The purchase process was more difficult than expected. Had to make numerous requests because the electronic system was challenging. Identified numerous blue and green tape items and some were missed or not repaired. QA/QC Program is in need of revamping or people really need to administer it. Upon closing keys did not open my doors. Dishwasher was not installed correctly. They are working to address these things now.

Before closing house was not deeply cleaned. Issues with land scaping. Rain water damaged the backyard two times. Not sure about the future. They did not give any sample of colors.

I love the home and overall community. There are sone items from the builder stand point that I think should be handled differently. First, I have noticed multiple homes being sold to corporate rental companies at much lower prices which affects my homes price. Secondly, I have found the landscaping to be very cheap and not planted all that well. Since moving in I have had multiple dead shrubs and my grass is dying while other lots are flourishing. The grass is flourishing without water. I water my trees, bushes and grass twice a day but still dying.

I expected better quality inside and outside. Also the cleaning...they left something in the carpet, some on the cabinets... I found piece of iron under grass... very dangerous if you are barefoot.

The home buying experience went well and was easy. The quality isn't exactly what we expected. There are dents, dings, flaws, and stains throughout. The carpet was placed in the home much too early in the process and was handed over to us with clay stains throughout. Two toilets were covered in urine from the construction workers, and the primary shower was not clean. The house just felt dirty when we moved in. That was disappointing. There hasn't been any follow up with anyone on the team either since escrow closed. This isn't the experience we expected from Lennar. We're hopeful the flaws are only cosmetic. Home building process and updates are on point. How ever if you raise any issues with them make sure you follow up constantly and ask them to call you for inspections. They build towards a time deadline towards the end so you might end up with lot of cosmetic issue. make sure you take an experience person for home walk through.

Have some exception items after closing on 11/23/22. As of today 1/12/23, still not completed. Even scheduled for work, yet never show up on time and causing us to wait at home.

Overall good but with some final finishing were hurried

Sales people seemed to say anything to make a sale even if they later couldn't or wouldn't follow through on things. Also, the fact Lennar decided to no longer do 1-year touch ups was not made clear until warranty walk-through, I've never heard of a builder not doing at least a 1-year. My previous builder did 6-month and 1-year. Not being able to make any alterations, even simple things like moving lights is ridiculous for the price range. If they aren't going to let you pay for extra recessed lights (or even just move them), then they should let you bring a licensed electrician pre-drywall because with I-beam rafters, running wires after the fact is virtually impossible. Attention to detail prior to closing was poor. The drywall and paint was worse than my previous house which cost half as much. The two "independent" TLC reviews I was told were going to happen either didn't happen or they did a very poor job. Lennar is more interested in quantity not quality. To many repairs had to be done after final walk thru. Other repairs having to take place after moving in.

Great experience, very professional builder!

After the deposit was given, There were no changes/addition's allowed to the house.

This was our second purchase of a home with Lennar. This go round I was a little more disappointed than the first time to be honest. The builder the home was very smooth until drywall started going up. Several issues that were pointed out with drywall and paint whenever fixed. The major issues with our hot water stack was resolved which I’m very thankful for it.

It’s nice company and good price

For the most part good. However, the floor has some anomalies. Not even in all locations and caulking in bathroom is cracking. Finally, no instructions on operation of dishwasher. The dishwasher had no warranty information and appears to have been installed incorrectly. When dishwasher door is closed it is not straight. The whole thing with the dishwasher seems to be a lack of detail.

Experience of buying new home is Good

Make sure all issues are closed before closing. Expect to spend 10% (paint, kitchen pantry wire mesh, doors) more on fixing poor quality related work. Extremely pleased with the layout of the house including linen closet space. Excellent warranty service provided by Kelly, superfast and responsive.

We like the house models in Lennar and they use to response very quickly. We are enjoying the new home , please provide better quality

it was good to have bought house with Lennar

We really enjoyed working with Joe. He was the real face of Lennar for us. Always took the time to explain things and respond to calls and texts in a reasonable amount of time. I would work with Joe again and refer him to friends and family who are looking for a home!

Unable to reach anyone in construction on a Saturday despite the fact that our house under construction was flooding from a broken pipe.

The house is very complete besides options.

Good job in completing the job

Only issue is the abysmal site prep and landscaping on our lot. We have a pronounced drop off/slope in our backyard. We were advised that some basic ground covering could be expected come spring. Unfortunately all that appeared was clover and an assortment of weeds and nuisance grasses. Two trees were planted which didn’t didn’t survive to spring. Please be aware that Lennar does NOT provide any warranty on grass, plants, or trees after closing. If you have any concerns about greenery be sure to address those before you close.
