Lennar Financial Department and Real Estate Agent where Amazing. Title company Bellamy was horrific, caused multiple issues and were not accountable for there actions. Lennar Build was well below expectations and still has not completed outstanding build issues. Tried to push off on warranty and not close actions on punch list that was created to close with open actions. DO NOT CLOSE WITH WITH ANY OPEN ACTIONS. The one saving grace to my action list has been Zack. He is not the PM one my home, but has taken on the responsibility to complete it. Zack is a Super Hero. His knowledge, morales, ...

I am so disappointed in the customer service that has been provided to us after closing. I wish I had done my research on Lennar prior to buying a home. I would have never purchased a Lennar home if I knew what I know now. The number of lawsuits, poor reviews, and complaints is just mind blowing to me, but I am experiencing first hand why. We continue to have promises broken by Lennar employees, tickets that are never followed up on, and issues that continue to not get fixed. Location was awesome. It was a lot cheaper than a custom home. It was painful to be ripped off and know only recourse was to walk away from a nice house. Fixtures standard low budget builder grade items. Workmanship adequate to substandard. No choices or deviations from master plan. Understand have bought a “house in a box”, meaning the absentee builder or franchise operator purchased plans and hired local labor to execute. The agent handling our purchase, Danette, was excellent. She was very responsive and handled our needs very professionally. The house has an excellent floor plan and lot. However, no quality assurance of the work was performed. The house should not have passed occupancy inspection due to no water to the kitchen through the hot water line. A closet door was a single, instead of a double door per the house plan. Cabinet doors were poorly aligned. Guest bath vanity drawers did not close due to improperly placed water line. Not impressed at all. Leading up to our closing we had nothing but problems that weren't completely address by the time we closed and had to be addressed after moving in. Had a water leak within days of closing which has now caused a mold issue that is taking weeks to even address and our new home being torn apart. Build quality overall for the purchase price is not great in my personal opinion, for example we didn't even get a screen door included with a sliding patio door, cabinets are poor quality, majority of second floor has squeaky loose subfloor, cheap laminate floors and cheap ...

The lack of customer service from several walk throughs to address issues to having items that were not repaired after setlement

Drywall and painting of our home was rushed and it shows. We have crooked wall as well. The lack of concern from our project manager during walk throughs was terrible even though he promised all of our concerns would be addressed and corrected.

Would not recommend Lennar to anyone. The workmanship is very very poor. There are countless errors that need repairs. The same repairs are having to be completed multiple times due to poor work. There is a lack of communication within the contractors. Workers will come to my home, and not know why they are there. There are paint stains on flooring and carpet. It’s also very hard to get responses from employees with Lennar. Overall, I definitely would not recommend Lennar. The experience has been a complete headache.

Rather than review the loan package and request all needed items at once the person handling the loan kept asking for one thing at a time so I would submit the one document they asked, and then the next day they want another and then another I ended up having to stay in a hotel because I sold my prior home and had nowhere to go. I’ve purchased many homes through the years and this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had!!

Mixed results From the sales department, we received miss information. Multiple information was incorrect. Downright incorrect. Also left out good things about the house that we didn’t even know about.. We feel there were changes made to the house and the sales person was never informed. The construction manager and sales person gave us a closing date. Your corporate closing coordinator move the date forward by three weeks and Cost us thousands of dollars and the house was not ready. We have purchased several homes in the past, and this by far has been our worst experience. First, we had many difficulties with the builders in order to get the issues fixed correctly in the home before the signing date. The representative who was assigned to us and who suppose to be handling these issues, made us feel like we were in the wrong for bringing them to his attention, and he tried to pursued us that these issues were not valid. Brio, the home final walk-through, I made them aware of some issues of the flooring of the house and some other details. The day came of the final war. True they weren’t take care of the person in charge told me they were gonna take care of the same day came back after closing they were not taken care of it, plus I believe it was my underwriter. Wait until the last minute to actually start working on my lawn we were supposed to sign on in the morning didn’t sign into 809 at night time then the title company was sending my personal information.

Get your money and drop you as fast as they can. Been asking for items to be fixed for over 6 weeks without any progress. Started fixing items myself. Reported a water leak over 4 weeks ago and still waiting for anything to be done. Have no idea what damage that is causing. Still waiting on painting to be done and the gutters leak water everywhere but where they are meant to put it. Very sad buying experience!
