us this. They didn’t sod half of our yard and left construction debris in it. I would NEVER do business with them again. Highly deceptive. Their employees we interacted with along the way on the ground level were good (the foreman managing the project), but ultimately their hands were tied by the powers that be. On time delivery, reliable builder keep up their words. Only downside is after signing the doc, very difficult to get their help.

Lennar is more interested in quantity not quality. To many repairs had to be done after final walk thru. Other repairs having to take place after moving in.

We were kept informed about construction status weekly

Do not expect any consideration after your deposit. Once the sale is made, the developer ceases to care.

From start to finish everyone at Lennar was always available and continue to answer questions for us.

My home was delivered with very few minor issues which were quickly remedied within 24 to 48 hours. Overall from initial look at the community to closing, the Lennar team was very responsive and helpful. I am very happy with my new home!

Great experience, very professional builder!

This national builder does not live up to its promises. The representatives are either lying or don’t know their business. The closing was a slapstick scene from a comedy, but we weren’t laughing. The follow up to fix outstanding items has been a nightmare. Several repairs have required multiple visits. No one from the builder will take responsibility, everyone just passes the buck. Mediocre finished product and horrid customer service from the builder.

They do a great job.

First our closing process was the most stressful and unprofessional as you can experience. Pushed , delayed, communication was poor and even threatened to lose our house . Wouldn't lock us in till 2 weeks before close with very little notice , tried to jack our rates up . Building process was same , using subcontractors with poor work inside and out. And been a nightmare getting fixed , tried to force DocuSign without completing work. NOT EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED as lennar states, they changed our wall color with no choice but accept. No warranty for landscaping at all , paint is sloppy , blisters and knots in walls that they will not fix . Grout all over bathrooms cabinets. Do not trust this company and many neighbors are saying the same thing. Very poor sloppy work. Worst builders I have ever experienced with. Please do not go with a lennar home there is a 65% chance you definitely will have problems from the beginning. ... More
