The whole home buying process was a breeze. Lennar was able to provide competitive mortgage and insurance rates. We were updated regularly on the homes progress. We have been at our new home for 2 months and no complaints to date. Any minor issues were addressed by the service team.

I have been very satisfied with the associates that work for Lennar. Brandon, project manager, was excellent. He was fantastic with updates and any questions that I had. After I moved in, Grayson, was also very helpful with questions that I had. My only complaint or suggestions for Lennar is minor. Why weren't towel bars or ceiling fans installed? It would also have been nice to have an irrigation system installed as well. Having 4-6 hoses plus sprinklers to cover the large grass area was very costly and it interferes with the lawn maintenance. Lastly, setting up the systems for the "smart" house was not very easy for me. It would have been nice to have had someone to come and set it up or a name and number of someone who could do it. Everyone in general was great. The mortgage team was great and patient and helpful. I had my own realtor and am glad I did. The home was finished as promised. Keep in mind you buy what they build, no changes or accommodations. I was grateful for the lawn and landscape so no mud to deal with. In this market they are the best so far.

My experience was super positive start to finish. Due to global supply chain issues I did have limited ability to customize. That said, I strongly feel Lennar didn’t take advantage of the situation unlike many other builders who used bidding and other means to inflate the price. I felt the price was reasonable given the situation. The agent was helpful and transparent, the building manager was communicative and easy to work with, and the house was completed ahead of schedule.

I am overall satisfied with the service. The only thing regarding paint on wall. It might be thin because of new and first time. but very thin layer which comes out with easy press. otherwise all is good.

On time delivery, reliable builder keep up their words. Only downside is after signing the doc, very difficult to get their help.

My home was delivered with very few minor issues which were quickly remedied within 24 to 48 hours. Overall from initial look at the community to closing, the Lennar team was very responsive and helpful. I am very happy with my new home!

Ask questions if you’re not clear on things

Like my new build. Needed to put more money than I thought for basic necessities. Towel bars, window treatments, ceiling fans, upgraded switches, ceiling sconces, fence for dogs, patio.

Would definitely buy with this group again!

During the construction phase, the site manager kept the schedule and promptly addressed any issues that arose. Overall, he helped to make the construction phase stress free.

Lennar has a long history of building quality homes. This is my second one and so far they remain very consistent.

We found Lennar representatives to be very professional, informative, and always communicated during the entire process.

Great customer service from start to finish.

There are pros and cons with Lennar. Overall, the pros are greater than the cons. I would like to say my building experience was exceptional, but we waited a long time to sign the contract to lock in our build. We visited Gambill Forest in September 2020 and didn't sign a contract until February 2021. Once they started building in May 2021, things started to move along more quickly. We closed in September 2021. One of the cons is we couldn't move into the house after closing because it was filthy. Not move in ready. After we moved in there were and still are minor issues. I wish Lennar gave the buyer more purchase options i.e., have the garage painted and finished, hang towel racks in the bathrooms, install ceiling fans etc. We love our home, but some of the workmanship is shoddy. I am happy for the one year warranty. Overall, I would suggest Lennar to potential buyers but I would definitely tell them to be extremely vigilant and stay on top of builders. ... More

I had a great experience with Lennar

Some of the items that we had gone through on the walk through for punch list did not get done. I was told they would take care of it even after the closing but then when I tried to follow up after the closing I was immediately shuffled off to the warranty department. This caused a problem because we were not planning on occupying the house right away ...so now in order to get everything done I have to fly in or drive-in to meet whomever needs to fix their work. The work that they did fix in time was done well. And their defense are closing had to be done in 30 days so I understand the tide pressure And while they were not able to get it done I just wish that we weren't shuffled off to warranty department because that is a much slower and more difficult process. ... Love our new Lennar home. Build was completed on time and most issues were minor and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Lennar employees have been a pleasure to deal with. Community has great potential, however still waiting on some promised amenity’s from Lennar.
