Excellent experience all around!

Our sales representative and construction supervisor were attentive to all our millions of questions and we truly felt like part of the process. We love our new home!

Overall the process to get to my new home was great. There are opportunities to improve the flow of communication and their process working with their internal lender that were mildly frustrating. But the quality of the home and getting to the finish was fantastic. My family is enjoying the home that Lennar built and hope to for many years satisfied years ahead.

Team at Lennar stepped up and took care of what was needed to make sure we were happy.

Attention to small details needs improvement: , painting, door latches, caulking around door frame, noisy fan motor, window blinds. No choice of side walls color. Wish we had available options of paint type even as an option. Overall, it was a great choice for us.

Watched building of the house from the ground up. Supervisor did a Great Job keeping us up to date. Answering all questions with knowledge of the work being done. Can't say enough good things about them.

The entire experience went so smooth. Everyone from Lennar were great to work with. Lennar took care of everything very quickly and responded quickly to any issues after closing, like door lock adjustment or missing a rod for our blinds. We only had minor issues. I would highly recommend a Lennar home!

Working with Lennar was no work at all. They kept me in the loop from foundation to closing. Great workmanship. I love my new home!

We did everything remotely after picking out the style of home and lot we liked. The team at Lennar was always relaying messages and weekly videos of our new home. They made it seem like they were there the entire time!

As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous about buying A home even more so a brand new home.I have to say Lennar has developed a very cohesive and efficient process from making the home purchase, to their mortgage lending process, home walkthroughs (pre-drywall, new home orientation and celebration walk) and to customer service contacts and help post closing. In each phase of the process every Lennar representative acted with professionalism and quality-care. The online step by step guidances provided to the new homeowners are well planned/thought out and extremely helpful and insightful. I would be lost without them. The Everything’s Included and automated packages are a plus. I could go on and on, but will end on this note. Overall, we had a great experience purchasing our home. It is a very well developed neighborhood and great place to live.

Selling office very friendly and helpful. Home build very nice.after purchasing customer support was excellent.

The finishes of the house could have been better especially when it comes to the paint . Flooring is OK engineered wood for Flooring isn't the greatest option, the quality isn't good. So far no major issues with the house.

Very satisfying. I reside out of town in another state and relied on a relative to handle on site visits as well as some correspondence. All went well and Lennar cooperated with the situation. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Except for garage door issue and HVAC, which are taken care of timely upon request, otherwise 5 stars for all other

Good overall experience from first engagement to closing. Everyone at Lennar that that were involved in the process were professional, friendly, and tried to make the whole experience pleasurable.

Love my house and although it has only been a short time living there, I am pleased with the spacious rooms and all the extra items installed which no other construction company offers. In order for me to rate quality materials and workmanship, I would have to wait for a while. Everything looks fine now but would like to see with time if everything would look as good as it does now. Of course, taking in consideration of the wear and tear that happens over time.
