I liked the house. I feel like the trimming paint could have been done better as a lot of it was on the LVP flooring, that I will have to work on getting off. I didn’t care for the pantry layout at all. I feel there should just be a rack against the wall, and not the L shape. It looks bad and it makes it more compact. It would have been nice to have a concrete area for the trash cans as well. The mailboxes are still not ready which has been frustrating. Overall I enjoy my home!

We have been super happy with the purchase of our new home built by Lennar. When we had our own home inspector inspect the house, he was very disappointed in the fact that he couldn’t point out any major flaws of the home. The inspector said the house was built very well and he couldn’t find any major issues. They go above and beyond to make sure their buyers are happy. For example, Lennar is replacing the sod in our front yard because it didn’t root properly, which Lennar didn’t have to do since the sod isn’t apart of our home warranty. We are well pleased with the purchase of our new home.

I enjoyed working with Ralph on the mortgage loan side. He was very kind and helpful. I liked working with Kerri from the office side. I love that the ceilings are high both on the bottom floor and the top floor.

Overall great experience. I wish Lennar did price match/price adjustments lol. The home I purchased codt more than the actual homes that’s selling now. I understand it though. It’s business.

Overall I’m happy with the house. Before purchasing I inquired about the dead sod and was told fit needed heat to grow and the “good” areas of the yard was a different kind of sod. Well it’s not growing and was told they would deal with the neighborhood as a whole. That was 6 weeks ago and still no answer. After a month of watering the shrubs on the hill they just died and not just mine all 4 other houses have died too.

It was a mixed experience as the selling agent wouldn’t let us have our realtor on board, she gave us a hard time, other than that every thing else was good.

My advice? Check EVERYTHING! more than twice! We had so many issue! and although they are quick to respond, they need to have a someone who goes thru the properties with a fine tooth comb before the buying process begins! Also, if you don’t get your mortgage through Lennar, be prepared to be treated differently, you don’t get anything “extra” from them like fridge freezer/washer/dryer etc! It’s open to favoritism (I’m sure there’s a law suit in the making ) Kevin & Lizzi
