We had a good feeling when we saw the listing for the new Fieldview community. We went right over and met Gregg. He was so helpful and understanding with what we were looking for. We loved the house so much, we put a deposit down that same day. Liz, the construction manager, was outstanding! She did the walk thru with us. She was very knowledgeable about the water heater and other things in the house that I wasn't familiar with. She made everything about this buying experience, great! The communication throughout the building process

I feel like they are in such a hurry to throw these houses up that the workmanship gets compromised. I have been in my home for 2 months and have had multiple repair orders put in 4 things that should have been taken care of the first time. I feel like once they get your name on the dotted line you are just a number. They are more concerned with getting their bonuses then the customer experience of getting a quality product. Not having a pool in Phase 5 was a terrible decision on the part of the builder. 1 pool for all of Belle Harbor is ridiculous.

We purchased a home that was completed prior to being put up for sale. We had minimal interactions with the builders. We did interact with Kim, who is the owners representative between the builder and you. We had a positive experience with her, Our main issues was with the Lennar Mortgage Department. Although they all were friendly and professional, they are put under a strict time frame to close on these homes that many mistakes were made. I was not very impressed whatsoever with the entire process. Never once did my salesman take the initiative to send me any photos of the construction process being that I am out of state. They told me they would do that. If the non-English-speaking crews that came in to complete each phase was not paid until the work was done to satisfaction, the quality of work would be much better. The workers hired to build the home were not craftsman. I've been around master carpenters and furniture makers all of my life and they would not have hired the workers that built my new home. The finish work is disappointing.

Hi - I recently purchased an Augusta townhouse in Preserve at Pine Lakes. There have been disappointments, I must admit. Currently experiencing lots of ants and some roaches. Does not appear Lennar treats the earth for insects prior to building, and apparently ground joints not sealed well. Finish and trim poorly done: floor molding in places thrown on hurriedly, cut incorrectly and installed without correction. The salesperson could have been more friendly and accommodating. It felt very unwelcoming. The construction manager we had went out with pregnancy complications twice. Both times, no one followed up on her jobs. We were left hanging having no idea why she wasn’t returning phone calls. I think someone should follow up with clients when their construction manager is out more than 2 days.

I did not like that I was ask for so many papers ( requirements ) to be send to LENNAR mortgage office for my loan approval. In general I did not have a good experience during the process of the loan approval.

Although my experience buying my house was not the best, I must mention that I thank Mathew B for being patient with me due to my lack of experience in the new technology. An example, I was able to scam some documents using my iphone, thanks to Matt.

If I had to do it over again I would not buy a lennar home. After moving in There were many things the Builder overlooked. For instance, The builder over looked many times. After closing now going on are Third month still waiting on windows to be replaced above the garage. That the builder knew was wrong. Just one of the things that were not right.

I love my new home. The sales agent was very responsive to calls and helpful when an issue came up. However the building site managers during our build were not responsive,did not stay in contact as promised,did not address issues that were brought up and promised to be fixed.This was an issue since we were buying from out of state.Finally LeRoy Pratt stepped in and immediately addressed all of our concerns. Thank God. Now we close. 1st week in our house the air conditioner breaks, the 1 st week the toilet doesn’t work, few weeks later the sprinklers are leaking all over. Most issues were ...

My car has gotten stuck in the garage more times then I can say and no one to help, you have to make virtual help. They hope you won’t Finish work leaves way toon much to be desired . Too many wrong things to go into. Including bottom end product used inside. The one good thing I can say is the head GC was nice. I would never buy another lennar or probably any new build.

House is well-built structurally, but the finish (paint, drywall, etc.) is definitely sub-par. Sales personnel were great, as was the on-site construction manager, but it is evident that many of the actual workers were not very skilled and constantly pressed for production vs. quality.

The Home is nice with nice appliances, and appears quality hvac and such. Poor finishing on drywall, painting and appears rushed. Lennar was pushing by trying to get me to use their financing and rushed my closing because I did not go with them. Aka rushed finishing. Cabinet doors fell off upon moving in. Garage door still squeaks, dishwasher wasn't installed correctly and plumber left caulk in the drain. Poor response on fixing issues. Have furnace had a loose hose and had to come fix. Sloppy work.

Trying to get the punch list items addressed was a constant battle to get people to even show up. Many, many, many times I was told that someone would be there on a certain day and nobody would;d show up. Many of my interior doors are still sticking when trying to open and close them.
