Overall the experience was great! House was still not fully complete upon moving in, but out contractor was good at responding to stuff.

We had an overall great experience with Lennar. Closed on time and no major issues with house in past month. Matt in sales was great as well as Brandon and Cason on the construction side.

The overall experience was good while in the buying process. There was no touch-up paint left in the home, nor will any paint company try to match it unless I have the exact paint container. Unable to locate someplace to purchase the screen to the sliding glass door. So as stated, the overall experience was good while in the buying process, but once it's completed, you are on your on.

The buying experience was great. Everything went smoothly and every response was quick. I feel that they delivered quality better than I anticipated. So it is a good value for money. However the post sale service is not so good. There was no guidance on the electronic security system and till date I have not seen any feedback on that. Even for small repair they have very rigid time schedule which means you need to take leave for getting anything in the house. So the happiness of getting good home got mixed up with poor service.

I had a great experience with the entire purchasing process. I didn’t feel pressured at all by the sales team, the finance team was prompt with communication and the the builders kept me informed every step of the way. I really enjoyed the process.

Most of the workmanship was great but two of the bathrooms came without hand towel holders. When I came back for my walkthrough things were still not done and to this day they never replaced shrubbery that was supposed to be replaced. Lennar needs to do better when writing the laws/covenants for the HOA.

Generally a good job but some detail are overlooked. There are few or inconvenient towel rods in the bathrooms, plants and trees are few, not able to make any choices, but Lennar does build a very nice, if very cookie cutter, neighborhood

The purchasing process was not difficult. I would like the company to do more research into the modern market of materials and technologies and apply it. 2024 is just outside the window and some decisions look old.

we had an exceptional experience with Lennar from our first visit to the community to see the model houses till the closing. The sales team and the construction manager has done an amazing job in keeping us apprised of the happenings all the time.

The sales ladies were fantastic and were very responsive to all my questions. Both construction managers were great and very responsive as well to emails.

There was no last minute surprises. I would have been more happy if Lennar mortgage matched the competition rates. I went with the other. Quality is ok. Lawn grading is sun optimal. Everything included gives Ring System but does not give it installed!!

Over-all the buying experience is a plus. However the Quality of Workmanship and Materials are left wanting more. My HVAC unit had to be looked at 10 times, furnace went out in the first week of winter, hvac leaked down into my walls after the furnace repair. I understand this is a subcontractor issue, but 10 times coming out not only took time away from me working but also kept me up late at night waiting on the repair company. Also 3 months into the home, there are already flaws in the molding, cracks at seams and nail pops throughout the home. I understand that these will be fixed before the 1 year mark, however I do beleive that less than 3 months and these things are visible already show that the quality of some of the materials are sub par. Also looking at flooring where it was installed there were some parts loose, which are being looked at as well. Jason on the warranty side has been absolutely amazing. The realtors have been as well, as they were made aware of issues and wanted to make sure that they were on top of it as well. Good buying experience for me

Lennar stood out for the affordability and amount of amenities received with the home purchase! All of the sales, staff, and neighbors were great. Our construction manager, Vinny, made sure we had everything we needed, and understood the functionality of our home. Glad our realtor , Mike led us here.

The builders were very communicative and kept me updated on the progress and steps from time to time.

I think next time I take my time to tour the In said of the house more that I did. They are few things that I think was rush through. But overall am happy and live my beautiful plan.
