Poor workmanship in some areas. Very slow responding to issues

The response was timely and the problem was easily fixed.

Overall very happy with our new home purchase. There are some minor issues that we have to take care of since the house was a former model home and purchased “as is”. Quality of tile craftsmanship was only average and paint splatters have been found all around the home on the hardwood floors. It does clean off but the cleaning crew that prepared the home for us was subpar. The baseboards and window sills were dusty and corners had cobwebs. Items that made the walk through punch list were handled and fixed quickly. We love this home and are comfortable that we will be here for many years! I had a on site superintendent that was great and we were provided weekly up dates I do wish Lennar was more willing to do changes but I get it . My biggest advice would be to keep things personal and not so mechanical

They do not care about quality only sales.

I expected better quality inside and outside. Also the cleaning...they left something in the carpet, some on the cabinets... I found piece of iron under grass... very dangerous if you are barefoot.

The buying experience was professional and smooth. The on site sales rep, Elson, was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. Made the process simple and enjoyable. Only problem was, at the price we were paying, Lennar should have been more flexible with some last minute changes. Also, many of the things they did in earlier homes they stopped doing: lighting, alarm, ring door bells, electronic locks, they stopped doing, but we paid a higher price than those folks without the extras.

This was my first home so cannot compare with other builders but it was a decent experience. The consultant I worked with would quickly respond to my questions. I feel they could have made closing more exciting, you do not meet any lennar representative while closing and getting keys.

After the walk through nothing has been repaired. We also have not been able to complete the warranty process. Call numbers and no one will return calls. Make sure everything is done before you close or you will be extremely disappointed

Overall experience is just "ok". If I had the option, I would have chosen a different builder. Complete mess, from the Lennar mortgage (waited 3 hrs during the closing) to home automation (water shut off, door bell video), which was described as a key differentiation from other builders but then wasn't on my home, and when I queried Lennar policy, they said they no longer supply automatic water shut off.

Elson was great as was Angela with the mortgage I am very disappointed that no one can tell us when the boat slips are to be finished or how they are to be allocated. I have seen NOTHING done to build them and that is one reason we moved here

Our last few homes were of much higher quality. From thin paint (areas you can see the drywall), to cheap fixtures and materials to Lennar dropping the home automation (wireless thermostats, ring cameras, etc), backyard paver patios & grills - they were certainly looking to maximize profit and finish out the neighborhood (we were one of the last homes built). Would likely not buy another Lennar home.

Overall, we had a great experience purchasing our home. It is a very well developed neighborhood and great place to live.

Selling office very friendly and helpful. Home build very nice.after purchasing customer support was excellent.

Terrible trade quality across the board

As realtors and having brought 10 new clients to the community prior to our own purchase, my wife and I expected to have an advantage going into the new construction process with Lennar. No such luck. Having been assigned the worst construction manager we've met - a 25-year old who was brand new to the community, new to his trade crews and new to us - the experience was more challenging, more confrontational and upsetting than we could have ever imagined. We came to know Parker as Mr. No because his knee jerk reaction to every request for improvement was "no", or "It's not Lennar standard", leaving us disillusioned and unhappy. He had in no way mastered the craft nor did he take a proactive approach to the quality of his crews' work. Biggest issues - watered down paint applied single coat, trim, roof and siding. If not for the strong support from Lennar customer care before and especially after closing, our ratings would be lower. But I guess from the get-go there were some warning signs that Lennar wasn't too concerned with catering to every customer's needs, as we saw Sales reduce the prices of neighboring homes several times after after we went under contract. Lennar got them sold, but undercut our sense of value as well. ... More

Highly recommend having a home inspector. After moving in there are little issues left and right that I don't feel like I should be finding in a new build. Sod that is not placed properly, floor buckling, uneven walls, uneven floors etc. After paying 400k + for a house I should not feel like i've been cheated in a way. Not sure if I recommend Lennar.

The finishes of the house could have been better especially when it comes to the paint . Flooring is OK engineered wood for Flooring isn't the greatest option, the quality isn't good. So far no major issues with the house.

Tabitha was amazing from the start to the end as I wanted rbis house since Feb of 2022. She kept me in mind and promised me I would get this house. Any questions I had she answers and if she didn’t know she made sure to find out. Ryan made sure my house was not only completed on time but earlier than expected. Any questions I had he had the answer. This is our second new build and by far as been THEEE BEST experience thus far. My family love our “HOME”

Lennar is exceptional and would love to buy my future house with them.

I had a great home buying experience. Everyone from office sales people, construction managers, Lennar reps, etc. have been extremely helpful, informative, and very courteous. I would recommend to everyone to buy a Lennar Home

Happy with my home , great after service from Lennar after we move in our home.

I had a bad experience with Lennar throughout the construction process and even after completing the house construction. Construction manager was terrible, he does not care about what you are saying, even he does not listen to you. Whatever you say he simply says that is what it is. I wanted to go for the prepurchase inspection and asked the construction manager several times that was everything ready, he said yes every time but, on the inspection, day we noticed water meter did not get installed and house was messy everywhere, toilets were messy I concerned about it several times, but construction manager did not even care. The grading and house quality is very poor. They rushed me to find the cosmetic and other issue in the house within an hour. They don't let you to put blue tape as well.
