Tabitha was amazing from the start to the end as I wanted rbis house since Feb of 2022. She kept me in mind and promised me I would get this house. Any questions I had she answers and if she didn’t know she made sure to find out. Ryan made sure my house was not only completed on time but earlier than expected. Any questions I had he had the answer. This is our second new build and by far as been THEEE BEST experience thus far. My family love our “HOME”

Lennar took great care of me. Andrea (Lennar Mortgage), Mary (Closing Coordinator), and Derek (Construction) were by my side every step of the way in my buying process, making the whole experience seamless.

A few small issues have needed fixed and it was nice to be able to submit requests on line and then have follow up right away. It has been a surprise how quickly issues were taken are of. We appreciate their Customer Care Team!

The Continued updates thru out the entire process

From start to finish everyone at Lennar was always available and continue to answer questions for us.

My wife and I had been looking for our dream retirement home for several years and were growing frustrated because we simply weren't getting the right vibe after seeing many different homes from many different builders. When we came to the Imagery development that Lennar was building we finally found what we were looking for. Aside from the natural beauty of the surroundings, we were impressed with the obvious quality of the homes being constructed. We were also very pleased with their no-hassle, everything's included motto. And we never felt any pressure from the sales people. Once we went to contract and construction began, we were kept updated with emails, text messages, photos, videos, and even live FaceTime chats, all of which gave us the greatest sense of relief to be able to see the home being built every step of the way. We were also impressed with the time spent with their representatives during the New Home Orientation walkthrough. Nothing was rushed and they were very, very accommodating. We hope to spend many long and comfortable years in our retirement dream home, in a lovely community, and we have recommended Lennar to many of our friends as they begin their own searches for their dream homes. ... This is my 2nd new construction, and hands down my best experience. Of course, I had my doubts with my last experience but Lennar checks out all of the boxes I even never had in the first place. I have already recommended some of my friends who were looking for a new build.

Everyone we worked with throughout the process from the sales rep to the builder to the walkthrough was all done by people who cared. Never felt like just another house. Felt like home. Thank you!

I highly encourage all interested buyers look to Lennar for their next home. We purchased solely over the internet and without even looking at a model home. Risky, yes, but couldn’t be more happy with out investment.
