Seems like Lennar has very strong process in place at each stage Lennar have designated Individuals who are in contact with us to make process very very smooth, as first time Home Buyer i had lot of concerns but with Lennar at right time some one will reach out to you and update next steps in advance. Lennar is on time with Delivery and fixed all Inspection issues. For Middle class families Lennar is fulfilling their Dream for own house and raise kids and Family. Sales team, construction manager, Lennar mortgage, concierge, and the person at the first walk through all was very helpful. I had a realtor which also helped with the homebuying.

Experience start to end was Good

I recently moved in my new Lennar home and it was a very simple process! I was kept informed and they have a real system for customers to easily buy their home. Jimmy has been a great help following up on minor issues!

The whole team with Lennar made the homebuying process very easy and enjoyable. From the initial sales group, to the personal Concierge and the contractor, they were all amazing to talk to and work with through the entire process. We are so happy to be part of the new Maple Ridge Community and look forward to many years here!

This is our first Lennar home. Having purchased DR Horton in the past we had some expectations already and Lennar blew them out of the park.

buying a property is a big investment and you want to make sure you get the best value for the price, paired with a seamless buying experience. Lenar made the buying decision and process easy with great customer service, good prices and quality properties. Only caveat- their lending services that could be better.

I financed with Lennar Mortgage, they helped with the best interest rate possible at that time. Home built quality is good. Service requests are attended promptly and timely resolutions are provided.
