Smooth and efficient process. Site Manager in particular was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

buying a property is a big investment and you want to make sure you get the best value for the price, paired with a seamless buying experience. Lenar made the buying decision and process easy with great customer service, good prices and quality properties. Only caveat- their lending services that could be better.

My home buying experience with Lennar was excellent from the sales people to the final walk through! I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

My new home experience can be characterized as above average . I encountered the usual mix of excitement and challenges that come with purchasing a new home. While I appreciate the opportunity to personalize my living space and enjoyed the sense of a fresh start, I also faced minor issues like minor construction imperfections. My overall satisfaction was tempered by the need for extra attention to detail during the buying process and a reminder of the importance of ongoing communication with Lennar to ensure a smooth transition into my new home.

The carpentry and painting was very poor quality. We blue tapes places that was not taken care of.

Had a bad experience with the recent buying process with builders mortgage and couple of sales rep.I am fortunate to close the house on time.

Bought my 2nd townhome with Lennar in wake forest, NC area. All I can say Lennar delivers on time. However their finish quality has gone down significantly, they don’t pay much attention to detail before final walkthrough, even you note the issues it required multiple follow for the same issue. Sales process and customization almost to NIL. They kind of operate in zone of take it or leave it. So unless you are looking for an investment property you kind of avoid even for large single family home. Where color, design, floors, carpets, cabinets are predesigned by Lennar to max 2-3 combined packages for the community. Essentially they keep their profit and cost controlled through standardization. You end up living in house exactly same as all you community neighbors are living. This review is after 8 weeks of closing. Price is for the Lennar brand and I don't feel it's worth it. Pros: House Plans, Community, Location, decent customer service team Cons: Subpar Workmanship & Quality during the construction process. Poor finishing of concrete on the front porch and screened porch. Hole in the driveway exposing clay within a month of moving. Poor quality of LVP causing chips/dents. The dishwasher broke on 2nd week. Inadequate disclosure during sales by the sales agent and the agent goes AWOL after the purchase. Uneven flooring causes wide gaps between the floor and trim. Improper positioning of lights and switches. The cleanliness of the house and surrounding was below expectations before delivery. Punch items dispute and resolution with the construction manager was a hassle and still items were left out. Items on the plan were not delivered despite it being on the model home. ... More

When our old house sold in 24 hours and the buyers wanted a 14 day close we thought we would be homeless. I got on the Lennar site and found a home that was move in ready and met our needs I clicked buy now. I received a call shortly there after that the home was sold but there was another one on the same street, that fit our needs even better. The sales agent Ashley guided us through the contract and worked with us by phone and email. We closed in under 30 days, everything was easy and well communicated. Although quick it was a very smooth transition to our new home.

Jason, Shawn, Danielle are all very efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Lennar.

Our process was overall good. The only issue we encountered was electronic. Though we could contact a person, we like talking to a person during the building (financial) process. Our personal contact, Donna was great!

There are lot of repairs and replacements left before closing. And its tedious to follow up on these things. The builder is responsive but many things were listed. And the quality of material is not up to the grade. its been only a month we move and I see cracks. Even the reporting issue is not fixed properly.

This is my first home. I am totally impressed with Lennar and their team. My construction manager is too helpful and acknowledge any thing immediately and act. Totally positive experience

Overall the experience wasvery professional

I financed with Lennar Mortgage, they helped with the best interest rate possible at that time. Home built quality is good. Service requests are attended promptly and timely resolutions are provided.

I feel may be they were bias with me, may be on purpose because I asked for things they had on contract but were not delivering and were finding excuses, some homeowner says they got lots of thing as add on to their house, but I got nothing. well construction manager was so rude that he does not want to fix visible dent on garage floor, then paint issues and even had provided wrong paint code and when I did touch up with that paint code it does not match the wall paint they had painted, exact paint is not available within 40 miles of Garner NC, and they don't give sample to homeowner for touch ups. finance team will lure you by saying they give 5k or 10k towards closing cost if you finance with them, but actually they just want to get that money back to their own finance company account in the name of buying point. as the lower rate is already available outside but due to that 5k or 10k offer you get in their trap. there is no escalation process, like I literally have to google to find some contacts to escalate the matter and the horrible part is that nobody called or talked to understand all the concern. must say there are other builders doing really great as I had seen some other friends getting best in class house as well as service from entire team. Lennar does not care to even talk to customer, at-least for me they were not. other homeowner in my same community says they took care of all the issues and gave them extra appliances and fixed few things on curtsey but for me they discriminated and were bias . ... The quality of construction is not as expected and the customer care reps/ their contractors tries to escape fixes.

I had terrible experience, one of the sales representative was very rude and never speak politely with customers. Multiple home owners mentioned this, not sure if Lennar really want their team to rude with their customers. I am well aware of home buying process and a home owner and helped some of my friends as well with the process. There were multiple issues identified in the walkthrough and they have not written down any of those and forced me to close the house without resolving any of the issues. I reached out to sales/construction manager multiple times to resolve the issues, no response at all. I even opened a support ticket with customer care, its been almost 2 weeks mo action was done and I really dont have hope as well. Will wait for few more weeks and share my experience with all my family/friends/ community people in the area as I don’t want others to suffer this. ... More

Lennar has been great throughout the homebuying experience. As a builder, the structure and materials used in building the home were great. There are some cosmetic things that you will probably want to change but they have don't a great design with design features, options, and color scheme. The Project Manager and Customer Support team have always been responsive and helpful. The staff takes pride in what they do. Overall, great experience.

The people involved in the buying were very helpful in each step of the process. The house is very nice andwell built.

Relo from NY- did the purchase out of state and it was incredibly successfully swiftly accomplished. Lennar is absolutely great to work with - from sales to project manager to warranty! Exceeded my expectations- and continue to be present and available 24/7 for my needs.

Average new home experience. Upon sale very limited and poor follow-up experience having to chase up, and chase up on outstanding issues and concerns. At times, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously... concerns related to a brand new home experience for very, very poor customer care and follow up experience. Landscaping around the house when I moved in was deplorable and still today 5 weeks later is no better off. The utilities together with Lennar wish not to take ownership of very poor landscaping, that has been heavily torn up. This should be replaced, as I paid for a brand new home with brand new grass / sod and ready state landscaping. I am still dealing with Lennar to address these issues. ... More

They were extremely friendly and promised the world until the documents were signed and we were under contract. We were lied to about what was available in the area. The person who we had for the lending portion was evasive and rude when we asked questions. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They ruined the new buying experience and we had to dig deep to be happy after all the struggles. Luckily for us, our neighbors seem to be friendly so there is our silver lining.

When I first started the process, the sales team was great! Turns out they unfortunately fibbed about many of the things that "sold" me on the community. I also really liked my Project Manager, that is, until I saw my neighbors homes who have the same exact unit and their workmanship was much nicer than mine. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my home on my close date - my mother and I ended up spending 4.5 hours cleaning drywall dust off of baseboards, light switches, etc. Very disappointing experience overall.

We bought townhouse with Lennar and our experience has been very good. The team was quick to respond and very helpful. The quality of the construction is also good.
