they are not building very neatly, they put a laminate with humps, the tiles in the bathroom are crooked, the water ticks in during the rain from under the door! they don’t give paint to the wall and it’s not available in stores! you have to repaint everything with another paint in a different color, instead of a little grease! troyat quickly and badly! I don't recommend buying from them!

There is really too many things to write a review on and the things we have submitted for work orders do not get fixed, I feel like I put my money into the wrong homebuilding company.

Trust is an expensive item that Lennar can't afford. Lennar Doesn't care about buyers, they only care for their balance sheet. 1. I bought the house thinking there is a free tennis court in the community, they advertised it on the website. But to my dismay, it was a pickleball court. When I reached out to the builder they removed the ad but told me that I should have inspected the community to verify what's included and what's not. 2. No detail to attention or considerations on how things are built - poor quality overall, lots of mistakes and defects. If you are asking for trouble and stress for life, then work with Lennar
